I ordered 3 tenders, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and 2 biscuits. Over 20 dollars. When I say the chicken tenders were horrible is an understatement. I cannot believe someone actually put them in the box. They looked like they were made hours if not the day before. All rock hard coating and dry, dry chicken. Coleslaw was fine as were the biscuits and potatoes. I couldn't even give the chicken to the dog. I was afraid he would choke. The employee that put that chicken in that box did not care what they were doing. I will never going back even though I like their coleslaw but if someone who works with food had that I don't care attitude, I won't go back. I was 16 when I worked in fast food. Well I was hankering for Kentucky fried chickens biscuits. I prefer their biscuits over Popeyes. The cost of the biscuits nowadays are $.75 each. Besides raising the price of the biscuits they have also shrunk the size of the actual biscuits. By my recollection they have shrunk it by at least 1/3 in size. Before you could only have one biscuit in your hand now you can put two biscuits in your hand. So nowadays the biscuits are not as big and fluffy as he used to be. I also got and tried their chicken pot pie same thing here chicken pot pies has gotten smaller and they raise the price. Upon eating the pie, it was more cream than chicken, potatoes or carrots . I thought I was eating a can of cream of chicken with biscuits placed on top of it. Also it was pretty bland not too much flavor of garlic onion or black pepper. It was very salty... Ok. I'm giving KFC 4 stars because it met my expectations. We came in and we're met by Natasha. She was super nice and friendly. She sold us on the idea of the box that had 8 nuggets, 4 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits and 2 small sides for $20. It was just enough food for us. And it was classic KFC. The restaurant is old and in need of updating. But staying in kept up a fun time with Natasha who kept checking on us. It makes me sad to see that this store has 1.5 stars. It doesn't deserve that but it does need updating and that might be why. Thanks KFC for the yummy food. read more

Placed an order on the kfc app at 6:30pm, arrived at location at around 6:40 the app had said my order was ready. I arrived and the order was not ready I didn't think it was a problem and waited about 20 Minutes before being told someone else had apparently taken my order. Five Star I just wanted to tell you of my experience on 8/22/2024. I came about 8:pm to pick up dinner for my wife and myself. As I was leaving the building and stepped off the sidewalk to the parking lot, I tripped and fell with both hands full. Your employees ran to help me get up and took me back inside. We were having a nostalgic moment... neither of us had been to a KFC in many years so decided to stop in. Got the family meal with a bucket of original, mashed potatoes with gravy, french fries, cole slaw, sweet iced tea and biscuits. I kid you not, it all tasted just like our childhood. Everything was exactly the same. And as fast food goes especially after Covid, this was a pretty good experience. The dining area was clean, the staff was fine... not overly excited but hey, semi friendly is better than most, these days. They were accommodating to us wanting a gallon of tea and even offered a refill. The food came out pretty fast and was cooked perfectly as far as KFC goes. Thanks for the memories. read more

With how hard and over cooked their chicken sandwiches are you'd be needing some fillings and dental crowns soon after! At least they're considering your waist line with their kid sized sandwiches, they're just making sure you'll be hungry for more! This time I had to tell the lady taking the order from the drive through 4 times what I wanted and each time I made it very clear. 2 piece meal deal extra crispy with mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. Simple order. Finally she repeated it to me and asked me to drive to the window. She presents me a bill for $18.96. I said that can not be right. She said oh I must have accidentally over charged you. She can back with $15 total. I was hungry for that chicken and paid it. When I got home and opened the box there was 2 thighs no extra crispy, coleslaw dried out and skin on the gravy. Never will be back. Thanks for ruining my all time favorite game read more

Tonight was the second time we have gone to this KFC in the last few weeks. The first they ran out of chicken. A chicken place not having enough chicken. What's wrong with that!. Second time was tonight. We ordered an 8 pc dinner and came home with a 16 pc dinner, 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw and biscuits. This was probably a family of four's dinner. They get stuck with our 8 pc while we get enough food for 2 or 3 meals. Service was horrendous. No customer service skills. We will definitely be looking for a new chicken place. read more

Can't believe I'm writing a review about KFC owned by Jim Gyarmathy. Yesterday after church we were in a hurry to get home to watch the Daytona 500 and thought we would take a bucket of chicken home. Well when I walked in there were people complaining everywhere; "I bought the buffet and there is no chicken on it.", "Half of the food is missing off the buffet." etc. no one at the counter, three people in the back working hard, so I waited. The lovely lady I stood next too said that she had been waiting for some time, as I am hard of hearing I apologized for not hearing her, she said OK because I'm almost blind, we can make a good pair waiting here together. Then, this lovely young black lady came to the counter to take my order as she brought the other ladies large bag of food up. The lady I was talking too said something to her about getting honey, and the girl pointed to a container where they were. She grabbed some and I guess one of the had broken and the whole container was a mess. The lady behind the counter grabbed a hand full, turned around and went to a sink and hand washed all of the packets, grabbed a towel and dried them. I thought WOW, you don't see that often, she turned back to me apologized for the delay and ask to take my order. I wanted a large bucket of all dark meat and she had a puzzled look on her face, turned to talk to a manager (I think) and came back and said that the only way they could do that was Half original and Half Crispy, which was exactly what I wanted any way. This worker's name was "LIZ", she was helpful, kind, working hard and fast, pleasant smile, polite with a can do attitude. I am in my 70's and traveled for a living most of my life, so I have seen a few people behind the counter, but I have never seen one as good as this lady. While waiting on my food I stepped back and was talking to a man that just got back from taking Boy Scouts fishing, he looked at me and said that this lady must have some great parents, because she is not the norm today. Mr. Gyarmathy, you have a gem here, I have not seen you since I was in your office behind the KFC on US41 more than 30 years ago. I don't go to KFC often because of how bad your store management is, it is usually a mess, however this weekend was way different. I am baffled by the rude manager. I think her name is Carolyn . On my way home from work I stopped in the drive thru ordered the Tenders meal bucket for four. In the past the price for several months was 24. And change and you received 12 tenders mashed potatoes and 2 coleslaw gravy and 4 biscuits. Today I was charged 29.+change and upon arriving home to plate the food to my sad surprise there was no gravy and only 1 coleslaw. Sooo I called , I was told the price had changed it's no longer a special and you were supposed to get two potatoes and no coleslaw . She further stated after I mentioned the coleslaw if I would be quiet and let her finish....... oh she's finished alright in my book. If I want to return the food with the receipt she'd give me my money back. No apology no oh come back and I'll give you your gravy NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It has a buffet and that was the whole reason I went. I got my money's worth so that is no big deal. I just wish more was on the buffet and I didn't always have to ask for things. My friend and I chose this KFC . We are down on vacation for a couple of months. Hungry for KFC we decided to try this location. It was drive up, due to Covid 19.. We purchased our food ,the price was fabulous the service was tremendous!! Everything is exactly how we ordered it. We got home took it out of our sack and it was perfect! A lot of people will not compliment on Yelp only for something negative. I want to commend people the people at this KFC for a job well done!!! Very courteous everything was perfect. Went inside, person on register didn't have order, didn't know anything about it. Told her, politely, I would just get a refund. Mgr came up and didn't help cause didn't know anything about online orders. Told her that I tried their restaurant 6 years ago and it was terrible then also, thought they would have improved, BUT no they didn't. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty and the buffet is always closed. I got refund online from grubhub, I hope, but lady at grubhub phone CS was VERY NICE. Took the family for a quick dinner today at 5 pm. We all opted for the buffet so enjoy variety. Since it was the start of dinner I fully expected a clean and fresh buffet. What a huge disappointment! Used their online app several times in the past to order. I do this for convenience and the fact that the website gives more options. You do however have to prepay which is fine. Never had an issue with this here before. Got my confirmation that the food was ready and to head out to pick up. When I get there some big guy tells me they have not received my order yet and I need to wait while he takes orders for the people behind me. Granted I ordered my food 20 minutes before I got there and I did so in advance of the people behind me in line yet was told they did not have my order and it was not their fault because they are a franchise and the website does not control them. Weird answer so I pressed saying I had never had a problem with ordering online, prepaying and picking up from that location before. Again he told me to wait and he needed time to go back into the office to "force the order" asking me to wait longer. I am almost 30 minutes in when he returns from the back and asks to see my receipt which I had already shown twice before even though it specifically says there is no need to show it. He says I could have ordered it anytime and his franchise boss wanted to check the date. I told him I was calling corporate and asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was the manager. Had to ask his name. He said Barry. After showing him the receipt four times I finally got my food. However he disappeared in the back with it for a long time after he packed it. Fresh saliva was on my potatoes. I would highly advise you frequent another establishment. I threw out my food and had to get corporate involved for a refund. When he returned at 9:55 to tell me they were closed. I politely asked the fine gentlemen what time they closed an he advised me right now. I've gone to this KFC a few times - drive through only. Today I got 4 famous bowls and was charged $7/bowl. This was after I had ordered at the kiosk and they told me they would give me my total ' at the window'. When I drove to the window there was noone there and I had to wait a good 2-3 minutes for the girl to come and give me my total. As soon as I heard it, I told them this was not the price I had been paying at previous visits (there was not a deal at those times) and they treated me like I was crazy and were generally rude.I went home - on Doordash I could have ordered the SAME EXACT ITEMS for $5/bowl TODAY. I went in and ordered a 10 piece bucket with a coupon and the guy there Glen was fine. Very nice and good service......But the gal behind the counter doing lord knows what. I'm not a racial person and don't take this the wrong way but shes dark african american. Glen might know her but anyways back to the point. They told me they had no breast (original/crispy). and this young lady bends over the stand where the chicken sits and yells out "Don't be ordering nothing you know we aint got.
