Anyone who's ever ordered a platter like this knows a sauce is normally included--it shouldn't be something customers have to guess they need to request. Serving dry, flavorless food without the standard accompaniments is just another example of how little thought goes into the customer experience here. What really amazes me is the number of glowing reviews. Based on my experience, they simply don't match reality. There was absolutely nothing impressive about the atmosphere, the staff, or the food. It honestly makes me question how so many five-star reviews exist because my experience was the exact opposite. Save yourself the money and the frustration. There are plenty of restaurants that actually care about their customers and serve food worth paying for. This won't be getting a second chance from me.

As I'm waiting In line, The lady who decided to take my order (she had no name tag) pointed at me and motioned her hands to come forward... so I pick my bread, tell her I wanted cheesy garlic added to my bread... so she adds it and puts my bread in the toaster oven. Then starts pointing to the meats (still not talking) and I told her I wanted buffalo chicken. Then toasts my sandwich... again. Without even asking if I wanted cheese. So when she pulls the sandwich back out of the oven I said "I actually wanted cheese on my sandwich, could you add provolone and toast it a little for me, just enough to melt the cheese?" There goes my bread, back in the oven for a third time. I'm sure the shit is as hard as a rock by now but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and wait for the sandwich to come out of the oven... she takes the sandwich out and just looks at me... and I asked "why are you not talking to me?" I responded "that's fine because I don't want to give you my money anyway." I walked away... in complete fucking shock... I turn around to look back because I seriously can't believe what just fucking happened to me and the guy throws his middle finger in the air and screams across the cafe "keep walking bitch before I have you kicked out of here." I take my phone out to take his picture & he screams again "go ahead, take my fucking picture bitch." I walk over to security and ask the man sitting at the desk if he's able to pull the cameras to subway & told him what happened. He looked me dead in my face and told me he couldn't do a roll back on any of his cameras and that I had to go to the management office to make a complaint. Strange but okay... I walk over to management and explain what happened to the lady at the front desk... she calls another lady from security (Michelle) who was very helpful... she provided me with paperwork to make a complaint and had another security guard speak to the asshole manager at subway... thankfully without her patience and concern, I would have really lost my shit in that place. I'm now just waiting for a call back from the owner of the store. I am so fucking upset & angry............ I am honestly surprised I didn't jump over the counter and beat the living shit out of this man. ‍ It's sad that one shit head can make a whole nationwide company look like crap. I am livid.
