Constant turnover of paralegals, forcing clients to repeat the same information because no one communicates internally. Misleading "Spanish‑speaking" advertising. Only the paralegals speak Spanish. The attorneys do not. More communication from billing than from the attorney. When the billing department contacts you more than your lawyer, the priorities are clear -- and they are not the client. The attorney introduced at the beginning was NOT the attorney assigned after payment. That switch alone is a major red flag. My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates. The mismatch between their five‑star ratings and the consistent complaints about money and lack of results is impossible to ignore. I'm writing this so others don't have to go through what I did.
