I have also had a bad encounter with the same location before, I went through the drive-through and one of the employees never even gave me my credit card back I had to call and cancel my card and wait to get a new one by mail. We have frequented PT for years & younger staff frequently made omissions or errors (no gravy?!!), improper sauces, too many croutons, and slow service. I stopped shopping HERE for dinner. Most likely management read my complaints as well as other's dissatisfied clientele. A $20 dinner here beats any Publix or Costco chicken special. The tastes of the marinated and grilled chicken is superior.

We ordered a large pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni and sausage. It was incredibly delicious, hot, and fresh; we were very pleased with our choice. As we were leaving, we met James and Joe, the owners. They graciously thanked us for our visit and inquired about our enjoyment of the pizza.
