Ordered 12 pc family meal with mixed pieces (3 Breast, 3 thighs, 3 legs, 3 wings). Got 3 legs, 3wings and 6 thighs. Ordered online but had a long wait in line so when I finally got to window after about 30 mins in drive thru I asked if the chicken was hot and I was assured that it was. It wasn't! When I called to tell them they gave me the wrong order the Mgr said they were out of white meat. Offered me a $25 voucher for a $42 bucket of cold dark meat chicken. Not acceptable. read more

I've been eating Kentucky fried Chicken here in the states as well as abroad for most of my 60 years of life and was excited to hear the chicken nuggets. KFC what were you thinking ? The nuggets were over fried very hard and over season it's like they took a bath in the ocean and soaked up salt. I am so happy I only ordered a small portion because I would have been so upset after paying for a larger portion. So, a couple of months back I tried to purchase chicken wings at our local KFC. I was told they wouldn't sell me chicken wings. I could not believe it. I called the Corporate Office and did not get anywhere. Shortly after that there was a FB post that said they were under new management and please try them again - they will make it right. Tonight I decided to try them once more and found a coupon for a $30 Fill Up. I was told they didn't honor the local adds. Apparently no one at corporate, franchisee, or local manager care. Good Lord....worst KFC ever. Should've taken pix of the "chicken" I paid a lot for but I was starving. Cashier hurried me. One piece barely had any breading hanging on to it. The other piece barely had any chicken on it and it didn't seem completely cooked. They were cleaning the women's room with bleach 3 hours before they closed and the lock barely worked. I went to KFC for takeout. The restaurant was clean and neat. The employees were very friendly and professional. Even though it was dinner time and the drive through was packed, I got my food fairly quickly. I ordered mixed chicken with both regular and extra crispy. The chicken was very good and pieces were large. Both the extra crispy and regular flavors were very tasty. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken. My only complaint is that one piece (a wing) was very small and a bit over done. However, all the other pieces were cooked perfectly. read more

They opened late on Christmas Eve. Pulled into the drive thru, and there were 2 employees chatting casually at the dumpster bin while taking out the trash. They finally got their butts in gear, probably because I gave them a dirty look. After pulling in to talk to the speaker, the employee told me they would open late today. Had to ask 2 times how late would they open before I got an answer of "12:30." Stupid and unacceptable, as I was told opening times on Christmas Eve from 10:00 to 7:00 the day before. The clovis location is TERRIBLE. Honestly, I never have an issue with the staff (as probably 95% of patrons do) but man the food quality is absolute shit. I ordered a crispy colonel combo and my sandwich was literally SO dry, looked like leftover chicken, and tasted like it was fried in very old grease. I hardly eat here as it is, but I should not have even wasted my time after hearing half the damn town complain about our local KFC. Tear it down & give us a Popeyes or church's.! read more

So the second I got there, I went through the drive thru and I was rushed to ordered when there was no one there. I ask to give me a moment to look at menu and literally every 10seconds, they ask if I was ready. Finally after a min of them asking, I just ordered the first thing I saw which was the chicken tenders and waffles. When u drove up to pay, they didn't say anything but the order total. When they gave me the drinks, still didn't say a word. Finally got my food and they immediately left as if I was a bother to them. Then Chicken was stale, waffles weren't hard and cold. I asked no ice for my drink but they filled it up as if I ask for extra ice. Worst service and food in town. I waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich. The drive thru told me to park. After waiting that long I had to go in and get my own food. When I walked in there were employees talking and hanging out. Is it really that hard to make a sandwich. read more

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I run my own restaurant in town and this has to be the worst KFC I have ever been to. I ordered online through the service here on yelp and when it said my food was ready I went to the store. The store had no order for me at all and then continued to call me a liar and make a scene. Being in the restaurant business, I understand sometimes there are difficulties with the online system but you never turn it on the customer and make it their fault. Then once I ordered again, I had to make 3 separate trips back into the store due to them not giving us what we ordered. At the end of the day, the food didn't taste as good as it would have it they did their jobs the way they are meant to be done. Don't go here. It's not worth the hassle. read more

The resturaunt counters and floors are gross. I went to the bathroom before ordering and there was no soap. I asked if they could supply some soap and they said they were out (they're next to Walgreens store). I asked how they washed their hands and she said we have our own. The food was fresh, our order was right,took a few Extra minutes to fresh cook the hot wings, they gave us free drinks while we waited, the overhead menu was confusing and difficult to sort out, no children's menu, they seemed to be out of regular drink cups so our free drinks came in "side" cups which was a bit strange. read more

Went through drive-up 2/28/17. Out of chicken pot pie and biscuits. Was told biscuits would be ready in 5 minutes. Waited 10, then went inside only to be told they would be ready in another 15 minutes. They didn't have chicken pot pie on previous visits either. Lesson learned. read more
