Would never recommend this place. If the so called general manager decided to be costumer friendly then maybe just maybe I would reconsider this location. I went through the drive thru. I asked for a go-cup. I under stand this is a a&w location as well. However in the drive thru the kfc side of the menu states (also in picture form) that the go-cup comes with wedges. I prefer wedges. I don't like French fries. If I wanted French fries I would have asked for them. As I am driving away I noticed I received fries with my go-cup. I decided to call. I asked to speak to a shift leader. The lady was confused as to what I meant. When I asked for a supervisor she informed me she was the supervisor. After that point I was unable to make full sentences without being interrupted and yelled at. When I asked for the general managers number she informed me she was the general manager. So I informed her I would call Corp. The "lady" then informed me she is not managed by Corp and to remember that as well that I was at the isanti location. She then hung up on me. I called Corp. they might be a franchise but they also have to act in a professional manner. Corp said they will be in contact with this person. They also informed me that if the lady chooses to change the menu in away way away from kfc it's a HUGE violation in the kfc franchise agreement. So to the lady that thinks she is a professional general manager, maybe next time remember other people do work in the food industry and we will speak up when we see things run very improper. Costumers always come first. If you can't handle this it is time to get a new job! read more

I stopped here late on Monday 11/12 for a quick bite to eat. I got EColi poisoning. I went to the doctor a few days later only to find out I didn't just have food poisoning or diarrhea but a severe case of ecoli! It's enough to put me off kfc forever and this is the second time I've got sick from this 1 location. Do not eat here! read more

This location is an A&W/KFC, so the ordering selection is larger then just a single chain. This allowed me to get the mashed potato bowl as well as cheese curds with an A&W root beer in the drive thru. The curds never did make it home. They are above average curds and seemed to use real cheese curds as well as a near state fair worthy breading. The mash potato bowls there are always awesome and filling. I definitely like the food! read more

This place is awful. Rude employees. Went there mostly for the A&W side of things. Nasty food burgers are cold, old and dry. Hot dogs seemed burnt but cold and the hot dog bun was hard. Part of our order was wrong and part of it was missing. Employee seemed annoyed when i asked for the 2 out of 3 drinks we ordered that were missing. Or when i asked for sporks, spoons for root-beer floats and hot sauce because those are kept behind the counter at this place, really; then dont get annoyed when people ask for them. And I wasn't even greeted by the KFC employee she just called her manager and said nothing to me. We order are food It was prepared and we picked it up and sat down to eat it. My son asked for some ketchup so I went back to the counter and stood there. I waited, and waited and waited but the 7 people working there wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I raised my arms trying to wave some down, I shouted excuse me at least 4 x. They have a glass shield on the counter so I took my hand and knocked on it the get some ones attention. This finally worked and the Manager looked up at me and said "don't bang on my glass or I WILL CALL THE POLICE ". I said maybe you should pay attention to your customers and they would not need to bang on your glass. Another employee walked pass and I said "Are you going to ignore me too?" She said "No I guess not" I got my ketchup and our food was more than cold by this time. We ate our meal and I sent my son out to the car. I went back up to the counter and demanded to speak to this "Manager" I asked why she feels it is alright to ignore customers and then call the police when she can't deal with the problem. Her explanation it still the most unbelievable I have never hear in 50 years of living!!!!!!! We have 16 year olds here and we don't tolerate that behavior and if you don't like it we are a 2 million dollar store and feel free not to come back. And I am going to wish you a good day now and please leave or I will call the police and have you arrested.. I am 55 year olds and have never been treated like this from any restaurant and this "Manager" need to get terminated. She thinks that customers don't matter because she is busy enough and don't need them. Please never eat here or you may face police charges for trying to get ketchup for your son. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in customer service. This story starts at 9:30 when you pull up and ALL the lights are off (They are open till 10) place my order get told "we are out of that"... I proceed to order a burger then and am "told we do not have burgers either, we only have white meat chicken" I ask to speak with a manager and she tells me "oh I guess we do have patties" proceed to pull up to the window to speak with the manager where I am met with yet another poor attitude and unprofessionalism I asked for her name and a corporate number she would not give her name or a number and she shut the window on me. The next day I called to speak with the store manager Hanna. WHAT A JOKE and everything became clear when I spoke with the store "manager" She was a replica of the business she was "running" SOOO ghetto, rude, ignorant and pretty much an overall joke.
