Nasty store. Grease and food on the floor. Employees not washing hands before coming to the register and no gloves worn. Unfriendly. I drove 45 minutes from Andalusia to Greenvillle for some KFC. Upon entering, I saw no customers but did see 5 large women in the dining area wandering back and forth to the kitchen, laughing and joking with the staff back there. who were having interactions with the staff in the kitchen. I had the impressions they were all family and friends. No one was behind the counter. I stood for over 5 minutes until a lady finally came out to take may order. I ordered a "to go order" of 1 breast, 1 thigh and 1 leg. Potatoes and corn. I had to repeat the order exactly 6 times until the lady got it right. She put the order in the box and I took it home. When I got there, I opened the food and the biscuit was just raw dough, hadn't been cooked. The corn was soured and the potatoes were lumpy and only half an order in the container. No gravy. The chicken had no skin on it and I think the leg was actually pulled off a wing. Threw the whole $14 mess in the trash. Will never go back. read more

French fries were just horrid - very dark, hard, and almost rubbery. Looked re-fried from the day before or 5 hrs old. I ordered two thighs - one original one crunchy. I got two but they looked alike. I couldn't tell if either one was crunchy or original. They wasn't soft and flavorful like original, and they weren't crunchy. They had hard skin...again...re-fried? I'm not sure where to start. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to order from this place and they don't have chicken, no mashed potatoes, no coleslaw, no fries, no this and that and and and. It would be easier to ask what DO you have!?! I placed the order on the app and when my husband showed up to pick up the order, he was informed of all of the things I ordered that they don't have and that I needed to request a refund from somewhere but not from them. I am pretty astute and found a link with a phone number on Google for their customer support and filed a complaint along with a refund request. The employees at this store are rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate, incompetent, and need to be held to their job responsibilities or fired. This was a last attempt to be a consumer there and again, they failed. I'm done. The smell of weed being smoked outside was awful and after leaving beyond further inspection we believe that they slashed our tire because it was flat and the people who fixed it said that was not a common place for the tire to just have popped there were only a few people working and they had Papa John's delivered to them overall it was awful. Went by to go through drive thru. Sat there a long time before just pulling up to window. Young worker snatched open the window and said they were closed. Ummm 8 carloads of people sitting inside eating. I asked why they couldn't let ppl at drive thru know and she leans out clapping her hands at me that they were closed and not wearing their headsets. I agree about the one star. My order was wrong. Luckily I had pulled over to check it before I got back on the interstate. First I was charged $23 then it was miraculously reduced to $18 and had to ask for the receipt when I went back to pick up the rest of my order. Got back on the highway and of course, napkins were not included. I was taking over half of it to go home but, I still had a long way to go so I opened the hot wings. They were so hard and dried out, if I had pitched one out the window, it would have broken someone's windshield. They were like golf balls. To order here you need to be very precise, example: if you ask for extra sauce on anything be ready for your meal to disappear under it. And they have to put it on there for you, no sauce on the side for some reason, even if you pay. They are slow and idiotic every time I go in there. Our drive thru order was messed up beyond belief. Our food is was missing our cookies and coleslaw. Plus I ordered a side of green beans and they did not add that. I ran inside to fix my order and got told there were no more cookies and then another lady whom I think was the manager brought a cookie from the back. Honestly I think it was a box of cookies bought from the store. I politely took the cookie. I asked for napkins, utensils, sauces, the Cole slaw and cookies which was all forgotten in our bags. No one really apologized for the lack of customer service. Right before I was about to leave one of the crew was eating stuff off the line where they make the customers food. I didn't say anything because I had my newborn with me and he was being fussy. I took the food back out to the car, told my husband what I just saw and he said to just throw the food away. We ended up going to McDonald's. It's unfortunate the lack of service and cleanliness of this place. I'm getting less and less impressed with KFC.
