From my experience yesterday 04/30/2023 around 4:30 pm, this location does not deserve a single star. But I was forced to mark one to be able to post a review. The young person at the register told us that the they did not have a cook available for another hour and were running out of chicken and chicken nuggets. We wanted a 16 piece and he told us that he could put together 16 pieces between fried and baked chicken and he could sell us the remaining 5 chicken nuggets he had left. We waited 25 minutes for our order but was not called to get it. When we approached the counter we were informed that the cook had just arrived and had just started frying chicken nuggets and would have wait longer. My guess is that 5 nuggets went somewhere else. We asked for our money back ($64) I guess he screwed that up also, because we have not received it. Further, there was another young man in the back with long hair not covered that kept flicking his hair with his hands and continued to handle food. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. I went inside one time. This was also my first time at a KFC. The restaurant was so gross!! The floors were nasty I could see the kitchen which was even worse. So I did not order any food and only got a drink. Will not be coming back. read more

They never have what we order. We like KFC chicken, but it seems every time we are here they are out of half the stuff we order and have to take something else or wait 30 minutes. I can see being out of original recipe chicken at 9:45pm, but not at 7:00pm. I wonder if the owner feels that he/she is saving money by not having to throw away food at the end of the night. I would think that not being able to sell a few pieces of chicken and making people want to come back is a lot less expensive than not having what the customer wants and having them go elsewhere next time? read more

This the worst KFC ever! They are always out of stuff. My first visit it was coleslaw. Next time it was chicken. This time it was biscuits. Really guys?! You have one job... plan ahead! Guy at the window offered me a cookie instead. I don't eat sweets so asked if they could substitute anything else instead. He said no, nothing else, so I left without everything that I had paid for. Great fast food,close location to my home in Falcon. if they make a mistake,they more than take care it. Friendly staff. My food is always hot. I do recommend the honey bbq wings. They have great flavor. I do recommend Falcons KFC / A&W. read more

Dirty restaurant, rude and stupid manager! I felt really bad for the young man at the register, because clearly he was out of his element. They are ALWAYS out of chicken early in the day. They seem to have no clue and no care about customers. They can't possibly be meeting any health code requirements! I saw one of the employees drop a pick of chicken then pick it back up and put it in a customers box! Needless to say, I left and will not go back to this dirty, disgusting falling down place. This man literally screams "we outta chicken kitchens closed" it was 8p. The floors are so sticky. I haven't eaten here in YEARS and it hasn't gotten better. The employees are yelling and screaming at each other behind the counter and they ran out of literal chicken... it's KFC. I'm so confused. 3 Times we have went here. We enjoy KFC for quick family gatherings and such. However, this particular KFC has the WORST service and employees I've seen in quite some time. 2/3 times we have literally waited in Drive-Thru, almost 30 minutes. Then orders are wrong to top that off. I asked Manager whats been going on. She claimed that two different cooks walked out on her. Every time we have gone there, they are off pot pies. They price their refill root beer jugs higher than any other one. Very frustrating to have to argue with then everytime. They close before there closing time. How do they stay in business? read more

Went here for family root beer floats and although they are the BEST floats in town, they were impossible to enjoy because everyone of our cups had a VERY strong smell of smoke, maybe a cigarette/Marijuana blend. Food was good. Made a mistake on our order they fixed it fast. Only 3 star cause it took longer then said and kept making excuses for it.

Went to kfc on Thursday omg the worst kfc I have ever been too. Drive up one car in front and wait was 20 min. When the food came omg. 3 piece meal looked like half of a meal. Chicken over cooked been sitting out from previous night. Biscuit hard fries were even worse been sitting stale from the previous night. Not fresh not appetizing. I have lived in the falcon for 12 years and have watched the KFC slowly go down hill. Then store seems to be dirty; the tables, floors, etc.I was there Sunday and the store was closed but the drive thru was open, with only three employees working. They said because they were short staffed. When a customer ordered their meal they drove to the next window and paid for it and a minutes later they got their meal then the employees went to the next customer. I was the third customer and waited over 30 minutes just to order my meal. I didn't get what I ordered and the biscuits were really hard. read more

Absolutley AWFUL!!! Major health code violations during our visit. We went here for a quick fast meal the other evening and went into the restaurant to eat. I ordered the mash potato bowl and my husband ordered a bacon chicken sandwich. We were the ONLY people inside the restaurant and we sat all the way on the side of the building so we could sit and watch our food being made. First off it took 23 minutes for our food to come up even though we were the only people here during our visit and the drive through was slow. Then our food was called and my mash potato bowl was stone cold and my husbands sandwich was made without the bacon so he went back to return the food and ask for it to be made again. The cashier took the sand which back and informed the other workers that they needed some bacon then We WATCHED a girl in the back grab some bacon out of the TRASH CAN in the back of the kitchen with her BARE HANDS and slap it on my husbands returned sandwich then watched as she rewrapped that sandwich and handed it back to the cashier to walk back out to us. My husband informed the cashier what he witnessed and told her he just wanted our money back since we just saw them pick food out of the trash to give us. She called for the manager to refund our money and the girl who used her bare naked hands to grab the bacon out of the trash and placed it on our food came to the register. She was the MANAGER ON DUTY!! Absolutely disgusting. Clearly the manager had no idea she could be clearly and easily seen by customers sitting in the restaurant. Personally, I didn't think this restaurant was very clean or well stocked. I had to ask for napkins, straws etc...because their containers were empty. They also messed up our order 5 times by forgetting to give us main food items and drinks. read more

When we went in to pick up the food they offered to replace it with they were sarcastic and said oh yah we supposedly counted wrong I am sure in your favor. I am writing this review because I think every business should have the opportunity to try to do things better. In order to do that, they need to know what they are doing wrong. My family and I visited the Falcon, CO, KFC on February 29 at 1:45 p.m. There were no other customers in the store, yet all the tables (with booths) were dirty. The floor looked like it had not been swept for a few days. We tried to order the original recipe chicken but they were out -- only had extra crispy (not a fan). Seems like they are often out of original and I am wondering why they just don't make more ahead of time. We ordered our food as "eat in" but had to ask for plates as all the food was put into individual boxes. When my daughter opened her box, there was an insect on her biscuit. This was not very appetizing. I sincerely hope this store cleans up their act, we need more food choices in Falcon. read more

Sad day at the KFC tonight, but not surprised. Went there to get some dinner after a long week of work. First, they had no chicken ready. Ummm...it's a chicken joint and there's no chicken? Decided to go to Frankie's and have a cocktail and then come back. When we returned, they had chicken. Wow...what a treat!! So, we ordered meals to take home. I asked for a two piece meal with green beans and cole slaw. When unpacking, I got 2 pieces of chicken, cole slaw and a cookie (which I cannot eat). The man's order was correct. We live too far out to go back. This is definitely not the first time this has happened and have not been to the place in months because of inaccuracy of orders. Guess this solidifies the fact that we just cannot go back. Thank heaven that more places will be popping up in the next year in Falcon as service for existing eateries will have to improve or they are going to be left behind. read more
