Live 5 minutes from here and have been going here for years. The drive through they will always say "can you please hold for a minute" and it's literally 5 minutes before a response comes in a different voice asking "how can I help you". You'll say your order 4-5 times before they repeat it back correctly at it's a 1/10 chance you'll get the food you ordered correctly. It's either completely wrong, missing sides, or straight up undercook raw. When they do get it right, it's really good, but it happened so rarely I wouldn't go. read more

Went here to order an 8pc family combo plus extras. Time is 715. I asked for all 8 the be breasts crispy. The young lady said they only have 4 and the other 4 would be original. I asked how long on crispy she stated they're done cooking for for the night. If I wanted it'll be 35/45 minutes. but closed at 11pm. Upon asking why wouldn't they have any crispy for 3 hours or were they holding on to it for 3 hours or they were just done. The girl gets upset because I'm asking why is there a 35 min wait she proceeds to grab the whole rack of chicken and lays it on the counter and says see I'm not lying g and starts crying. All I did was ask a question and I get this and she tells my I'm rude and bullying her but all I asked was why. One of the associates calls the store manager Luis, who wanted to talk with me. He asked what was the issue and before I got 1 sentence out he cuts me off and tries defending the young lady's actions without hearing the issue. Told him I hadn't said what the issue was and he cut me off. Gave the phone back Now I'm feeling harassed and bullied. I canceled my order and left. This isn't the 1st issue I've had here. When I come I usually spend a lot $60-$80 and the service is always suspect. Not good not bad just Ho Hum. Without a doubt the worst restaurant you will ever experience. The previous 2 experiences the staff missed the coleslaw. Gotta call up and get the half hearted apology. Nothing for the inconvenience. Tonight was the winner. Drive thru spent over 30 dollars and the staff forgets the chicken with the order. The level of failness reached epic heights. Have been to this KFC several times over the last 2 years and have not been disappointed until yesterday. I ordered a 12 piece bucket with sides and when I got home discovered only 11 pieces, 2 of which were tiny little chicken wings (looked more like pigeon wings). Wings don't count in a bucket meal, so I really got just 9 pieces instead of 12. Not going back. Will look for another KFC even if I must drive further. read more

I really wanted fried chicken, and KFC is just down the street. Their food is consistent and fresh, and it's cheap! For $20 we got 8 pieces of fried chicken (a variety of breasts, drumsticks, and thighs), biscuits, two sides, and two drinks. I really like the fried chicken. It isn't freshly fried in your southern grandma's kitchen, but it's a step up from frozen or grocery store deli options. The macaroni & cheese is extra creamy, a little on the bland side, but I still really like it. The biscuits are good - again, not over the top amazing, but good when you just want a biscuit that didn't pop out of a can. The restaurant was clean, the service was fine. Don't expect classy dining and service when you're at a place with a drive-thru window. read more

So I asked for a lemonade at the end of my order attendee said there's an uncharge I then asked for a sweet tea. It was just mashed potatoes and popcorn chicken. Not only that but they couldn't even be bothered to have someone at the register to help us. The service is bad, they never have the food you order ready (so you may wait awhile), and the bathrooms are filthy. Every time I have been here I have had to change my order.
