So I visited this location for the first time on 5-15-2026. I saw that they have a 2 piece special with a biscuit and a side initially for $5.00 I get here the cashier said that it's $5.99. I placed my order with one cashier and the register took a minute to process just be patient I tapped my card then another employee said that I might have to insert my card which I didn't and then another employee came up to the register and asked me what did I want and she tried to take the receipt that printed for my order like it was old from someone else. I told her that is mine for my order idk what they got going on here. I got my mom a box from here also. I have not been to a kfc location in like over a year. I talked to my brother today and he said only go on Tuesday for the $10.00 8:PC or 10 PC box. My box came with 2 pieces and a biscuit and a mashed potatoes that's it nothing fancy. It exceeded our expectations. The store was clean, service friendly and efficient. The food tasted just as I expected! Our only complaint was the insufficiently browned biscuits, we didn't eat them. I arrived just before closing which i apologized for when i got to the window, she proceeded to take my order but when i was telling her my order i couldnt hear her fully and she snapped at me saying "nvm WE ARE CLOSED" just because i asked her to repeat herself. I honestly haven't reviewed anything before but the chicken was so bad I had to! I picked up the chicken at this Decatur location on my way back to Marietta. When I received the chicken I opened the bucket. It looked okay at a glance... but when I got home and looked it was another story. The chicken smelled awful... they had the good pieces on top.. but when I turned it over it looked like someone had eaten most of it... it looked like he had been fried and picked off of a few times. I ended up driving all the way back to return it and get a refund. The manager, John, really seemed uninterested in helping or resolving the issue. He said he gave a refund and I will see if he did in a few days. It was awful. 1 Star is waaaayyyy too many! I will never eat here again and I pray no one else does either. I don't know what's going on with KFC's. None of the KFC's in DeKalb County ever has wings. They force you to buy chicken that you do not want what is the problem with KFC's ordering wings. There are only a couple to choose from in the East Atlanta area and the service is bad at all of them. And none of them serve wings. Shame on you KFC and management. read more

The lady said that it will take 2 minutes and to pull my car on down further beside the handicapped space and she will bring it out. I waited and waited and waited. Then another guy drove up later and also waited beside me. He received his order. Was it my chicken pot pie? I walked back to the locked door asked her for my chicken pot pie. A man with a light blue shirt and tie came outside and asked me what was I waiting for. I told him a chicken pot pie.
