Two stars is being generous for my KFC visit yesterday. We spent several minutes standing in front of the counter listening to several employees laughing and goofing off with each other. No one greeted us, and we felt like we were imposing on them for wanting to eat there. Our food was good, and it didn't take near as long to get as it took us to be waited on. Cleanliness ~~~ every other table was kept closed due to COVID, and every table that was open was dirty with crumbs and grease and rings from drinks. There was only one other couple eating in, and the whole time we were there no one ever wiped off any table. The floor was slippery, like greasy slick. The bathroom was surprisingly clean. read more

Bra'h, what a dumpster fire. Where do I even begin... Service is okay Food is okay Ambiance is nice The glaring issue is the employees and their teamwork. The drive through side was a million times faster than the indoor takeout or eat in side. There's literally one lady doing it all. She takes your order, makes your drinks, and preps your food. She does this in between taking more orders which is nuts. It was a thirty minute endeavor for a small order. read more

Slow all the time! Food is hit or miss. Sometimes warm, sometimes hot. Atmosphere is pretty good. Location is pretty good. The service was good. The fill up box was $7.11, that's the pot pie & a drink. It used to come with a cookie but I guess it's still a good value for $7. read more

The customer service was not the best. The place was clean. The food was good not the best KFC ever but you get what you pay for.

I have had multiple issues with this restaurant and I have about had it. The food is usually decent at best, I have had worse but I am a big fan of KFC and this is close by so yes I do tend to go here. NOW let's discuss the crew and leadership, as far as the crew goes they are mostly nice people as far as the older more mature ones, the teenagers on the other hand want this to be a job where they do minimal work, joke around, stay on their phones and even ignore the fact customers ( even me ) are standing there wanting to order. I have witnessed temper tantrums and a young girl even throwing packets of something at other employees and laughing about it like it's funny, when it comes to management there is only a couple I would even consider bringing up an issue with food to and who actually give a dang and those managers are Valerie and Brandi oh and also I don't recall her being a manager but Amanda was very helpful as well. the young girl with red hair and glasses is very rude and short tempered and doesn't belong in customer service jobs and the store manager Bre was not helpful, rude and even came off as a bit racist which I DO NOT tolerate whatsoever, she was never there when I was told she was supposed to be and never bothered to call me back, finally once I did get ahold of a manager again which I believe was Andrew he told me she rarely is there on time and doesn't stay her entire shift and he would take care of my issue ( again getting wrong and cold food ) which I did appreciate. At this point you would figure that the higher up people in corporate would notice this type of stuff and do something about it but it hasn't changed which shows me they want people there screwing up and screwing around. if the rest of the good people end up leaving this store will go to hell in a hand basket and I am sure the owners won't even care then. My suggestion to upper management is to get crew there that want to work, good managers and pay attention to your store and customers. read more

How is your store " permanently out of wings and kfc discontinued wings"? I told them I had just ordered, received, ate them the previous week and they were like well ‍ so maybe I'm wrong and within a week they discontinued them and haven't updated their websites/online ordering/in store menus, but....I call the other 5 KFCs in the area and every last one of them have wings. Straight and to the point. Food was great but customer service was horrible, talking about personal affairs/No: hi, hello, have a great day/ bag had gravy on the sides due to the fact the lid was not on correctly. I'm not a person who's picky or really negative but I didn't enjoy sticking my hand into a bag and pulling it out with gravy on the fingers. Additional: I get it, I talk about personal affairs at work at times but when a customer comes thru or is present I suppress the need to do so or just kinda wait until I'm done servicing the client nor do I need someone to tell me to have a great day. Really love going home and having to add mayo and pikuls to a chicken sandwich that was supposed to be prepared this way. And filling my larger fries a quarter of the way, wow... thanks so much KFC. Thank god i pay KFC for this .... 1st time they put nothing on my sandwhich, i let it slide. 2nd time, they gave me the wrong food, i let it go. 3rd time of me having to go home and prepare food myself and basically not get what I've ALREADY PAID FOR...? Decided to quickly get lunch here. With the fact that there were only 3 people over here dining in, I would assume it would have been a fast order. Other people were getting their orders before me. Waited 30min and decided to talk to the cashier about my order that I never got. I don't understand how what looks like a full staff couldn't take my order when there were very few people dining in or are at the drive thru. I was craving KFC after seeing a commercial for those Original Recipe Bites, they looked SO good! And it had been ages since I had been to KFC. Anyway, I went there and went through the drive-thru, figured it would be quick because there was only one vehicle in front of me... yeah right. I waited for 10 minutes. When I finally got to my food, I was disappointed, it didn't cost much so I really shouldn't complain, it only came out to a little over $4 for a 6 Bites, a side and a drink. The thing is, the chicken was NOT good & my drink tasted like it had been squeezed through a dirty sponge or something. I didn't finish the drink and I was not impressed by the chicken. My mash potatoes and gravy wasn't bad, but it was so small a serving that it didn't matter. Actually, later that day my friend asked me what we should get for dinner and seeing the commercial on the telly asked me if I wanted KFC and I said NO! I told him that I didn't think the Bites were good and that I didn't want to eat there again. On top of the nasty food, I didn't get a spoon, or spork for my mash potatoes and I didn't get any napkins... considering that it's drive-thru you would think they would make sure that they provide their customers with the tools necessary to eat their food on the go. Needless to say, that I won't be going to KFC for a long while. And yes, it might just have been a bad experience with THAT particular KFC, and others might make the food better or provide better service, but... I don't really care to find out. read more

Took them about 20 minutes to make a single meal and, when it arrived, was missing the mashed potatoes and dipping sauce for my chicken. Worst customer service ever! I paid over $28 for food only to be told (after my card was charged) that most of my order would take over 20 minutes to prepare. I asked for a refund and then met the rudest manager (Renee) ever. She complained that it wasn't her fault because they were busy earlier and they only had one cook. Who schedules one cook to work on a Saturday night? I asked how long the refund would take to process and she stated that she didn't know it could be a few days to a week. I then requested cash since I paid with a debit card, but I didn't get to finish that sentence because she angrily slammed the window in my face. After watching her do five other things I finally received my card back approximately five minutes later. However, she didn't provide me with a receipt. I sat there and waited for her to come back. She angrily snatched open the window and demanded that I leave. I told her I was not leaving without a receipt showing that I have been refunded. After about five more minutes she then produced another receipt that said cash on the bottom. Again, she slammed the window shut and walked away, so I continue to sit. After a few minutes I honked the horn and she came back telling me that she was going to call the police on me if I did not leave. I explained to her that I didn't pay with cash and she did not give me cash back, so that receipt was not sufficient. I needed a receipt that showed that my card was refunded or the transaction was voided. Again, before I could finish my sentence she slammed the window in my face. She finally provided me with another receipt that says e-tender credit on the bottom and my account number was not listed anywhere. At this point I have no faith that my money is going to be refunded. I then asked for her name and the name of the store manager or owner and the phone number and she told me it was all listed on the receipt and slammed the window in my face yet again. It wasn't. I then went inside the store to allow the cars behind me to proceed. I started talking to a male employee about the information that I wanted and the same manager came from the back of the store and started to yell that she didn't have to give me anything and if I wanted it I needed to look on the internet. She then told me to get out and proceeded to call the police on me. At no time was she threatened and her actions were totally uncalled for. This same male employee provided me with her name and the name of the store manager.I am so angry, disappointed and feel so disrespected. I will never patronize this establishment again! read more

This is a terrible KFC. Went thru the drive-thru about 6:30 PM and was told I would need to wait. There were 3 OTHER CARS besides mine that were already waiting for food. There were only 2 customers inside, so you can't really say they were busy. They weren't able to fill part of my order, and part of my order arrived cold. I will never be back. read more

I disagree with the comment on how every KFC is the same, so I will rate the food. I have only gone through the drive thru, so I can't speak about the inside. Once when I went (during the day) it was pretty fast, but I only ordered a mashed potatoes with gravy. The second time I went, I was with a friend. It was later at night, close to closing. My friend ordered mashed potatoes with extra gravy (she had surgery and can't eat food unless it is slick) and they gave her 2 orders of potatoes, no extra gravy. When we tried to explain the problem, the lady was very rude to us. I was unable to order any entree except fried chicken because they said it would be a 10 min wait and we were in the drive thru (the dining area was closed). It is pretty hit and miss here I guess. The food seems to be either freezing cold or scalding hot, and any time I have gotten biscuits, they have been dried out. read more
