My friend and I went thru the drive thru on 11/10/24. This KFC has HANDS DOWN THE BEST FOOD I've ever eaten at ANY KFC! The food was hot, the chicken was juicy, the biscuits were THE BOMB! The lady in the drive thru was really nice too. Great job guys! read more

The manager was so busy being an asshole that he wouldn't even let me take a shit. Oh no, he had to BANG ON THE DOOR and tell me I'M TAKING TOO LONG. I guess that also applies to me placing my order, during which time he informed me that I would have to LEAVE THE STORE if I didn't order. Don't you JUST HATE BEING RUSHED? WHUT! I usually don't bother reviewing fast food places, but this particular KFC needs some serious help. I'm giving this location two stars for several reasons. For starters, it took at least 15 minutes to receive my food after I ordered it. The service was friendly enough, but fast food is supposed to be fast! I ordered the Nashville chicken tenders, as I've never tried them before. They came in a tray with at least 2-3 millimeters of grease in the bottom. Luckily my biscuit was on a little platform or it would've been soaked. The tenders themselves were overdone, dry, and chewy. I didn't even finish them all. The dine-in area was fairly clean and well lit with natural light. The crew also had some decent R & B coming from the kitchen area. So there were some upsides to my experience. All things considered though, the food at this location has put me off of KFC completely, and I don't think I'll ever return to another one of these restaurants. read more

My bae with the KFC on Main Street before you get to Bexley and it was a nightmare opening his box. The chicken tenders never saw the light of day. He never took one bite they were extremely over cooked, which meant they also would be dry. So he pulled apart his pot pie only to see if wasn't even half full with content. Sad thing it was before the lunch rush. And to add insult to the situation only the store manager can refund him for this poor transaction. And they're not at work today. Saw a KFC commercial on tv and had a craving so I decided to head on over to the closest KFC. LOL. Right on the edge of Bexley next to Kroger on Main St, not the best area but not terrible. The service at the drive thru was excellent! I didn't get the woman's name, but she was sooo polite and professional. I got a big dinner box with the crispy colonel sandwich, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. Everything was fresh and delicious! Fast, friendly service and fresh and tasty grub. read more

So I just went through their drive-thru. I asked for a famous bowl and a Pepsi. I was going to ask for their chicken little too; but she instantly told me to pull around to the window without asking if I wanted anything else. So I was like I'll just tell her at the window. I get to the window and try to add it on and she's like, I don't take add on at the window. I said you told me to pull around and she said you should have told me when I asked you if you wanted anything else. She literally never asked that or gave me time to tell her I wanted anything else. This place is the worst! They have one of the drive through lines that once you get in it, you can't get out! They always have issues! I got in the line a few weeks ago and it was a note posted on the intercom saying that it was broken... at this point their were no cars behind me. Avoid this location. First of all the place is a mess, located in a run down area. The bathroom was dirty as well as the rest of the store. There were only a few customers in the store but it seemed like a difficult task to handle customers. After watching some drama over a order I thought it be easier to order from the drive through. After waiting in line I finally pulled up to the speaker and after waiting a while I drove off unable to place a order and I noticed there was no one waiting at the window. I guess things take longer at some locations. It may be a long while before I return to another KFC. read more

Today was the last straw dealing with KFC in Columbus. I went to this store, arriving just before 8:30 pm. The store closes at 11:00 tonight, yet when I tried to order chicken tenders I was told they werent available because, "all the tenders are frozen." This is consistent with the fact that over the past 5+ years easily 90% of my visits to Columbus area KFCs have resulted in them failing to be able to fill an order. I don't know if there is a central manager over Columbus who is incompetent or if it several managers, but I'm done. If you really want KFC drive to SR. 36, just west of I-71, in Delaware. There is a KFC there that is so good that it doesn't belong in the franchise. read more

I would never purchase from KFC on main st. Columbus for no other reason than service provided. We have been going to this KFC for years and we know things happen mix ups , trouble hiring people so slow service . We don't complain over these things sh*t happens. The problem we are having now is over a cole slaw we wanted to exchange. We didn't get to eating it till next day it tasted bad . Now they would not exchange our coleslaw because we didn't call that same day and no receipt. So these guys are willing to loose a customer over a coleslaw!! REALLY!!! I I have worked in customer service and I always within reason wanted my guest coming back. I hope corporate reads this because if this is what they expect it's a terrible policy to have. I ordered food from this location through Uber Eats. The driver was given the wrong order and I tried to call the restaurant to let them know. The phone just rings and no one answers. After letting the phone ring several times, someone picks up and hangs the phone up and then the leave the phone off the hook for a few minutes so that the phone is busy. Uber Eats refuses to give me a refund even though I sent a photo of the order and you can clearly see what I received is not what was ordered. I was able to reach the Uber Driver and he said he has had several issues with this location since they now do not allow anyone to come inside, not even the Uber Drivers. The drivers have to wait in line behind all other customers and then wait for them to bring out the order. He had even tried to call the restaurant to let them know he was there. The driver said he has waited 20 minutes to get an order between the wait in the drive through and then the wait at the door for them to bring the food out to him. read more

I order $20 fill up with extra mac and cheese and a sandwich. When I got home all dark meat, over cooked. I called the location asked what all came in the $20 fill up, just to make sure I wasn't in the wrong, I didn't receive any white meat. The lady on the phone ask for my name and said she would put it in the book, and to come back when ever. Later that day I return to the store to get my chicken and got the run around, name not in the book, they ask why I didn't have a receipt, never got one in the first place. Very bad Service, waited 35 min for my order, tables dirty and behind the counter was really dirty ,it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, customer,service bad! !!
