This was a lovely low key lunch stop for a fantastic Reuben sandwich. The restaurant offers a walk up window to order food which can be taken to go or eaten on their outdoor patio. There is a covered patio for when the weather is behaving like Florida, and open tables with umbrellas for when the weather is nice. There is a wide variety of offerings on the menu, including a giant Greek salad, big enough for your family. We have driven past this for years, assuming that it was connected to a convenience store and realized today that the entire building is dedicated to the restaurant. The only drawback is that there is no indoor dining, so pay attention to the weather before you go. I imagine this is very popular with the locals who live in the near vicinity. Tiny little corner spot at intersection of Keystone Road and Crawley Road. This is an outdoor space with covered picnic tables. They serve made-to-order sandwiches and salads. They are open for lunch during the day, and they usually have a line. Because of their location, there isn't many places to eat or grab a bite to eat, so they are always slammed. If get there after 11:30 most days, you will be waiting for 20 minutes (on average) for food. Their Cuban and chicken salad sandwiches are the best. Get the sweet tea!! read more

I had the Garlic Roast sandwich and there was twice as much arugula as pork. I enjoyed the flavor but it definitely could've had twice as much pork. Literally ate here multiple times a month for 2 years and food was always decent. Something has changed! Pizza was undercooked. Potato salad recipe has changed and not in a good way. I realize that is personal opinion but if it isn't broken don't fix it. The fries were ok and not terrible but not great. The best thing we got was the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I guess there is no going back now with the "new and improved" menu but it was a sad day. I've been wanting to try this place for years but seldomly take that back road to Tarpon Springs. Well today I was hungry for lunch and decided to stop there. They have a nice selection of sandwiches but I went with the Reuben. I couldn't be more happy. The bread was perfectly toasted and had a good flavor, meat was quality and a good amount on the sandwich and the sauerkraut had that perfect bite. I have driven past this place a million times in the past, but today I had the chance to stop. We'd been visiting the local alpaca ranch just around the corner so this was a logical stop for lunch. Inside it's dark but clean, the folks behind the counter are friendly, the sandwiches are made to order, and the cubans are hot pressed, and delicious. I had myself a medium cuban with a small side of Greek potato salad and a ginger ale. The total was $10.85. The meal was substantial, but I was not hungry when I left. The tables are outside, under a covered porch with fans to cool you off. If you sit too close to the building you do risk catching smoke from the workers when they step out to catch a smoke break, but it's not terribad. If you weren't in the Keystone or Odessa area, I would not imagine you would know this little place is here nor do I think you would go out of your way to try it. Ive been coming here since I was a little kid. Used to be excellent quality, every time. Nowadays it's very hit or miss and many of the favorite items have steeply declined in quality. I think it's clear they're unwilling to pay enough hourly to keep anyone but the owners and some kids staffed. The owners handle the prep, and some minimum wage drones try their best to heat it up. Which is turn hurts quality. It's definitely a pity considering the higher menu item costs here. A few well paid and quality employees could save this place. Pressed cold cut sandwiches are now the only thing I would get here. The greek pasta salad is good too when they have it. I usually go with a turkey sandwich pressed, with mustard, tomato, onion, and lettuce. It's good but the bread is what carries it. I would only go here if you're looking for some decent sandwiches to take out to Lake Rogers Park for a nice lunch.
