I came to this place three times and I have nothing nice to say about my food. They either don't have what I wanted or they did a rush job and don't give you the quality of what you pay for. Basically the food is garbage. The mini cake I brought was garbage too. I use to love love that cake too. This last one I brought the icing was falling off the cake and was dry. The food is just bad. The food is okay at best. Due to COVID, we placed a few online orders over the last couple of months and not one of them was delivered correctly. Without exaggerating I would say that 50% of the deliveries were missing food we ordered or included items we did not order. When the store is contacted they either hang-up on you when inform them of the problem or say it is not their fault. Online orders are not subject to misinterpretation so it is beyond me how the service quality is so bad. Clearly based upon the majority of these reviews neither the parent company or local management care enough about their service standard to replace the subhuman mutants that consistently fail at their low barrier to entry jobs. Never in my life have I seen such a dichotomy between the food quality and quality of the service. Checkers was bad but it never tried to be good. McDonald's is bad and tries to be good but everybody knows that it's bad. This KFC defies all of my fast food knowledge. Their 2 for $3 sandwich deal might be the single greatest eating experience I have encountered in my entire life. It is your choice of two if FOUR different gourmet sandwiches for the simple price of $3! That being said, the staff leave much to be desired. What is so hard to understand about me wanting the 2 for $3 meal deal and NOT the actual sandwich combo meals? Why do they distinguish each of the four sandwiches by different names but get confused when I tell them which ones I want? To be honest the difference is them just putting varying sauces on each of the sandwiches anyway. That being said, the best one is a tie between the honey mustard one and "Nashville Hot" (which isn't that hot, but I digress). I also ordered a three piece tender deal which came with a drink. Let me just say that this deal might be the second greatest eating experience I have encountered in my entire life; in addition to three pieces of chicken tenders, i got two sides, a biscuit, and a delicious chocolate chip cookie! Luckily this was not like McDonald's in that they did not ask what drink I want only to hand me an empty cup, they skipped that first step and simply handed me the empty cup for me to fill myself! So far so good, right? Wrong! Why are there like eight different drink options but all but two of them just pour plain water? I was looking forward to having fruit punch, but I couldn't because it poured water. Okay fine let me get Sierra Mist (the worst soda of all time)... guess what? More water! I proceeded to try every nozzle to see if any drink option will pour what the label said; only Pepsi was accurate. And what's more, the "water" option didn't pour anything! Those bastards! After that traumatic experience, I finally got my order. I'll admit it was my fault thinking they would include dipping sauce without me first asking. The cashier explained what sauces they had, I began my response "yeah can I get..." when the cashier said "yeah what?" I grew into a panic and blurted out "honey mustard!" though that was not necessarily the sauce I had in mind. After she threw two sauce packages in my bag, my request for other sauce options was rudely denied! How dare they! Maybe if they put as much attention into their soda machine as they did their sauce stinginess, they'd be getting somewhere! This was my first employer at the age of 16 ver in northern New Jersey....I still like the chicken. They get it right and the new grilled chicken is good too. From the long ass lines, it's obvious a lotta people in the neighborhood feel the same way....even with the LNG lines the staff is usually fast and professional, even if the customers aren't too friendly to them and somewhat ignorant....sometimes it's hard to find a table and there can be way too many little kids around...overall, good! read more

It wasn't often I got a chance to enjoy their spicy chicken goodness back in the day. While very little KFC's serve spicy chicken anymore I decided to try those cups that I saw on television. I had the chicken strips with wedges. I think the wedges were fried too hard and the chicken strips weren't fried enough. It was like the batter/flour wasn't cooked thoroughly so the texture was all soggy beneath the layer of flour. I also had to beg for ketchup and BBQ sauce. My service dog helps me to get around and I have never ever had any problems with him before until now. What made it worst is that these two ghetto employees continued to yell and talk smack about me right in front of the whole restaurant which was embarrassing.
