Tonight was our first time here, it was absolutely delicious and I can't recommend it enough. Half of our table got fried baskets and the other half of us shared a few snow crab clusters, pounds of shrimp, and pounds of clams. The seafood tasted of decent quality compared to Juicy seafood (I don't think juicy seafood cleans their seafood enough, I've had gritty clams and mussels with the beard still attached, but everything was prepped great here.) I didn't get our server's name but I'll assume she has some sort of ownership in this restaurant because she was very passionate about making sure we had a great experience by keeping our drinks full, promptly bringing out our food, and anything else we needed. Not often I'll be impressed enough with a first impression that I'll write a review but im more than happy to do anything I can to support this business. I'll definitely be back for my seafood boil fix and I can't wait to recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for some great seafood. read more

Oh my goodness! This place is tops!! The seafood is delicious and the Cajun sauce...yum! Try the Daddy's sauce where it's half Cajun half garlic butter. You'll have no regrets. The fish from the fish and chips is the freshest I've had since the California coast and BETTER than any I've ever had. The breading was perfection. House made tartar sauce to go with it. Second favorite thing on the menu is the clam chowder. It's homemade, not canned. You can taste the fresh vegetables and what seems to be smoked clams. Sanju was my server both times I've visited The Boil Daddy, she's outstanding. She keeps the drinks filled. The sauces keep coming and she is downright a kind person. 10/10 recommend. Shrimp and corn had simple flavors as if they just bought frozen shrimp and corn from Costco and threw on a little seasoning. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT- FOOD POISONING! My 2 friends and I went here for lunch 8/5/2025. The waitress was a sweetheart but the food was awful. 1 person had garlic and butter, 1 person had Cajun, and I had steamed. The crab is served in bags with potatoes, sausage and corn. I cracked open a piece of crab and it tasted like sausage. I asked that it be steamed separately. It came back within a couple minutes and when I opened the bag, it was clear it was the same crab as the live I had broke off the first time was missing on the supposedly new crab they just served me. I took another bite and it was clear something was off with this crab. I refused to eat it. Both of my friends tried it and agreed. I told the waitress something was wrong, i know my crab as it is my favorite food and something is wrong with this. We got the bill and they still charged us for it! My 2 friends who got the flavored kind kept eating. Next thing you know Orkin Pest Control comes in with his clip board. Talked to the staff and then went to the back. Then as he's leaving he talks to the staff again and says he'll be back. NOT A GOOD SIGN! That made me look up their health score. 55/100!!!! It says last inspection was 7/30/2024. I had the chance to visit here for lunch after seeing it a few times. It was pretty quiet and not a lot of traffic on the day I came in. The waitress greeted me with a smile and said I could sit anywhere I liked. The atmosphere was nice. They had two tvs playing with soft music in the background. I ordered a shrimp, crawfish, sausage and corn boil. I didn't eat the sausage after reading a few reviews, but everything was okay! There was a communication challenge/ barrier with the waitresses. We inquired about the type of fish it was and what type of batter it was fried in. No fault of her own but the fish was Swai and undercooked in a basket full of grease we also asked for fries with no salt, shoestring fries had salt. I was actually excited because it nearly impossible to find something other than catfish in this town as we don't like catfish. My appetite vanished. We had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the whole meal felt relaxed and welcoming. The menu had great options that offered flexibility and the seafood was fresh, tender, and perfectly warm--shelling it was so easy, which made the experience even better. I was craving seafood ever since I moved here, I happen to come across this and went to try it the same day. The service was soo amazing and they were attentive to everything! I got the extra spicy which is the spiciest level, and it says no refunds! I was expecting super spicy, but I am not let down by the taste. We first stopped at the Juicy seafood and they were about an hour wait, and some lady swooped in and took my reservation as I was on the phone discussing it with my sister. We were frustrated and found boil daddy. Depending on what you order, I say it's cheaper than Juicy. Boil Daddy does not get stingy on their portions and crab. The crab were so big, juicy, lots of meat for sure. You really get what you paid for, unlike Juicy Seafood. I hope Boil Daddy never gets stingy, because I will most definitely be returning. This place is definitely better than a 5 star rating as everything about my experience was great. We came around 8pm and were greeted/seated immediately. The service by the young gentlemen was top quality and the restaurant is very clean. We were able to combine the mussels, shrimp, crawfish, sausage, and crab in one bag which was a great change compared to Boiling Crab. The Garlic Fries, Daddy Sauce, and all of the seafood was tasty and fresh. With the amount of food we ate - surprisingly we didn't feel heavy compared to other Seafood locations. Stopped by for hubby's b-day luncheon. We ordered the fish basket for kids, snow crab legs, head off shrimp and mussels with Daddy sauce. The food, was delicious!! I would have taken a pic but we tore it up before we even thought to take a pic. Yes it was that good! They give you gloves, a plastic bib and the utensils for the boil. I loved that extra touch! They really want you to experience the boil in a cleaner manner and I appreciated that since we were going other places afterwards. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and polite! The price. It's good for special occasions for us but not a weekly thing for us. Sad for me. But it's so worth the money on those special occasions. The sauce is really yummy, atmosphere is so cute and ready for you to make a mess, gloves and bib provided, the sausage is gross though.

Ambiance was a bit annoying as they had a main door missing some weather stripping and there was a constant loud high pitched whistling the entire meal. The establishment was not cluttered which is a pet peeve of mine and seemed relatively clean although I didn't visit the restrooms. The portions are very large, easily shareable. I had the half pound shrimp, corn on the cob, and potato's. Flavors were great, shrimp was large and cooked really well, potato's were the perfect texture, and corn on the cob was enjoyable although I like a larger size than what was offered. (But I did eat it). The French fries were delicious and straight out of the oil and you could tell they used very fresh oil as the fries were really fresh and flavorful. The restaurant's not fancy but comfortable, parking is plentiful and lit. Took a while to get our food but I'd rather wait for cooked to order and it was. Wifey had shared meal for two lobster, sausage, and potatoes. And she and our child enjoyed their meal as well. We are new to town and plan to try JUICY next. I'll let you know how that goes.
