Solid tacos at a fair price and the beer is cold! I did a pick four taco basket and it was more than enough for me.

Whether you live nearby, are staying in the area, or just driving through, Local Cantina is a great place for a taco and a drink. I had a potato taco weezy style (al meaning a second, soft shell with cheese and smashed avocado) and a margarita. It was fantastic! The chips and salsa were serve- yourself, which was interesting. I really dislikes touching scoops and such that lots of others have touched, but that was unavoidable here. It would be nice if they set out hand sanitizer. The atmosphere was also really nice, with a friendly Mexican-inspired flare and, during my June visit, pride paraphernalia. I would definitely come back again.

I loved it! I mean it's a bar for college students, So take it for what it is--which is a slightly less than clean, delicious, cheap, taco joint with self serve chips and $5 margs on Mondays. Love everything about it. The staff are nice too, no complaints from me.

It's Cinco de Mayo baby! I just had to find a spot to enjoy some festivities. Local Cantina was close so I popped in to grab a quick bite. I ordered a blood orange margarita to kick off this celebration. Thankfully it was delicious because it took forever to place my order for 3 tacos. I went with a Cantina fish, Baja shrimp, and tempura shrimp taco. While I waited, I munched on some chips and salsa. Once the tacos arrived, it took me no time in devouring them. They were delish!

Met Anna and Mike here for a quick little lunch. Quiet when they opened but bustling within half an hour. Interesting menu, I ended up going with a trio of tacos. All were very good. Truck, barbacoa, saucy pig. They could use thicker tortillas, or double them up, because partway through the second it was falling apart, and the third I had to eat with a fork. But they all tasted great. Service was excellent. Prices were great. I was starving and three tacos didn't quite fill me up. It was enough, but I wasn't stuffed. I will definitely be back.

We had a late lunch here during the week. There were just a few other people inside and no-one seated outside though it was a beautiful spring day. I had three tacos - two fish which were both delicious and fresh and one potato which tasted like the potatoes were re-heated and not very warm. I also sampled the pork from the pork taco which was dry and had the texture like it had been sitting around for a while. So I recommend the fish tacos and would get them again. They have serve yourself chips and salsa which is delicious. And their queso is delicious. The chips are warm and the salsa has just a bit of heat. Service was attentive but not overwhelming. The ambiance is fun and quirky. I would definitely return but would be careful with my order.

We were driving through Columbus and decided to stop here for lunch. We had our dog so we sat outside and a waitress came to take our order. All of the staff were very nice and attentive. It got pretty busy inside after a baseball camp came through but we still received our food quickly. You can get your own chips and salsa inside. Then we got a burrito bowl and two tacos. The bowl was okay, but the tacos were excellent. We had the Nashville chicken and the cali chicken weazy style. So good!! I would just get tacos next time.

I am so glad we found this local cantina! The interior vibe is very "dive bar" but with classical music in the background. The walls are covered with exciting eye candy and the menu has all the Mexican must eats. They have their house made "Baby Spice" hot sauce that they sell and lemme tell you, it tastes like: mild sauce met citrus. It's fantastic. I am visiting from California and had wanted to take a bottle home, but sadly, they are out of stock. Thankfully, they are giving us two containers to take back to our hotel! Yippee! We ordered a smothered burrito to share (red chili pork) and it's delicious! Perfect size to share with someone if you don't want to end up with a takeaway container. Service was extremely friendly and helpful and invited us back tonight after 9pm for the $2.22 tacos (Thursday only) and all day on Tuesday specials. Thank you Savannah for all your help with the menu and encouraging us to call other locations to see if we can get a bottle of the sauce to pack in our suitcase! We just might have to come back to watch the Celtics game

Quick service. We had our drinks in just a few minutes. We sat outside for a late dinner. Self-service for the chips and salsa. I had a really good and meaty chicken quesadilla. I had to take half of it home because it was huge. Tasted great! We will definitely be back.

Amazing ambience on the patio as always! Cody our server was fast, friendly, funny, and so cute! Taco Tuesday is a great deal, and love the self serve chips and salsa bar.

    Mustache Rides... so good!!!
    Nathan S.

If you've never had a mustache ride, this is the place to get your first! The bartender poured them with quite a heavy hand, thank you : ) Chips, salsa, and queso were good snacks while we enjoyed the margaritas. Americano tacos were just okay. But everyone who worked there were very friendly. Great place to get started for happy hour. Enjoy!

Local cantina has a new menu! I've always been a big local cantina fan, and it appears the changes to the menu are minimal. Wish I got a photo of the menus. They did get rid of my tried and true sangria, however there are plenty of other great drinks. The hot girl summer drink I had a taste of from my friend and it was SWEET! The margs all seem about the same as before and were good although almost too much ice, so felt like there wasn't much in there. The Queso dip is consistent and a large size good for sharing. Highly recommend. I tried the nachos which are a new item (sort of) and were pretty big!! Deff something you could share. I added ground beef but you can add any meat option. It also includes Queso, refried beans, pico, jalapeños, and sour cream. Tasty! Love the vibes and music at local cantina as well. Always a good time and good food.

Service is horrible for a Saturday night act 5:52. Friendly service would be great. Don't understand if they are short staff but restaurant is not busy.

Once he realized it was actually a brewery, he was all in! The brewery has a great atmosphere, and the bartender was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since we've been visiting several breweries during our getaway, they even gave us a Seventh Son passport, which was a nice surprise and a fun way to continue exploring the local brewery scene. I ordered the Wild & Sour flight and really enjoyed it. It was a great way to sample a variety of unique flavors, and each pour showcased the creativity and quality that Antiques on High is known for. Between the excellent beer selection, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely a brewery I'd recommend to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to stopping back again!

It's so creative, and the drinks are really the stellar stand out here. However, the atmosphere of those drinks is what gives me pause when thinking about coming back. The limited table situation, tiny cramped space, and loud music means that it doesn't feel particularly relaxing. People are constantly brushing up against you (even at 5PM), and holding a conversation at a normal distance is nearly impossible. NOTE: This place is covered in dust. No shade to the ownership as it doesn't appear to be anywhere near food prep areas (it's on the decor, on/around shelving, all over the faux plants, etc.), but if you're someone who's sensitive to dust, this is probably not a good fit. PROS: -I loooooooove how they've done their drink menu. As someone who is still exploring the potential of cocktails, their nerdy "chart" that places all of their drinks on a sweet/bitter and alcohol-forward/approachable visual chart is SUCH a help. As such, everything I ordered was absolutely amazing for me. I knew exactly what to expect from a drink because of its position on the chart, and it delivered. -Their drinks are really unique. Aqua faba? Fat washed alcohols? Lollipops or toasted marshmallows as garnishes? Super cool. Don't let some of the weirder descriptions creep you out of trying them. -All of their drinks were delicious. Everything I ordered was exactly as described. I often go places where the taste is barely related to its namesake, but they were entirely on-point here. CONS: -I'm not sure if someone called off that night as other reviewers are in love with the service, but our service was really really slow. No real rapport with the staff; just stating the name of a drink as they rushed past and then they were off to try to clean a table or take someone else's order. The drinks they made were great, but this isn't somewhere we'd go if we were in a hurry. -The pictures do not accurately convey how small this place is. Like, it's small. I'd guess less than 1000 square feet. My apartment is bigger by a lot. This isn't necessarily an issue, but it means people pile up quickly as they wait for seating (there's like 4/5 tables and then bar seating). The human walkways are small enough that the bartenders and other guests will brush against you a lot - even while seated. -I get the vibe they were going for here, but with the smaller space, I think a lot of the potential decor options had to "go" in order to fit more humans. It's giving me hardcore The Hearth Room (in Cincinnati) vibes, and I think it could honestly pull it off if it simply had more space. The "relaxed, sophisticated bourbon bar" doesn't quite come through as well when things are so focused on simply fitting in more bodies. -It's loud AF. Like, really, really loud. Between all the people and the blasting pop music, it required leaning into someone's ear in order to speak at normal volumes. We'd regularly have to pause the conversation if something in the music was building to a drop. This is not a place I'd take someone I wasn't very very comfortable with because it really requires being in someone's space to talk. -There's a single all-gender toilet here for everyone in the establishment. It's basically a revolving door of people in and out of it. The door auto-closes, however, so it's really difficult to figure out if it's open or not. There was usually a queue of people waiting in front of the door.

The whipped ricotta was creamy, smooth, had a lemony flavor with celery leaves and parsley. Seriously, all of the flavors blended so well together! It was also topped with black truffle and honey (from a local vendor)! The sourdough bread that the whipped ricotta was served with was super fresh and warm (and from a local vendor as well)! Salad - we ordered a Caesar salad as well. I thought that it was super nice that they plated the salad on two plates for us knowing that we were splitting it! Super thoughtful! I will definitely return just for the Caesar salad! Meals - I went with the Rigatoni and my husband went with the Lasagna.
