Wish I could give no stars. First the lady at the drive thru had me wait over 5 minutes to take my order. Keep in mind, only one car was ahead of me. Then at the window, took and ran my card for $$$ then informed me they were out of biscuits, replaced 4 biscuits with 2 cookies... and they forgot my drink. Twice in the last week I have gone back to this place. I really need to go grocery shopping. Regardless of my laziness to cook for myself, this place continues to astound. Both times they left something out of my order. Only today did I call them on it and got my full order. After months and months of getting orders wrong, I finally prevailed because I am smarter than these idiots that work here. The drive thru speaker is still impossible to hear and the non-Engrish speaking girl is still working there making it worse and assigned to annoy customers on it. Ordered dinner to go last night, what a mistake! The chicken box had discolored meat inside. The chicken tenders were very thin, dried out and my granddaughter could not eat them and she was very hungry. I tried to order the double double chicken breast sandwich. Was told they don't have this on their menu. Settled for the chicken tender mini sandwiches. Big mistake. The same tenders were used as in the box. Just terrible. How could a chicken restaurant not cook edible chicken? My wife called the restaurant to complain and was offered a refund. She went to pick it up and was provided 2 boxes of chicken (regular and tenders) free. We tried them again a few minutes ago and were really surprised how much better the chicken was today! Never eat at this place ever , me my wife and my brother all got food poisoning from this location. Best kfc ive ever been to Me and my friends go to Wunderland Right across the street and we usually eat there after we are done And Once the lady forgot out cookie and she ended up giving us extras Then the 2nd time We where a couplw dollars short and the Manager let it slide and let us purchase the food and overrall everyone there was so nice. read more

just got home from using the drive through at kfc gresham. ordered two 2 piece extra crispy thigh and drumstick deals. the thigh i got was extremely small. for me it was about 1.5 bites and very greasy. i mentioned to my wife it was about the size of a pigeon. all the pieces were very small. it seems all the portions are on the small side. the price has not lost any weight though. this location does not honor the tv add either. i will steer clear of this location for the foreseeable future. read more

The chicken here is fine, but one time, around 10:30 at night, these jocks in a bright blue pick up truck verbally assaulted me, calling me names and showering me with water. I had to hide in a phone booth, holding my legs straight out, so they couldn't get me. Somes kids also called me insane, and then the jocks called the cops. I was served by a guy named Robert, I was treated like a hindrance than a customer, I just moved here from the coast and am unfamiliar with the menu, went for someone else who just wanted a mac and cheese fill up box and my wife just wanted corn. I got there and was immediately asked for here or to go, seemed normal if not a bit grumpy, so no biggie, I said I wanted a mac and cheese fill up bowl, he said I needed to keep talking because he didnt know what it was I wanted, I apologized for being unfamiliar with the menu, he said it's fine, went to order the corn, and said just wanted a smaller order and then was rudely referred to the menu.....then as I was waiting an older woman ordered behind me and was treated the same way only she was being cut off mid sentence because she didnt answer "for here or to go" I've been a manager in food service (dominos, subway) for the last 5 years and that is mo way to treat customers if you want repeat business, maybe further training on customer service should be looked into for this particular individual. read more

Popeyes in Gresham has the worst customer service I have ever seen. First the manager alex gave me a hard time when I tried ordering, made me repeat my order twice when he clearly heard me the first and second time. Second time I go and was waiting about 10 minutes to even place my order, mind you the car behind me pulled out because the wait was so long, then I place my order they tell me it shouldn't be long and I wait 5 or more minutes the line still hasn't moved and I see a mouse run across their outside area right by the building. So I left. The third time I go I didn't even want to eat there because of the mouse but it was my bfs favorite place so I went to order two chicken strips meals with side n drink. I know they had something against me already but I figured a corporation wouldn't do me THAT wrong. So I get home and instead of strips I have ONE DRUMSTICK in each meal. That's not even on their meal. The manager Alex has complex problems and takes it out on customers. When I went back to get what I actually ordered, the manager Alex called the cops. I know I am not the only one that has been treated wrongly by this boy and I know he gave me the wrong order which can't even ever be an actual order on purpose. I've been to a lot of different KFC's, but the Gresham KFC is the worst!!! Chicken was ok, but drinks came with no ice and warm and was missing some our food and I'd specifically asked about it prior. I could get it if maybe they were swamped, but I was the only car there and I guessed that they may have screwing around, instead of paying attention as well as not very friendly. Wednesday night at 7:40 I was at KFC on Burnside. There was a long line of hungry customers. The counter person could not handle more than one order at a time. By the time I got to the counter, they were running out of side orders. I asked for a bucket of crispy chicken and they refused to cook any more. This is the second time this has happened. I will never darken their door again. If they keep going like they are, I do not know how much longer they will stay in business. Luckily, Pizza Hut came through. read more

I ordered two three piece boxes, at least they got that right. However, I ordered original recipe and the chicken had at least 3/8" crap all over it. If those were chicken breasts, it had to be from a baby Cornish Hen..... there was no way to discern which was the breast and which was the wing..... all three pieces in both boxes appeared to be wings. If I would have been served this glop at any place but KFC I would have serious question about what the meat was, the texture certainly did not appear to be chicken. I've been a longtime fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken long before it was "KFC". I cook...a lot...as a cook, I learned to cook from my grandma and mom...fried chicken from these women was outstanding. It's been years since I've enjoyed a box of KFC, something that was a treat to eat, particularly when it was a hot summer evening, or you were just too pooped to prep good chicken. In the 60s, 70s, thru the 80s and 90s, a dinner of KFC was always an event. My DIL and I decided after a day of working and my son coming home late, we would treat ourselves to a bucket of KFC with the sides and extras. So disappointed I almost cried. First of all....rather than a crunchy delicious coating on the chicken, it was a doughy mess, not golden brown all the way thru...totally undone. The chicken pieces were of unknown origin of the bird...at least from a chicken known to this planet. There was a piece that was unrecognizable from either a leg, a thigh, or whatever...plus...it was so small, it was highly doubtful if it was a working limb of the bird or not! Next ( and the worst), was the chicken itself...it wasn't done :( it was still pink and bloody near the bone. We had to zap it in the microwave to finish the cooking cycle. An order of macaroni and cheese was not included, although paid for. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. Did I call and complain? No...won't use them again. The chicken that was left over, went into a scrumptious chicken and dumpling for dinner a couple of nights later....divine! KFC isn't long for this world....not with offerings of this caliber.
