I finally got an app to review this restaurant, I literally go EVERYDAY if not twice for a Diet Coke and some food. I actually get really embarrassed when it comes to stopping in so frequently but the staff at this location is so friendly and nice. They all pretty much know who I am and it brightens my mornings being able to chat with the workers in the drive through, and I really appreciate how I can look forward to seeing the same staff everyday. ZERO STARS This could be the worst McDonald's franchise of all time. They always seem to mess up even the most simple orders and serve food that has been sitting around for awhile. I was very hungry so I decided to stop at this McDonald's since it was nearby. As I looked at the reviews it seems like everyone was disappointed with their service. But I still decided to give it a try. Turns out it's not as bad as people make it seem. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I decided to order a crispy chicken sandwich meal and it was so good. Probably the best crispy chicken sandwich I have ever had. The fresh fries were so good as well. Perfect amount of salt and crisp. Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely come back to this location. Good job staff! read more

I came from out of town to visit a friend. We ran some errands and stopped here for lunch. Sorry my order was inconvenient and hard to understand. I DIDNT Receive cheese on my chicken sandwich as requested. My sandwich number was 1247. I drove 20 minutes to find not only a cold sandwich which I expected and why I asked for mayo on the side. But also the cheese I PAID FOR WAS not there that I paid for. I work for two different restaurants and I understand being overwhelmed with orders between the hours of 11 and 3 o'clock. However I try to make sure not only do I have great customer service but I also do all orders correct no matter what they want or how they want it. I called the store to politely explain to one person a female who was nice but automatically cut me off explaining how you can't mail me anything to make up for it. I have to come back for a meal. I asked to talk to the GM because I do understand how and why that could be true.. however... I wanted her to listen and understand where I was coming from as a customer. Didn't feel vale and she lost customer service at end of call just putting me on hold. Witch sounds like your hanging up btw. The Gm also explained and also interrupted making me repeat myself and try to get my point across. However she did answer my questions and appeared a little bit nicer than the first woman I spoke to. I do find it unfair that's the only way you can make up for a mistake on your behalf is if I waste gas to come fix it (too expensive to waste gas ) and it shouldn't be on me to make sure YALL DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. I feel like a customer should not have to check their bag and food before driving off ... that's crazy and don't make sense on the drive times and I thought everything will be correct because I repeated myself over and over. This why I don't go to ANY MCDONALDS because seems like no one can read. I'd never go here again and never work for y'all. Need to mail coupons or give points for free stuff to even the score even if I did came back. I wish I can give no stars for this location. How hard is it to fulfill a Cheeseburger Happy Meal with white milk? Well, let me tell you. So I order my food and pay at window one. They were more then happy to take my money. Then I went to window 2. They gave me my food and pushed me along. Well, we looked in the bag first. We were missing 1 happy meal and we had an extra cheeseburger and a white milk which I later found out was not for my other happy meal, but I paid extra for. I told them I needed my happy meal for the kid regardless of their screw up at taking my order. They had me pull off to the side. After waiting a bit, they came out with it and asked me for the money to pay for it. What? Um okay, here's some cash. My wife told me to just drop it, and not go in. I ended up paying for an extra milk and cheeseburger. I can't tell you how much I wanted to march right in there and chew that manager out. They're lucky my wife was with. read more

Went through drive through but didn't take my order. Drove to the first window to place order. After getting home found that they had neglected to place a BURGER in the happy meal. After calling back all they could offer was to replace the burger and that they were unable to mail any kind of voucher. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! 4 years of going to this place off and on and always the same results. Can't handle the simplest of orders! And these people want to raise the minimum raise when they can't even figure out anything other than "I'll take a number 4"? I am also in the service industry and it is embarrassing to someone like myself who goes the extra mile every day to make sure customers are happy and to have these employees who could care less about their job or even TRYING to do their job. It is pathetic and frustrating. I won't even go to this location anymore...my wife goes there and was there today and the simplest of orders was a disaster. Not all McDonalds are like this one of course...this one is the absolute worst restaurant-fast food or fine dining I have ever been to in my life. Everything comes from the top down as we know, so upper management could care less about customer satisfaction or about having their employees do their job well.
