All have come within a timely manner and trackable! Great right? This review is for my latest order, Clark's Botanical Marine Cream. It was a FANTASTIC deal - buy 2 for almost the price of 1. How could I pass that up? Well, I couldn't. I opened up my QVC app & places that order. It came with free shipping & 4 easy payments. What? Cool! Flash forward one week later, there is a box for me from QVC Warehouse from Lancaster, PA. Opened it up to check out the Marine Cream. Bubble everywhere in the box. Very thoughtful. Got to the Cream, only to be shocked at the crack in the lid. Dang it! Again, jumped on the app & opened the option to CHAT. I got David. He acknowledged the issue, checked for a replacement. They were sold out. No problem! David refunded my payment. No fuss. For me, this tells you that QVC knows how to handle issues and make the customer happy. How else would they be in business this long. This incident shows me that QVC values their customers and their business. I will definitely be back to order more things!

Once I saw it, I RAN to my purse, grabbed my wallet and cell phone and called in to order right away as items tend to sell fast on there. I almost never buy anything on TV, but damn, I know this purse is fantastic since I already have one that I got at the mall. It was a bit pricey at around $105.00 after tax, but worth it! I can't wait to get it! Kathy Van Zeeland was featuring the bags on the show herself. Her bags are stylish, edgy, modern, and great for women of all ages. It's not a dowdy housewife purse. It's very chic yet edgy which I love. There are many different sizes, colors, and styles available. Some even have built in 'wallets' so you don't need to carry one. Upon entry it is a skylit setting of a large number of jewelry display counters. Staff are amazingly attentive and knowledgeable. They offer something to drink and ask whatever they can do to make you feel comfortable enough to spend big bucks on beautiful jewels, watches and other elegant fittings. This is a beautiful store with beautiful expensive things. They are full service providing everything from jewelry cleaning, repair, replacement, sizing, whatever is needed to keep your jewels looking their finest. This is not free. These are high end professional jewelers who know what they are doing. Replacing a watch battery is $15. Making a ring a size bigger, about $125. Replacing a tiny stone and resizing, reinforcing prongs, about $225. If you love estate pieces as I do, there are 3 cases. A gold filigree type emerald ring surrounded by peridots was $1500. A large opal in a gold setting, $1600. A 1960s pink opal, $600. I have to say that skilled jewelers are harder to come by. To stock watch batteries when people don't even wear watches anymore, except us old folks, is no longer a Walmart counter service. If I was in the market for high end jewelry and wanted the lifelong service for my investment, I would be very secure doing business here. This is not a mall jewelry store with bright lights making every diamond seem to call your name. This is a first class, no kidding high end place where you get what you pay for. I took a few photos but was worried about appearing to be casing the joint, so no actual offerings photographed. You will just have to go and see for yourself!
