Throughout these tales, he would frequently remove both hands from the wheel to emphasize his points. It's extremely concerning that a senior driver, who should be exemplifying safe driving practices, was so blatantly disregarding them. I had a terrible experience with Keys Shuttle on July 2nd and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I booked a shuttle through their website, received an email confirming my reservation, and they charged my card. Everything looked official and confirmed. But when I arrived at the airport, there was no shuttle. Nobody was there. I called them around 6:45, and while I was literally on the phone with them, I suddenly received an email saying my reservation had been cancelled. They told me it was some kind of "IT error" and that there was nobody available. Basically, after taking my money and sending me a confirmation, they cancelled on me at the last second and acted like they had no idea what to do. This was completely unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. I wasted my time, had to deal with the situation at the airport, and got no real help from them. It honestly felt like they misled me -- they took my money, confirmed the reservation, and then cancelled only after I called asking where the shuttle was. Do not trust this company. Made reservation in ADVANCE; waited over an hour for the shuttle; woman on phone was no help; stated the driver was already on the 18 mile Stretch and wouldn't turn around; said I wasn't there. They NEVER showed up and I waited outside the entire time without a bathroom break! I insisted they refund my card $80; but what did they do? THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME NOW!! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you, and everyone-- from the phone operators to the drivers--is super friendly. A+++ service!
