I paid for a 3 piece and got 2 pieces. We waited quite a while, even an extra 5 minutes for our biscuits, and while the window gal was nice... we won't be returning to this location. Ever. I have tried multiple times with this location since they got rid of Long John Silvers and it's not getting any better, except for friendlier staff. However, when they overcharge and underdeliver... this is the time that a business should go the way of the dinosaurs. The 2 pieces I received were tiny and yes, I'm still a bit hangry as I didn't get enough to eat. This is not how a KFC should be run. Ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken and got the three sides (2 mashed potatoes and one Mac n cheese") and than ordered a chicken pt pie and another side dish of Mac and cheese, a side of coleslaw and two sides of corn..... I get home and opened the bag to come to find out the extra side of Mac n cheese wasn't there and the chicken pot pie was NOT in the bag!!!!! We called the location and a employee answered and we explained the shortage of items. The employee than gives the phone to the so called "manager" and we once again explained the issue and she asked for the name on the order so we told her the name and she said "I remember that order and the chicken pot pie was placed on the "bottom" of the bag and first it was NOT there and second who would place a chicken pot pie on the BOTTOM of a 12 piece bucket of chicken. She commenced to arguing and I hung up the phone because you will NOT talk to customer like that and I also will not be spending my money there any longer. This place has gone down hill in the last couple years and every time the order has been wrong and the sad think is we ordered through the app and they had over a half hour to get it right, just imagine the service people get in the drive through. I can get frozen at the local grocery myself! We got KFC from the University Ave location in Cedar Falls and when we got home it was frozen solid with a half thawed dough circle too. I called the store and they told me to cook at 350° for 22 minutes. (Those instruction were not on the box, obviously) I give this two stars because it was still delicious, I love KFC! 39 cents service charge to use my debit card is pretty much ridiculous. Whoever doesn't associate being in business with debit and credit card fees nowadays have an antiquated business model. The girl taking the order over the drive-through sounded tired bored and like she could care less issues at work that day when she took my credit card she just took it and say thank you just gave me the total and ran it through. The drive-through window was dirty. And it was smeared with fingerprints and smudges could've used some Windex. On the upside my order was out right away and I hardly had to wait to take home my hot bucket of chicken. The downside it cost $22 for an eight piece bucket of chicken biscuits and some potatoes. One girl was wearing slippers. 2 other girls were screaming and swearing at each other in the back, one at the drive through and the other was cooking. My wife and I have been there a few times and have never been satisfied. This place also has a Long John Silvers at the site. Everything tastes like oil from frying the fish. One time we went and wanted coleslaw and they said they were out. This was at lunch time. No excuse!! Our food has never been hot. The help seem to think it is my job to be nice. This is not fast food and is very unlike other KFCs I have been to previously. Even when there is no line, the wait is awful. I feel I could leave the restaurant, go to the nearby McDonald's, order food there, eat and finish it there, drive back to this KFC, and my order still wouldn't be ready. My order was screwed up one time, even though the employee looked right at me and confirmed what I had ordered. More recently, the cookie that you get when you order the $5 meal items wasn't really a cookie. It was a half cookie.
