DoorDash orders take a long time to collect here. There are usually several women laughing and carrying on by the drive-thru window or on break and then one person packing the food up alone. Our new motto when visiting any fast food drive thru lately has been "have low or no expectations so the invariable disappointment is lessened". Well C'mon, after reading all the reviews of the saucy nuggets we decided to sample the sriracha honey. When we pulled up at 11:00 am on a Saturday, and placed our order, she responded - we only have bbq and Nashville hot (NH). Seriously? You do a huge advertising campaign highlighting all the new saucy flavors yet you have none in stock. We were actually surprised when we drove up to the window (we were the only car in line), that the default NH nuggets were bagged and ready. Never a good sign. Crunchy breading? Impossible when something soaks in sauce that long. The chicken was limp, spicy, but not flavorful at all. We didn't even bother to finish the ten tiny nuggets that we split between us. No quality control, no proper oversight of inventory, no caring staff to ensure the product is delivered at advertised. A big Zero. read more

Me and my coworker stopped by this kfc on robert smalls parkway today for lunch. We ordered on the kiosks paid for our food and sat and waited on our food. We watched as employees came out with orders and would just say who ordered the 2 piece or 3 piece ect.. instead of calling out a name as it said they would do when ordering on the kiosk. We waited for at least 20 minutes watching everyone else get their order. Finally we asked about our order I even showed them the receipt on my phone. They said it never came up on the screen and they had to get the manager.. she was very nice but there was one employee at the register who said he was willing to lose his job to fight us because he thought we were trying to steal food when we had our receipts??..he was very rude and loud. We got our food unfortunately not what we actually ordered and left. We just wanted to be done with this situation. The staff at this location needs to be replaced. This is the third time in the past few months this location can not get a simple order correct. Tonight the lobby was closed so I had to go back around the drive through again to get the order corrected. I haven't eaten at many KFC restaurants before this one was by far the best one. When we entered and the lady at the front gave us our time to decide what we wanted and showed us where the drinks were, and she was not pushy at all. My plate was missing a biscuit so I asked for one and someone from the kitchen brought me one in its own box in a bag with some jelly. We have eaten at the new KFC on Robert Smalls Pkwy twice and 100% of the time they have screwed up our order so we had to leave the drive through and go inside to get the order corrected. The original recipe does not taste like any KFC I have eaten at in the past. The chicken is extremely greasy and frankly not very good. Yesterday's (6-30-17) bucket of chicken had a cardboard tag in the bucket with the chicken. I took a pic of the tag and will include it if I can. read more

They didnt give us the chicken for our order after waiting for an hour. Could not order tenders but they made my sandwich with tenders instead of the chicken breast it was supposed to have. They did not give us our biscuits. They were out of the mac and cheese we ordered as well. Went back to get our chicken, they only had dark meat and they gave us original instead of extra crispy we ordered after waiting another half hour. So after an hour and a half, we still did not have our right complete order. This was the fourth time in a row they forgot major portions of our order. We will never go there again. read more

Not Sure who was manager on 02/09/2020 Nightshift @ approximately 6pm. I went into KFC on Robert Smalls Pkwy, the service I received was acceptable. Barely acceptable, but it was. (There was 4-5 KFC Employees just hanging out in the dining room). I ordered the 10pcs Meal with 2 Large Mashed Potatoes & 1 Large Coleslaw. Thinking how could they possibly mess up such a simple order, I did not check the bag before I left. (Maybe if the other 5 Employees would.have been working too, maybe the order might have been correct) Once I got home, I discovered there was NO Gravy for the 2 Large Mashed Potatoes. Then once I took the lid.off the bucket of chicken, to my surprise NO Chicken Breasts. Not sure if that's the policy for $20 family meal. But I was very disppointed with my whole experience.
