It wasn't very busy so our server was able to bring out two more rounds in a timely manner, however they never gave us water. Spartan cheese bricks (5 for $15) are much larger than your standard mozza stick. Squares of 1/2" thick mozzarella are deep fried in a tempura-like batter and served with marinara; we loved this variation on a classic bar bite. The Greek-style chicken skewers ($15) were tasty, they came with tzadziki and pita wedges. As much as we enjoyed the fried pickles ($12), the cayenne ranch dipping sauce was overpowering. Whoever made that batch did so with a very heavy hand on the seasoning, and after one bite I looked at my wife to say "uhhh honey FYI, they went way too hard on the cayenne".
