I had a really disappointing experience with Zaxby's yesterday. I placed an order for curbside pickup, and the receipt showed that it was ready at 4:20 PM--earlier than the promised 4:27 PM. However, despite being parked at curbside, we sat there waiting until 4:40 PM, and no one brought the food out to us. Eventually, I had to go inside to check, only to find our order just sitting on the counter, completely unattended. By that point, the food wasn't even hot anymore, which ruined the experience entirely. It's frustrating to rely on a service that doesn't follow through, especially when the food quality suffers as a result. I expected better organization and customer service, especially since curbside pickup is meant to make things more convenient. Hopefully, this issue gets addressed so other customers don't face the same inconvenience. read more
