It's comfortable, easy to tow, and perfect for the two of us and our "Camper Dog," Minnie, who loves every trip as much as we do. Setup is simple, and it makes getting out and enjoying the outdoors effortless. We did have a Lippert fridge fail and had to replace it out of pocket, which was frustrating. Purchased keystone bullet 21bhc from BestRV in california. Overall happy with purchase price and most of the experience. Would like to have had more information during walk through on the apps for the solar and how it worked. Found refrigerator not working on first trip, after many youtube videos and conversations with a mechanic in las vegas found that no 20 watt breaker had be installed near battery. We've used our 2025 Raptor for a total of 8 days since purchase in November (7 months ago). We like the layout, and "generally" like the trailer. However we are VERY disappointed in both the trailer build quality and plumbing design of the Raptor, and INCREDIBLY disappointed in the (lack of) ANY customer service on the part of Keystone. We've really enjoyed our Cougar during this first year. Although overly busy with moving half-way across country, the RV gave us the option of not having to pay for two houses during the transition. Also having the 12VDC Refrigerator is an unexpected benefit because not only does the hookup to my truck charge the house battery, the solar panel as well keeps it up and running. Now we don't keep a lot in there while we are not camping but leaving things like water bottles and ice trays is fine. read more

We bought a 2026 Keystone Hideout 29 ft Haven and we ended up taking it back to the dealership after only camping out 3 times and trading it in for another brand because the rear stabilizer hangs below the rear bumper and almost drags on everything coming out of parking lots and driveways, even coming out of the dealers parking lot it drags on the pavement. It drug on the pavement so much, it broke off the stabilizer motor and now they need to repair it. The spare tire dragged as well bending the connection we almost lost the spare tire. Keystone needs to fix that problem on this new style trailer. I will not recommend anybody to buy it. read more

Full time layout We purchased another brand and realized the floor plan and features would not work for full time living. We found the Keystone Sprinter 3480LRK and it solved our problem. We now have plenty of wardrobe storage, full laundry with 1/2 bath and a kitchen that operates like our old home. We highly recommend this unit for being on the road full time. read more

Repair department was so out of sorts and unable to get their stuff together. We had to go pick up our trailer and take it to the French Camp site. French Camp did a much better job. The keystone RV was purchased new and have had AC and heater issues with it since the purchase from day 1. I took it to a repair dealer and they could not fix the issue after having the RV for over a month. They scratched up the interior and i still have AC issues. Our 2023 Keystone Sprinter 32bh was bought new in September 2024. Endcap was replaced because of cracks. One of the slide's floor drooped down because of not enough screws. Wall covering bubbled and peeled in several spots. A couple of wall seams had no stubs in place to secure the walls to. Craftmanship was poor. Had to have been built on a Friday afternoon or Monday morning while suffering from a wild weekend. Not what we expected when we bought this RV. On the positive side...the dealership has been good about fixing what the factory messed up. We have pulled this unit as many miles back and forth from home to the dealership for repairs as we have RVing. Hopefully we will get the RV back from repairs soon so we can use it. read more

Never should have sold our Grand Design Keystone 3900DBL (supposed to be a flag ship model) Awning broken at pick up, holding tank labels backwards for the front and rear tanks, so you think you are dumping black first but that's the grey water coming out. The incommand system was wired wrong, and I had to call tech support to find out how to wire it up properly, trim is popping off all over the trailer on the inside, the cover over the gutter screws was cracked and falling apart when we picked it up, the tankless hot water tank sucks and cant keep up with a tank that is open to full hot, underside of the slide cracked on us the first year of ownership, fridge is noisy, air conditioners wont keep up in the summer and we live in Alberta where it doesn't even get that warm, Exterior doors wont open or close properly and yes the dealer has tried to fix them. TV isn't a smart TV (how is that even possible in 2025), TV sound does not come through speaker bar, cover for the TV does not sit flush on the counter when TV is retracted, sail switch on the furnace failed within the first year so the heater would not fire up, the furnace doesn't have an exterior access panel so service is a giant hassle, table is mounted so close in the corer only my 5 year old can sit on the one side of the table. Trifold sofa "bed" in the kids room only works as a bed if you put an airmattress over it, because it doesn't lay even close to flat, and I know there is more but I am blinded by my anger to all of these things I have already listed. read more

This company is misrepresentation at its core best by our honest and documented if I can post enough of what we have to share to prove our side and not to be limited in any means nor ways. our 2021 keystone bullet model sub 290 bunkhouse has been negligently fabricated at least so far it's been determined the front most two - yes both was fabricated as seen in these photos ( hopefully it will let us attach them ) - keystone denied any wrong doing and it's classaction lawsuit worthy as I am willing to bet they did this to others in that era so ours likely is not the onlh one hacked up from the fabrication negligently performed during their - keystone only- manufacturing - they also did not use any butyl in the joint / seam / front corner trim which is required for a known flexing joint area , they put in a single strip of that 1/8"- thick black foam tape which was not even aligned properly (had the cuts been made exactly router seam flush as designed to be like) so no easy shape nor form would I buy a keystone or .... Beaware here as they are trying to dodge that bullet model by changing their appearance and logo and name to this new one, still junk so stay away out you will be calling your self a fool down the road and likely broke down along side the road when your side delamination might come loose. read more

I purchased a 2025 Coleman 17b. after the 2nd week of owning it in which of that only a couple of days I've used it. Took it back to the dealership for some minor repair the is still covered by the 30 days warranty. Up to now it is still under review for repair according to the dealership. I am not sure what is going on, its a brand new RV. For you folks who are thinking about getting an RV please do yourself a big favor. Shop around do some research and don't get too excited. When you are doing your final walk through pay attention to all the details look for issue. Most of all don't buy your RV from CAMPING WORLD RV SALES LAS VEGAS. I hope i don't get in trouble saying this because my RV is still there waiting for repair. Poor quality RV's. Not that these RV's are inexpensive, but pay more for something quality. We bought a 2025 Avalanche 5th wheel camper in November 2024. Cabinet doors in the living room hit the ceiling fan. I ended up sealing the cabinet shut. The kitchen cabinets look fantastic, but are built like garbage. I just spent a day replacing the tiny screws in the slides because the drawers were literally falling out. some of the drawers I had to completely reinstall, redoing the woodwork because they were crooked and wouldn't close properly. Bedroom door was falling off the hinges. The fridge went out. The bedroom Slide Motor stripped out. The water management system was routed wrong and would not siphon to winterize. Bedroom thermostat was defective so the A/C wouldn't work. On our first camping trip, a hydraulic line blew because the hose was routed into a loop rubbing the frame. Quite the list for a 10 month old camper that retails over $100k. Getting anything fixed under warranty is a joke. I had the camper hitched to my truck for 3 weeks with no response from Keystone to fix it under warrant, I ended up buying the hose locally and fixing it myself. The fridge, no responses again on the warranty. I ended up fixing it myself. The slide motor, it's been a week. I ordered the motor and will fix it myself. In summary, if you buy a Keystone RV, plan on a lot of issues that you will need to fix right off the bat because the build quality is so poor. Also plan on becoming an RV Repairman because when things break they will not follow through on the warranty. I for one will never buy another Keystone RV. read more

Bought a 2022 Keystone Montana 3761FL in November of 2022. The reason we bought this RV is because I found out I had cancer. We purchased this RV, because we were working on remodeling our home. The doctor stated I could not live in construction dust and dirt, so we bought a new 2022 Montana 3761FL. After we put a large down payment on the unit, we asked the dealer (Sunrise RV, a division of Sunrise Chevrolet) to upgrade the solar system to 800 watts and the hot water heater to Electric/Gas Instant Hot water heater. The dealer took a couple of months to upgrade the system and we were waiting patiently. My surgery date was getting close and they still had not delivered the RV. The dealer kept making excuses for the RV not being done, then supposedly after they finish the upgrades, they then made excuses about the weather and why they could not deliver it. At the end of December 2022 we went on -line to the Washington Department of Transportation to check the road conditions in Omak, Washington and the roads all the way to Kent, Washington. The roads were clear, so we again asked when they were going to deliver the RV and we sent them pictures of the roads being clear and a weather report. On December 31, 2022 the dealer decided that they better deliver the RV. When the RV arrived they had problems leveling the RV with the self-leveling system. We later found out the leveling system was damaged. The sales person Micheal stated that they were going to clean the RV and make sure everything was working properly and would fix anything that appeared to be faulty or not asthetically nice. This was not the case when the RV arrived at our property The dealer's sales consultant Charlie took us inside after they manually leveled the RV and we found water on the floor and the RV had dirt and mud in it. Some of the funishing where scratched up badly and the refrigerator doors were not aligned properly, the outside trim was falling of in the front and in the back of the RV it appeared someone had damaged the skirting around the RV. The sales consultant stated the water on the floor was from the toliet and likely spilled out during the delivery of the RV. After showing us how to work a few things they got back into their truck and left our property. We cleaned up the water, then we started noticing things inside the trailer that were damaged. Charlie was in such a rush that they took off with the keys to lock the RV. When we realized this we called him up and told him that he did not leave the keys to the RV. Charlie stated that he would Fedex the keys to us the next day. This never happened and we had to buy a lock for the door and have the storage keys made by a locksmith. We called Charlie back and he said he sent the keys, which was not true. Two days later the keys showed up after we bought a new lock and re-key the other locks. We told Charlie went we called about the Keys that the Instant hot was not working and that there were damages inside the RV. He said to make a list of the items. We did and we found all kinds of thing broken and /or not working properly, We called several times and he finally transferred us to his technician. The technician claims he check everything, yet things like the instant hot were not working and there were problems with the range, the recessed 50" TV, the trim and other things. The technician stated that he was not going to make a service call to out home out of the kindness of his heart. We asked why he had not fixed these thing, prior to delivery. He hung up. We called the manufacture and they were working on getting a moblie service person to come out to fix stuff after we told them what the dealer's technician said. Several days later after moving into the RV after taking 5 days to clean it and several days to setup power and water, we were able to move into the RV. A few days later, on January 18, 2023 we woke up to a lake in the kitchen/galley and bathroom area of water. We located the leak in the wall of the RV. The PEX pipe was not put together properly and had been leaking since the RV was put together by the manufacture. There was mold inside the inspection area in the storage area of the RV. We called the Manufacture Keyston RV Company and they called the dealer and asked them to pick up the RV. The dealer supposedly then performed the warranty work and fixed the defective PEX pipe in the wall. The floor and insulation were extremely wet and were not dried out by the dealer. When we went to inspect the unit we found mold under the floor and wet insulation and dealer stated they could not fix the floor and replace the insulation as it was beyond their scope to repair. We asked the manufacture what they plan to do and they said everything was fixed. We said the floors were soft and the storage floor was delaminated and warped. Purchased a Passport RV manufactured by Keystone in 2023. By the end of 2024 this RV was falling apart. Cheap paint with Rust everywhere on the RV, electrical system issues that had to be repaired and windows leaking. We had only moved the RV 2 times, to the Navy base in Corpus Christi 150 miles away for 3 months and back home, and back to Corpus Christi for another 3 months at a different RV park. Within 3 months of owning this RV the rust started coming. Within 6 months we had electrical issues and a window starting leaking. We were told window seal was leaking due to poor manufacturing and the window was replaced. Within a year the roof started leaking and we tarped it until we could get it back to Victoria to have it worked on (my wife was staying in RV for work). The dealer stated that there was a another manufacture defect of a slipped drill bit during construction that was making the roof leak; however, Keystone denied the claim. This is not the 1st RV we have ever bought but it is by far the most cheaply made, poorest quality RV we have every seen. 2021 Keystone Carbon. Not only is it the worst built camper i have ever owned, But the Quality of the fiberglass which is a normal thing from what 3 Keystone employees have told me. The fiberglass is delaminated and bubbles randomly in the walls. The studs are visible from the outside. They offered no help on the issue and just said its a normal thing. I said so when I build a car for a customer its ok to have the paint messed up and things wrong with it? last time i check as the builder or manufacturer Your duty is to stand behind your issues and product. I will not lay down until every person knows that this is Keystones "normal" product or the way they dont stand behind it and fix the issue with a 70k toy hauler. 2020 Keystone Fuzion 430 Structure issues causing the exterior walls to crack. Keystone will warranty one small crack by the bedroom slide but not the foot long crack above the water heater. They say isn't not structural. How can they say its not when they can't see inside the said wall? Now they won't return e-mails and phone calls get passed down to someone that just says they are reviewing it. Our Coleman 17 R has been a nightmare. We bought new expecting not to have the issues of a used one. The outside door wouldn't close from the inside or lock One week into our ownership it rained inside the unit ruining our new mattress. There was trim loose everywhere. The warranty process is horrible. CW has had our camper for three weeks with no updates. Keystone is only reimbursing me 1/6 the cost of the mattress. We asked them to buy it back to which they refused. These campers are junk. read more

I CANT stress this enough to all my fellow campers do NOT buy a 2023 keystone Fusion light toy hauler with the wall between garage and kitchen. IT will NOT haul your UTV without swaying all over the road going over 40 MPH. We took a huge loss and got out of it in 3 months because it was such a pile of shit. Thought I would save y'all some very serious danger on the road. We did everything right and had the best sway bars you can buy. The problem is the weight is all behind the axels so it tips back a good 6". water tanks also sit behind the axils making it worse. Yes we drove with it Empty. You can't even carry a coffee pot in it.. it is just not made to carry 1700 lbs. We have the smallest UTV a Polaris trail S 1000. On March 27, 2022, I purchased a new 2022 Keystone Avalanche 390DS from Camping World of Albany. On the delivery day (April 13,2022) it was noted that the RV had issues (main door doesn't close correctly, 2 slide outs leak, kitchen faucet fixture was dripping water into the cabinet below, roof buckled. Those were the main issues of the 33 that had to be addressed.) The General Manager was notified immediately. He said that he filed warranty claims and that once the parts came in, he would dispatch someone to come out and make the repairs. On July 13th, I was informed that the GM no longer worked there, that warranty claims were never filed, and that they would NOT be coming out to make any repairs as promised in a text message. At this point, the Camping World Corporate Office got involved. I told her that I wanted the unit replaced. She said that it didn't qualify for a "buy back" as all 33 items could be fixed over the winter at their Berkley, MA location. She said that if they weren't fixed, then it would be considered for a "buy back". They had my RV from 10/29/22 - 05/06/23 for the repairs. It was transported back to me on May 6th. The main door still doesn't close correctly (they had 2 times to fix it), lighting that worked when it went in for service does not work anymore, and when it rained, water is still coming in where they said they "fixed" the leak and swore that they water tested it. The roof buckled, the door still hits the rain guard above, the slide out still leaks when it rains, molding was missing, refrigerator is dented, on the coldest setting, the refrigerator wouldn't freeze, loft ladder fell apart, paint on all 4 dining room chairs were chipped, LED lights stopped working...to name a few of the issues. read more

Created more of a problem when asked to fix a staple not placed into the floor, they cut it out and pounded it in and then glued the floor which did not stay down and now we have to refloor it all due to their negligence AND they took money for a repair from the Keystone manufacturer and neither will honor it.
