Any time you go no matter if you walk in or go thru drive thru with NOOOO cars you WILL wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes (hopefully) for ANYTHING you order. I usually get the 2 piece & absolutely love there hot sauce so I ask for some & never falls I get 2... yes just TWO packets for my 2 piece. When I asked for a few more ( I don't mind paying for it) the gentlemen stated the Manager ROSE does not allow them to give anymore. I should have known better, they have earned the 1.4 star rating. Paid $14 for a 3-piece combo and got two pieces of chicken. The Pepsi was completely flat and tasted like straight syrup, so it went straight in the trash. They also made me pull off and wait 15+ minutes with three other cars, clearly just to cheat their drive-through timer. After all that waiting, they still couldn't even get the order right. I wish that I could give this place zero stars... they always forget the honey (even though they reassure me every tine that it's in the bag) after they've made me pull to the side. When you call and complain to their corporate number, nothing ever gets done. This is a routine KFC in a small town. The outside was tidy. The inside wasn't completely decorated but clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It probably helped that I went during a non busy time. The food was as expected. It's a classic original recipe taste. I work at this Popeyes and I regret working in it. Some of the managers overwork their employees and they "accidentally" forget to send them to their break. Regardless of an employee being "responsible" for knowing when to take their break. It is up to a manager to remind them or to make sure they take it. OK, I loved KFC since I was a kid - just got a bucket 12 piece meal, got home and couldn't believe the size of the chicken pieces. Where do KFC get their chicken from. The legs was a little larger than my thumb and the breast look the size of a miniature chicken or a Cornish hen. Whom ever is the owner - you really need to get up off your ... and get with the program, customers expect a fair deal - 30 bucks for a 12 piece that would never feed a family of four (nope we are not the big eater family) it just you pieces are so small. The staff is always friendly, professional like to have fun. The restaurant is clean. I got my food very fast. It was hot and fresh. I even saw one of the team members (Brent) walk the food order out to a guest in the lobby. Now that's superior guest service, awesome job Brent. The entire staff is amazing. If you want to waste part of your life waiting in an endless hopeless line, wait here!! I stopped in on Friday at 5:45, simply to order two large coleslaws. I saw how backed up the drive through was so decided to park it and order inside. Well the lobby was full of customers waiting for orders and waiting to order. I patiently waited along with everyone else, as the staff was completely lost and some of them just casually walked around the kitchen and hid. The couple of employees that cared were slammed and tried but had no support (to include the manager ) So Donté took my order and commented how my order would be the easiest to fill, as he handed my receipt to me and walked away. I was completely lost as to why he didn't just hand me the two orders of coleslaw. Then after he disappeared into the kitchen for 5 mins I noticed he grabbed he things from the office and left work. I thought that was pretty horrible considering how many people were waiting for food they already paid for in the lobby, not including the poor drive through folks. After a few more mins I finally flagged down an employee and had her grab my order, which took all of 20 seconds, Then I left. This is probably the most underrated fast food place in Copperas Cove. I've been coming here twice a month for the past couple months now, and I've been nothing less than satisfied. Their staff is professional, friendly and efficient. I never have to wait on my food, because they understand how to run a kitchen. I'm a fan of everything they have, but I usually pick from the different types of their Big Box meals. Their chicken is juicy, but it's not greasy. Unlike a lot of other places in Cove that don't know how to season their meat, KFC's chicken has flavorful spices without it being spicy. They're excellent, perfect even, overall! This afternoon I ordered 2 #13's chicken littles meals and 2 additional sandwiches. I was on my motorcycle. the Woman who took my order was polite and told me wait by the front door and they will bring it out. During that time, 5 other vehicles came through and ordered. the woman who took my order came out and told me the oil was cold and it was being cooked now and would be out shortly. this was 20 minutes after I ordered. Again polite and respectful. i had to deal with anotherror issue i had and she went above and beyond and put the food in my bike for me. Thank you. i drove off and arrived home to find i did not receive the fries that i was waiting on in the first place. Not a big deal. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the woman who took my order talked to me. I explained I did not receive the fries and she explained she did make sure I had them in my bag and had the sandwiches on top. I explained that I believe she had placed it in the other order's bag she brought out at the same time and she proceeded to explain she made sure that I received it. I admittedly hung up up on her after telling her that I was just calling to let them know they screwed up my order. I was angry.
