Worst service ever. Very dirty and not a professional Environment. Definitely do t recommend.

I visit Beaufort/HH so often, I can't believe I thought this was a hamburger place! But then, fast-food or walk down the row picking out what you want isn't my cup of tea. But this was my daughter's choice, it's near her home & there were 8 of us on a Tues night in Aug. And we were the only ones wearing masks. Okay, I know I'm spoiled - I live in North Dallas and there are restaurants on every corner so competition is cut-throat. My daughter has been telling me for years - Mom, you have to switch to island mentality when you visit! Uh, okay, I can, but when I walk into a place & there are 5 young men behind the counter and a line of people, I couldn't understand why we waited 15 minutes before placing our order! The 'boys' were: sweeping, cleaning, 2 were play-fighting - which left ONE to make our food!! I wanted to pull out my diva card & slap them into shape as the line grew out the door & we didn't budge, but I didn't want to embarrass my daughter. Seriously - we entered at 7:15 and I paid for mine at 7:40. No, that should never happen when there are that many workers there, the food is cooked & all they have to do is serve it. Where was the manager?? What I really want to know is - where the HECK WAS THE MANAGER? And why is someone sweeping in that small space while they're making food? And playing around while food is sitting there exposed... Okay so I got past that. The only young man working to try to move the line of people was polite and quick. I ordered a cup of queso $4, which I have to admit was YUMMY. I had one chicken taco $4 - the shell was crunchy but didn't fall apart on me and was packed with lettuce, since I didn't really want much of anything else after seeing the tubs. I also ordered a chicken salad with black olives $10, even though they have everything to add to it. I didn't eat much of it but it was okay. The cashier (the only female there) was friendly but I wonder why she didn't do anything to help move the line along, rather just watched the boys messing around... anyway, moving on... The salsa bar had lots of options - loved it and the area was clean. I'm just more of a white tablecloth type of gal, this place might have scored okay if the service had been quicker - I hate waiting in lines! I may just try it again when I go back next week - see if any positive changes have been made. read more

The restaurant was very dirty and employees were loud! Trash all over the floor and areas all over that needed wiping. Actually heard one employee call out another one for not changing gloves after putting her hands in the trash. The employee acted like it wasn't a big deal! The food tasted good but won't go there again after the glove incident. read more

I love Moes but this location is not cutting it. I was in town for business and ordered on the app. The employee acknowledged he didn't make the burrito the way I ordered and asked if I wanted things on the side instead of making a new burrito. I took my order to go but the chips were burnt and the tortilla was old. Definitely not an experience I will be back for at this location. read more

We come to Moes quite often and are always met with friendly staff, a clean facility and great food.

We had the opportunity to order a Moe's, build your own Taco Kit, at our Middle School, for $37.00. With some of the proceeds going back to the school, we decided to give it a try. You order the Taco or Fajita Kit, online at school and they give you a pickup time for your order. I've ordered twice this way, and both times our order was ready when we arrived. Our kit contained (see photo's) chips, tortillas, 2 containers of chicken, lettuce, shredded cheese, queso dip, 2 types of salsa, sour cream, rice and beans. A family of 2 can easily get 3 meals out of a kit. If the opportunity presents itself, I recommend trying the Fajita and/or Taco Kit. We definitely saved money and time not having to go shopping or cooking, LOL. read more

This Moe's has gone completely down the toilet!!! For what they charge, I was very disappointed with my choad burrito. They have shrunk in size to the point of me not going there anymore. Very very unhappy with where it has gone....and, we never get a Welcome to Moe's when we go in anymore!!!! Also, the last few times we have been in, the chicken has been super dry and chewy. I ordered their giant pancake for 750. What we got was child's pancake plate times 2, at 599 each. So that is 12 dollars. When the bill came I asked to pay 750, which is what I asked for. Being a vegan, I was skeptical walking in here there would be anything for me to eat. We were greeted with a friendly, "Welcome to Moe's!" I stared asking questions about what things were vegan. The manager got involved and we were able to create a burrito that was compliant. Very friendly staff and the manager was very knowledgeable about what were in all items. The burrito was very flavorful and filling. The salsas were all compliant for me. The family are not vegan and they all had very good burritos as well. We will definitely add this to our list to keep coming back. read more

Great food and consistent with other Moe's. Service was very friendly and also great. They have multiple hand sanitizer stations in the restaurant and close by the the doors and restrooms. The employees were wearing gloves and sanitizing tables after each guest. read more

Definitely not a typical Moe's. Open the door and the cashier is the only one that gives the "Moe's Greeting" step up to the counter and the girl asks "What do you want?" I proceed and tell her that I'd like the Moe Monday burrito. I received the smallest portions of rice, beans, and chicken I have ever received at any Moe's. Follow on to the next worker and she gives me basically the normal amount that most Moe's give but during this process she drops my burrito on the counter. Instead of going back and adding what was dropped she just got a new flour tortilla and dumped whatever was left into it and rolls a burrito minus about 1/2 of the chicken pieces and around 1/3 Of the rest of the contents. Both girls were very rude and I could even hear them making comments about the way I talk while I was paying for my food. The guy at the register was super nice. Told me he was still in training and was doing his best and was very nice and easy to work with which was a huge change from the way the other works had treated me. He rings up my order scans my app and gets me on my way. The salsa bar literally had 1 salsa with anything left in the bowls and the rest of things on the counter were in disarray. Which wasn't too big of an issue because the chips were close to uneatable as they were not cooked all the way greasy and tasted stale. The entire store was nasty. I'm becoming a fan of the Moe's franchise. This is maybe my 5th time eating at Moe's. This is my first time at this location. It is back in the cut. I was greeted with the normal Welcome to Moes! I stepped up and ask the young man to bear with me as I don't eat in Moes often. He was understanding. I told him I wanted two soft tacos. He hit me with what type of soft taco? I was like huh?? Lol. He started to explain it to me and another employee helped him drive it home to me. I took his suggestion and went with the corn soft taco. So two pork soft tacos with the cheese (spicy)(wasnt spicy to me :)) that cost extra (1.49), and a soda. Total 11.xx. I enjoyed it, but won't spring for the spicy cheese next time. Value wise I would say it's a lil pricey. The young lady who checked me out weren't as friendly as those who fixed my tacos. I will revisit again soon. read more

Moe's is hit or miss for me. This location was a hit. Brought 9 people and each ordered separately. I got the Homewrecker that basically just has everything and plenty of Guac. CAme with chips and I like that they have a salsa station where you can get all sorts. Spicy, thick, thin, mild, etc. The coke machine is also incredible. I just got water but most of the kids got one of the hundreds of different flavors you can get nowadays. We ate there and were in and out in 30 minutes which is a huge feet. My burrito was filling, tasty, and worth the money. I don't think all Moe's work this well but was real happy this one did. Will be back. read more

This Moe's is decent...but could really use some attention to detail in the cleaning department. It's not awful, but could be better. The food has been good on my 2~3 visits but the service has been hit and miss. 3 stars for now. I'm a fan of their whole wheat tortilla offering. Until a Chipotle hits town (dreaming), this will work. read more

Moe's Food isn't bad. It isn't as good as some of the Mexican chains out west like La Salsa (my favorite), Baja Fresh, Rubio's, or Chipotle. I would give it 3 Stars, but they loose a star for their STUPID menu names. I get so pissed off everytime I see their menu, honestly it must raise my blood pressure 10 points. I refuse to order by their stupid menu names, so pretentious, not at all funny, and completely unrelated to the actual food item. When we stopped here we figured that it would be on par with a Chipotle. Boy was we sure disappointed. I think the food at Taco Bell taste better and I don't even like Taco Bell. Semi-healthy and fresh Mexican food or at least several steps up from Taco Bell. Not quite Chipolte quality (disregarding their recent public health concerns). When you walk in they all greet you and staff seemed very friendly and quick to take your order. I had the Chicken burrito, my wife had the burrito bowl and daughter had the quesadilla. Of course, Moes has a signature menu, consistent in all of their locations. This particular Moes though, just appears to be a bit unkempt. There is always a bad odor inside, almost like a locker room smell. The tables and floors seem to always be a mess when I go in there. Hopefully they can get it together. read more

I have visited Moe's a couple of times and the food was pretty good, but the names of some of the menu items had us a bit confused when we were in the ordering line. The atmosphere is certainly friendly enough and you can tell they try to provide an entertaining experience as well as good southwest- style food. They have one of those fancy Coke machines too. read more

Love this place! The atmosphere Moe's has is wonderful, from the iconic greeting, friendly staff, healthy food, and quaint decor! I stick with the Joey Jr, Earmuffs or their stacks. Although I won't take a star for this, I wish they carried Coffee News. It is a fun, free, quick and easy read while I wait for my stack to come off the grill. I hope they will consider getting it in the future. read more
