If you happen to lose your car keys, give Keywest a call before you call the car dealership. They saved me about $300 and a lot of hassle in having to tow my car to the dealership and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Greg is the consummate professional. After receiving sub par service & the run around from two other locksmiths, I found Greg who was able to troubleshoot the issue within a couple of minutes (over the phone!) and provide reasonable solutions to immediately address the necessary repairs. Greg came over that afternoon and took care of the lock issues that I was dealing with and also made additional recommendations which I followed. His charge for services was very reasonable. I wish I found him initially since he was such a pleasure to work with, he is highly knowledgeable & gave me piece of mind. The other two locksmiths were trying to order parts for a locks that are no longer manufactured and one came up with a complicated workaround that would've cost me at least twice what Greg's charged for parts and labor. Additionally, the other locksmiths were flakey by not showing up or calling when they were supposed to. Greg, on the other hand, was 100% reliable & has an exceptional work ethic.
