I haven't ate at KFC in years so I thought I would give it a try. I walked in, was not greeted but saw machines on the walk to order. Ok no problem. I placed my order paid and when the young lady called my name she said they stopped selling my order "a while ago" yet it was on the menu. She did not offer any solution or refund so I asked just for the regular chicken. The food was hot and came out quick but the service was disappointing. The store was relatively clean and looked to be a new build. Overall I think I will stick with other chicken options. read more

I actually love this Kfc! Way better than the one in orange city. Nice modern clean and updated, this is a really nice place to grab a bite and sit down to eat if you're looking fast casual. Around 6:40, Feb 22 2025, I walked in to buy a bucket of chicken. At no point was I acknowledged for entering or greeted in any way. Everyone kept doing whatever. If the company is kiosk only, fine, just let me know. A simple hi or we'll be right with you or some kind of verbal direction to use the kiosk. I don't understand this Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Deltona at Providence Blvd/. I don't know if they know they are a chicken restaurant bec last time I was there which was over a year ago, they ran out of chicken, why they were open when all they sell is chicken was beyond me. If all you do is chicken that is the last thing you should not ran out. How can you run out of chicken at different times after 5pm? I never come home wit my order always a substitute. My theory is they don't want to fry anything else and they want to get rid of their overcooked chicken on or whatever they overcooked that day. They do the same with the chicken no more crispy or no more original no strips always depending on your order. Then you wait for your order even when the app say it's ready and is not. I have dined at KFC on four continence and the worst is right here in my own neighborhood. I have been stupid enough to keep trying the KFC here in Deltona. Over and over again, I am constantly disappointed. I have called in, left reviews, and even taken the food back to speak to the manager. It never changes. Today we had company and there is only Papa Johns and KFC close by. I ordered the large family meal and some Cinnabons on the way home. Everyone was excited to eat dinner but the food was a huge disappointment. The chicken was very dark, cold and greasy. The skin just fell off the chicken. The taste of the old grease was overwhelming and not even the kids would eat the chicken. We sent out to Publix for some chicken. The Publix chicken was hot and juicy and I thought it would be a save, but all everyone wanted to talk about was the horrible chicken. I could see tears coming in my wife's eyes. She was so hurt and very disappointed. This is a new KFC on the location of the old horrible one. I really thought the new building was going to bring changes but it is just more of the same thing in a new package. This location is the worst I have even visited. When will corporate KFC take note of this appalling restaurant the is the blight on all KFCs and do something. This is our neighborhood and we are embarrassed to have the worlds worst KFC. The last two times my wife and I went here, we had to pull out front to wait for 20 minutes for our drive-thru order to be ready, and BOTH times they forgot something we ordered. Last time they forgot our mac and cheese, this time they included the mac and cheese but forgot my 5 piece Nashville Hot chicken tenders. I refuse to be disappointed by them again and I refuse to spend money here to not even get what I paid them for. Longest service in any KFC I have ever been in. I waited 20 minutes for a simple order and it's not the first time this happens. Drive thru is a little better but it's really bad here. They focus more on drive thru than the people right in front of them. The food isn't even that good. Pre ordered online today 9-26-21 got there with my wife parked went to open there door and it was locked so I had to go around go thru drive thru when finally helped a person came on the speaker who spoke like a robot , no hello but a what's your order I said I ordered online they said name I told them then a pull up , once I pulled up I was told they were out of chicken to go park they would bring out the food by the way no apologies for inconvenience more like attitude. I have never in my entire life been to a worse eating establishment ever. So bad I called the owner to witch I have never done before. I talked to him the next day. He told me if I brought the food back along with my receipt they would give me my money back. This was the next day. So I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager.They got my order wrong not once but twice. Only to find out after I got home to my family with the food both times. This place has been around for years at this location. I do not see how!! The service is beyond terrible. I sat at the speaker for the drive thru for 8 minutes while saying 'hello' to an empty space. They finally speak and tell me 'they'll be with me in a few minutes' only to wait another 10 minutes. At this point I am stuck in the line because of the cars in front of me and behind me. When they finally start to take my order I am informed that they do no have enough chicken. (seriously??!) When I tried to order something else there was dead silence on the other end of the speaker yet again. I finally got ticked off enough to leave only to get stuck behind the last car at the window for another 10 minutes.
