This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Luckily a Bojangles is almost open in the same neighborhood. They were totally unprepared for the dinner time crowd. We put in a big order and they gladly took our order. We waited for 30 minutes for our order. I was being patient. Finally I went up to the counter and they said they gave our order to someone else by mistake. At that point I told the manager that I would take substitutions from the chicken they did have. The incompetent manager would not substitute, so at that point I ask for my money back. It took the manager almost 10 minutes to do the credit. He acted like he could not care less that they had totally mishandled the order. Bojangles opens in a few weeks. Do yourself a favor and go there. read more

Worst worst worst. Go to the drive through and it works but not accepting orders and asked to come inside to order. Get in line and they are training new girl. They leave her alone and someone pays with cash and she doesn't know how to process the order. Finally straighten that out and I order two 2 piece dinners. Definitely the worst KFC experience. Drove from Angier to Holly Springs for KFC because we have Chick Fil A every week (which is great) but wanted pieces of chicken for a change and also wanted to taste the new KFC pot pie. After paying for the order which were suppose to be 3 pot pies (as they didn't have 4 which we needed) A family bucket of 8 piece chicken, with extra corn and extra large fries (as extra sides) I made sure with the young man that he has given me the full order. He nodded, I paid and once we got home- 40 min later, discovered that we only have the family bucket- no pot pies, no extra fries or corn, which we paid for. I had the receipt and called the restaurant. Jaden told me that I needed to come back in for a full refund. I said we are 30 minutes away, I gave her the receipt and order number over the phone, but was told unless I come in they can not refund me. I had to come in before they closed. Ofcourse we were tired and wanted to have dinner. She could have looked up the order and refunded me my money, but did not want to go the extra bit. The manager should be fired and bring in somebody who knows what they are doing. You can complain to yum brands about going here but they just know you will be going to a different location and they will still make the money. I have been to this restaurant many times but it was mainly taco Bell. The customer service has always been bad but it just seems what you have to deal with when you go to this location. I had one young lady tell me that she's not going to work any faster because they don't pay her enough money. She said when they pay her enough money, then she'll work faster. Visited here on Sunday Feb 8. While I generally like this location, they always seem a bit slow but on this occasion it was the worst. My kids and I ordered a mix of KFC and Taco Bell food and with the restaurant almost empty it took 22 minutes to get our food. There were several people attending to the drive through, so it would have been quicker to go through it and then come back in to eat. On the dining in side there was one girl doing all the work while 3 employees and the manager stood around talking while the line got longer and longer. I have to say if I go back and have service like this, it will be the last time ever. There's simply too many other options in the area now to have to put up with poor service. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE worst fast food restaurant in the area! Every single employee has a HORRIBLE attitude. It's almost like your bothering them when you place an order... And dont let them be out of something (like grilled chicken) Because sucks for you "we out of that" is the response you'll get. Only giving it 1 star so that I can write this review. So, I went there for lunch today through the drive thru. There were 4 car ahead of me and after waiting in the drive thru for close to 15 minutes, I was finally able to pull up to the speaker and placed my order. At this point there are 3 cars ahead of me and one was holding up the line. I decided ask if I could go in to pay and pick up my order since I only had about 15 mins left for my lunch. The girl at the drive thru said it was ik but that there was no one at the front register( they were all tending to drive thru). I went in anyway, and waited another 8 mins while they worked on my order. A gentleman came to the resgister and took my payment and of course , they got my order wrong. Waited another 5 mins to get it corrected and while waiting, I saw a huge water bug roaming the walls where the patrons sit. Got my food was out of there. If it was for the fact that I was starving and had no more time left, I would've returned my food and asked for a refund. That place is in need of a makeover and more staff during lunch rush. If you're ever in Holly Springs, avoid the KFC/ Taco Bell at 7112 GB Alford Hwy. We went there for some chicken at 4:30 on February 6th. After waiting about 5 minutes, someone finally took our order. After ordering we were told they had to make some more chicken to complete our order. We watched the kid start making our order with what chicken they had, he put it into a bucket and let it sit out in the open along with the sides we ordered .We questioned the kid about it and he said he would give us fresh chicken. We waited for over 20 minutes and never got our food. The staff seemed totally disinterested in helping us out. We watched order after order be given to people in the drive thru. People that had ordered long after we did. After the over 20 minute wait, asked for a refund from the manager, not once did he apologize for the long delay. He also never even asked why we wanted a refund and made no attempt to correct the problem. Very bad experience to say the least, definitely will not be going back. Me and my two sons we're up all night throwing up and spraying. My wife was fine, she ate Hardee's... We ate chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, and mash potatoes, with baha blast. Went through drive through messed up order, I said no worries I will go in so I don't hold up traffic, went in, no one meet me, waited in long indoor line, ordered again, order messed up again, few minutes later manager found out and asked what's up, I said no problem I just ordered three individual instead of bucket (bc I already paid for.two wrong individuals so just chalk it up for loss and get one more), gave the customer behind me my two other drinks bc I did get three drinks in order number one at drive through, finally came out with my other meal and I left.
