Worst food I have gone at any Panera location. got two cups of soup and two half sandwiches. My soup was chicken and rice that I could not eat no tast at all and the bread on sandwich was dried . My wife got chili and had the same problem but they didn't mine charging 28 dollars even for what we had. Never never going back to this place again. read more

Got a baguette to go. Decent size, decent price, decent flavor and texture, but not actually like a baguette - like some other kind of bread instead. Decor is nice, premises are clean, counter staff member was nice. But being prompted for a $1/$2/$3 tip when all I got was a $4 to-go product from the counter is aggravating. Unlike some people, I find it easy to select the No Tip option when that is reflective of the particulars of my experience, but still I find it absurd that such tip amounts are even suggested - $3 tip on $4 bill is 75%. No amount of service could possibly be worth that. read more

I love Panera. I love the bagels (Asiago bagel...yum) and I love their food. My favorite salad is the Greek Salad with chicken and I love the French onion soup and the chipotle chicken avocado melt. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that they are consistently bad at this location. I think it depends on who is preparing the food that makes the difference. The time of day also makes a huge difference. If you go during the lunch hour it gets crazy in there. Long wait times in line and it takes a while to get your food even if you order it to go from the app. I have had my order wrong multiple times but I keep going back because of the convenience of it being by my work. My advice to you is check your orders before you leave the restaurant if you order to go. If you go between noon and one be prepared to wait. read more

Met a friend who I haven't seen in a few weeks and we both ordered the chicken avocado sandwich on the foccacia plus the green tea drink/bread side. Both of us went home and felt very sick. Not sure what it was exactly, but please take food safety seriously and ensure employees are cleaning drink containers/throwing away bad food. Rapid pickup order, quoted 50 minutes, absurd already for a lunch pickup of 2 items. After the 50 minutes, the order was still not even prepared at the quoted pickup time. For someone picking up an order during a lunch break from work this is completely unacceptable. This is Panera, not a sit down full service restaurant. I love the salad and soup options.! They have many of options..:. The bread is real good warmed up with options... I always go here when I'm not feeling well or not feeling like a bunch of meat and restaurants. The ambiance is like a college lunch room everyone is eating on their labtops just having food. Food itself was good, it's Panera. It's the service that's not so great. Every time I order here it's almost as if I'm ordering the most bizarre thing that makes someone forget something. I'm not complaining as a 'special customer'. I genuinely get the most basic order whether pick two or a simple BLT no modifications or anything and every time there is something missing from my order. When I ask about it I get looked at like I'm asking for something extra or special , when it's offered along with what I've already ordered. You can see the mostly empty unfilled sandwich I got. It was sad. I reached out to corporate. They did little. Asked if I told staff. Which I did but staff shrugged it off. Customer service then went silent. No care at all. I suggested to corporate they refund my cost. After two days I reached out again. Instead they offered me a coupon for a pastry. It did not even cover the cost of the crap sandwich. Just awful customer service. I have found their food is often just lacking. The bagels and pastry are ok but everything else leaves me, hungry. We went for breakfast today and were surprised to see the new coffee machines where it brews individual cups. There were a few people getting coffee ahead of us and by the time they were done our food had come up and we had to go grab it and then go back to wait again and make our coffee while our food got cold. At the least they could have moved the sugar and creamer to a different spot to free up the area around the machines. There are 3 coffeemakers and it was later in the morning so it wasn't too busy then, I can only imagine what a mess it is at busier times. Really dumb idea!! read more

The service and quality of this location has continued to go downhill. I order curbside, pay the tip and continuously have to go in an pick up my order. I checked in on the app, which said my order would be right out and there I sat. When I got my order it was wrong. We ordered a Greek salad and received maybe a tablespoon of salad dressing. We needed a super last minute group lunch order. I was able to call them to confirm that they could place a last minute lunch order for us. I submitted the order at 11:09 and needed it by 12. I told them I would come pick it up becuase of the time crunch that we were in. I got there a little before 12 and they were moving so quick to back up the order and get everything to me as fast as they could. It was packed so easy to carry and everything was perfect! When I got there in the app said it was delayed.After 15 min more order was finally completed and taken home. We found every single item was wrong. Manager gave us refund. It's an alright place for a quick healthy bite. The ever changing Panera menu is okay. I've been here numerous times and sometimes it's a hit or miss on cleanliness. I have never had a problem with the taste of the food. I also understand the company tries to use premium ingredients, however, I'm tired of paying fifteen USD for an apple, an iceberg lettuce salad thats on its way out, and their version of a gourmet bowl. The food is also presented poorly, the salads are in cheap plastic containers and honestly remind reminds me of overpriced hospital food. This used to be an ok place to grab something decent. In the last year though, it's gone way down hill. Three times in a row using rapid pickup, our order was missing sides. On another order, the cups for the dressing with a salad were barely filled- a fraction of how much we normally get so only half of the salad ended up dressed. On our recent order, the avocado on my sandwich was gross and spotty. Not brown, just old and spotty. The person who assembled the sandwich obviously just didn't care to make an effort. When we eat in, the food is marginally better which kind of annoys me more- like they slack off on pick up orders because they won't be called out? Yesterday I decided that Panera would be a good option for lunch so I went. I ordered $25 worth of food and was patiently waiting for my food at the back of the restaurant. While waiting I noticed staff gathering around exchanging stories, laughing and talking about future days off. Normally I would think this is a healthy, fun work environment until my opinion changed once I got home. They forgot to put bread in my bag and was left eating my soup with no delicious sourdough bread. Huge bummer! The staff is super friendly, and the facility is clean and well taken care of, but they haven't had functional WiFi in WEEKS. You can't tell me they can't get Comcast out there to fix the WiFi. I love to get work done there, but I have to go to Starbucks (not my first choice) to do work because I need the internet to get it done. It's just really frustrating. read more

Great place to relax and drink a cup of coffee. Very comfortable and clean. Service is friendly and fast. The sandwiches are delicious and the salads are fresh. Panera is a reliable option for lunch or dinner. I've eaten at this location twice now and have not been disappointed. One of my favorites is the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, but the bread bowls with soup are also really good. I'm not as crazy about the sandwiches here as I used to be, it's a whole lot of (very good) bread and that's about it. But the salads and soup are great. The Frozen Mocha is on every Panera menu, but they really make them well here. Sometimes I've gotten chunks of ice stuck in my straw, but this one was blended the way it should be! No frozen chunks in the straw or stuck at the bottom of the cup. There's a fireplace to add to the cozy feeling, and a separate, closed-off seating area for studying. read more

My only gripe about this location is the parking. This lot sucks, and it's an accident waiting to happen. They need to double it in size. I've been eating at Panera Bread since way back when it was still called St. Louis bread company. When I was a kid I loved their PB&J sandwiches, but as I got older I found their "adult" menu to be rather lacking. At the time my mom was obsessed with this place and I got dragged here against my will more times than not. The only reason I tolerated it was because my mom was paying, and because the bakery was AMAZING. Recently thought everything changed! Panera started carrying these AMAZING pastas in addition to their wonderful soups and baked goods! Best of all, they even added some sandwiches to their menu that I actually want to try! I've had both the tortellini, and the pasta with meat sauce, and both are fantastic! I love getting them with the baked potato soup. On my most recent visit the baguette they gave me was so fresh it was too hot to touch! :) Needless to say that with their new menu changes Panera is not one of my favorite places for both lunch and breakfast and I've been finding my self having Panera cravings! read more

Whether it is the Cinnamon Crunch bagel or the Greek Salad/Tomato Soup you Pick Two or the Mac and Cheese, the food is all good. However, over the six years I have lived here, the service has definitely gone downhill. Sometimes its the wrong salad dressing. Other times they give you the wrong soup. Or forgotten croutons. It seems like about 50% of the time, there is something wrong with the order for the last year. Obviously, it isn't bad enough for me to stop going. But it is annoying. read more

I appreciate having the calorie information posted on the menu. The coffee drinks were very good. They ran out of straws at the cold coffee bar but I received one from an employee.
