It appears the restaurant is now using Uber for deliveries, and this may be contributing to some of the issues. I contacted the uber driver several times and she ghosted me the entire time. That said, when I called the store, the employee I spoke with was incredibly apologetic and promptly processed a refund. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help significantly improved an otherwise frustrating experience. I appreciate the way she handled the situation.

Signage stated that there could only be 2 people per household waiting in line. Good! We got some of the new limited time Blizzard flavors: Oreo Cheesecake, Drumstick, and Circus Animal Crackers. We wanted pretzels + cheese too but they said their cookers were shut down for the night. I loved all of the flavors, what's not to love?
