Just moved to the area, and saw the pet wash advertised. I went to their website and watched the video...it looked great! Well, the pet wash was filthy dirty. There were piles of dog hair all over the floor, which obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The clasps that hold the dogs collar in the washing tubs were broken, and the place smelled. I love the idea....looking for a clen one. read more

Great store! I buy all of my dogs' food and items here. In addition, my little dog gets groomed here and I am extremely happy with their service in that area. If you give them your email address, they will give you 10% off (via email) on your next order. They also have a rewards program with food. Make sure you mention it because nobody told me the first time I purchased food. I just found out that you can pay for your dog's license here as well. Super easy! read more

Wow! So glad I found this place. We just got our puppy, Frankie, for Christmas. Being a first time dog mom, I wasn't sure where to take my dog for grooming. I'm so glad this place popped up on my google search. Since December, we've been in at least once a month for grooming services and I am so pleased with this place. My puppy always looks so great. The staff is amazing and so friendly. My puppy pees every time we go in there because he gets so excited. I feel so terrible, but Jen, Amber and all of the staff have always put me at ease and are so compassionate. I love coming here, and I also love the doggy "donuts" they sell on the counters. My review: I am completely disgusted with how I was treated at Blue Ribbon Kennels who is the owner of Keystone Pet Place. I texted the owner to see if I could pick up the dogs a little earlier than 8:30pm. He texted back that 7:30pm would work for him because they have church until 7:00pm. When I got home from a 6 hour car ride, I had time to kill before 7:30pm. I unpacked, sat down and dozed off. Woke up realizing it was passed 7:30pm. I texted the kennel and said I'm on my way. I got there @ 8:15pm and the usual pick up time is 8:30pm. I walk in the door and my dog's food dish and the folder with their current vet records is in a bag in the middle of the floor as soon as you open the door. I explained what happened and apologized. I didn't mean to be late and I was glad I was there before 8:30pm. Things do happen that we don't plan for in life and thought the owner would have understood. It's not like I showed up at 9:30pm. Well, I was wrong. He didn't understand and was not forgiving by any means!!! He glared at me with an evil look and said how disappointing this is because he had to rush home from church. If you had to rush, then why did you text that 7:30pm was ok? Why didn't you text a different time? I paid him for his services, then he walked over to let my dogs out of the crates, then walked out and slammed the door!!!!!! No thank you for your business, I understand why you were late but glad you were here before the 8:30pm pick up time, dogs did well, ate their food, played, etc. NOTHING!!!!!!! I have 2 rescue dogs and this was the first time they were being created together. I wanted to know how well they did. Again, not a single kind word at all was said to me!!! What grown business man acts like that? We all have bad days, but your behavior was very unprofessional. Plus if you were truly sorry for how you acted, an apology would be been nice via phone call or text message. If your a true man of God, ask yourself, what would God do? Do you think God would have approved of your behavior? Would the congregation of your church be please on how you treat your customers who were very apologetic? It is sad to come across people with so much hatred in them that they can not forgive. If he is treating people this way, I can't imagine what he is doing to the animals!!! To top it off, he kept my dogs chew bones! read more

Wasn't impressed. I was there for a nail trim it took around 15min for them to track down someone who could do it. And after they realized my dog wasn't the easiest dog to clip(she wiggles, A LOT) the workers started to make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Beautiful store though. And I like the mini dog park out front. The nail clipping room was a little cramped. And for the record everyone there seemed very nice I just think more customer service training and maybe a little more training with pets that don't sit perfectly still is needed. read more

I really like it. The staff is super knowledgeable and kind. They are genuinely good. I don't ever feel like they are trying to sell me stuff I don't need. They are a smaller store so they don't necessarily have a lot of options, for example their dog food. I will say the dog food they have is top notch! Their salon is great and they are just nice. Highly recommend over any pet store in the Lancaster area. read more
