    Place is looking festive

So we live out towards this area and I remember when all these little shops were being built. Finally got a chance to jump in and try one and it did not disappoint. Had my son with me and he was excited to see if they had elote, even though it wasn't labeled as elote it was labeled as corn, but once you read the description, you knew what it was if you know, you know. Everything was made fresh brioche buns came out amazing. Everything was super clean and well put together and these days getting a sandwich and fries for $15 or a complete kids meal on the same size bun for nine dollars is a pretty great deal. Granted it's still gonna be hard if you're trying to feed a big family going out to eat these days but I really didn't think that we got out for a pretty good deal. Grabbed an extra fry for myself because I had already eaten and the five dollar side of fries was huge. Very happy with that because I am a big quantity of food kind of guy. He was very good and it's nice to see how good they put it together. For the price you see on the menu they gave us two. Very nice people working there explained everything and a great experience. We do hope to come back and glad to see a business in the area that we enjoy.

3 of us ordered at the same time and yet the service was still pretty quick. The shop itself is small on the inside but had good space for waiting. The burger was average but still good, and the fries were nice and crispy. The grilled corn was my favorite though, so delicious and slightly charred, and I like how they packaged it to go.

The food was really good. The Jambalaya dog has so much flavor. The corn on the cob is roasted Mexican style. So much flavor! I really enjoyed my food. The service was great along with the ambiance. Definitely will be coming back to try other food items on the menu.

    Village burger. Ok

First time in. New building. Clean. Server very friendly Tried the Street dog. Foot long and comes with some fries. Pedestrian dog, store bought quality nothing special. Bun is a lot of bread, too much for me. Bun to filling off. $15. Wife tried the Village burger. Good sized patty. Other toppings. Meh. Again a very big bun. Too much bread. If I have a hard time fitting a burger in my mouth it should be the generous toppings not an oversized bun. Other better burgers around.

Buhnz has been one of those "we should try it sometime" places since it opened and finally just decided to go. Ordered the Buhnz Burger (because you have to) and a Street Dog and WOW, I'm blown away. The very first bite of burger had me already planning the next visit. So juicy and packed with flavor, stacked with Beef, pulled pork, bacon, and onion ring. The street dog was smothered in peppers, onion, and aioli. The fries can make or break a meal and these definitely made it, great texture and taste. I'd love to see them introduce a fry sauce cause everything else was amazing, but they do include a dish of ketchup to dip which was a nice touch. The price is a bit high but the meal was so tasty and portions so large that I don't mind spending a bit more to make this a regular spot. Definitely will be back, maybe I'll see you there!

Quaint location. Decent space, amazing menu, & great food. Friendly staff! I would recommend if you're in the area, & needing a hot dog!

Current menu! More items being added soon!

We tried out Buhnz, a new burger spot tonight and were so impressed! Everyone in the family really enjoyed the Village Burger--it was packed with flavor and cooked just right. The french fries also deserve a special shout-out: perfectly crispy on the outside and delicious all around. I also loved the corn on the cob--it was done to perfection! 5-stars! The service was excellent, and you can tell they really care about their customers. They're open to feedback and even plan to expand their menu based on what people want, which is awesome! We'll definitely be back soon to try the hotdogs (they're huge!) and can't wait to see this place take off. A great new addition to town--highly recommend!

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great customer service. We got the street dog, corn on the cob, and a village burger. All was exceptional. Fries were crisp and freshly prepared. The corn was flavorful and juicy. The hot dog was by far one of the best dogs I've ever had. The burger was juicy and a force to be reckoned with. Highly recommend. We'll be back soon.

Sauerkraut, onion and mustard dog. Amazing!

Very good food. Hot dogs are huge and very delicious. The workers are friendly and polite. I'm so glad I went to this place. A must stop if you are in the area. Restaurant is clean and inviting. This is on my list of places I will go to regularly. Thank you guys.

Unfortunately it was not very good. Most of the issue was the ingredients used in the corndog. The type of vegan/vegetarian hot dog was very cheap and was not pleasant to eat, not to mention it barely tasted like it was grilled at all. The pickle was a very interesting and fun concept but with the way it was cooked and the amount of pickle was just too much. I love a good corn dog every once in a blue moon but this was a disappointment for me.

No one else's was there waiting for their food so I don't know why it took them so long to make just one hotdog. While waiting for it I can hear two people in the cart just cussing at each other. Safe to say I won't be returning!!! They forgot to put on the chipotle Mayo so now I just have a cold and dry hotdog. Very disappointed!!

Walking into the Soda Shop, it feels like a kid's daydream. There was candy and souvenirs everywhere, a big ice cream counter, and, of course, the soda shop. I noticed that they also sell food here-- it smelled amazing and I would definitely give it a try if I came again. Ordering was easy, and the young man behind the counter was really helpful-- I had never been to a soda hop before, so I had some questions about the options. He did not make me feel silly for having questions, and he did a good job of both training his coworker and being attentive to the line at the same time. I ordered a sugar free salted caramel soda (there were so many sugar free options!!!) It was delightful. I was a little apprehensive that it would actually taste like the flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised. The price point is higher than you would pay for a normal soda, but I think that the novelty of the experience is worth it. I've been craving good Hawaiian food since moving up from LA and every place I've tried so far has…read morebeen utterly disappointing. But then I found Hawaiian Paralysis! I think I've now officially tried everything on their menu and can confidently say, their food is beyond amazing! Quite possibly the best Hawaiian food I've ever had! Here's a breakdown of everything I've tried at HP: Spicy poke plate: First off, their tuna is incredibly fresh. Each bite is firm but tender, never mushy. They mix this in a spicy mayo that's perfectly seasoned with these little crispy bits that I'm guessing are either onions or celery. It's served with a scoop each of rice and macaroni salad. And guys, they use the GOOD rice! Super fluffy, super tasty, it's absolutely the best pairing for their amazing poke. (Yeah, this is probably my favorite dish here!) Loco Moco: Tender beef patty with bits of chopped sweet onions grilled to perfection, topped with egg and the most amazing gravy you'll ever taste in your life. Served with a side of the best rice ever! This Loco Moco was life changing! (Wait, this might actually be my favorite dish. I can't decide now!) Katsu Chicken: I've tried this the OG way, with curry, and the dynamite version. Their chicken is crispy, the curry is thick and flavorful, and their dynamite sauce is always fire! My favorite way to have their Katsu is with the curry, 100% but my husband absolutely loves the dynamite. Lau Lau Pork: Wait, if there was ever a dish that changed your life completely, this would be mine. It was my first time trying anything like this and I gotta say, my mouth was in heaven! Super tender pork belly, wrapped in taro leaves, and steamed to perfection. I couldn't even begin to describe the feelings I had when that pork melted onto my tastebuds. (Perhaps this one is my favorite?) Shoyu Chicken: super tender, super flavorful, super good!! My dad doesn't like to venture out of his safe eating bubble but he took one bite of this and fell in love! He said he's never had chicken with this much flavor that just melted into his mouth! Hawaiian Breakfast Plate: Spam. Good. Portuguese sausage. Good. Eggs. Good. Rice. Goooood. This is a MUST TRY!! Spam, eggs, and rice is always good but that Portuguese Sausage?? Holyyy! They also have a nice selection of Hawaiian juices to wash all your food down with! There's like every flavor! It's awesome!! Seriously though, everything I've had here has been absolutely amazing! And that's not even the best part about this cart. The best part HAS to be the cart owners Nora and Gary. They are literally the nicest, sweetest couple ever. They definitely make you feel like family which makes the whole experience that much better! HP is located at the Gresham Food Carts in Gresham. They have a great little parking lot, and a building in the middle to keep you warm/cool. Definitely make the trip out to Hawaiian Paralysis to get your Hawaiian food fix, you won't be disappointed!

I work in the industry, so I know what closing time means.. anyways I went in to the drive thru and ordered a fried onion burger. It came with a sundae a burger a soda and fries. My fries were crispy, but I got less than what I normally get from another Dairy Queen (Gresham) my burger while it was tasty, had minimal toppings kind of what you would expect when they don't want to open a new container or restock (I've been there as a high schooler) and my dipped cone was half dipped and the other half on the lid, lol I'm still trying to figure out how that happened. While I could have given this 2 stars, I asked for a pup cup, and they gave me a full size sundae with some peanut butter topping in it for my dog. So pretty young crew, but not terrible. It was pretty windy out and the cashier just wanted to make sure I made my payment got my food and she shut the service window immediately as I got my items. I felt a bit rushed, mind you I barely had time to put my drink down and get my pup cup and my sundae without the cashier looking annoyed at me. So I'm just going to believe she was cold from the wind. Would I go back to this Dairy Queen? Definitely not. The tiny one in Gresham next to winco, the workers are kind and they don't seem to hate their job as much as the Troutdale guys.
