We ordered take out, but ended up eating a couple appetizers while waiting. The sliders and nachos were fantastic! The nachos were far more spicy than expected, but they were still enjoyable and portioned well. The wings were cooked well done (extra crispy as requested) and the seasoned spot on. We sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with our server. She was outstanding, and was definitely a trooper because she was doing it all and had several broken ribs apparently. They had a variety of options to watch on the tvs, which was cool because we were able to see some horse races which you never really see at the bar unless it's a big derby. I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in probably over a decade. I have a buddy who absolutely loves this place and you might too if you have a similar MO as him. He likes super cheap, fattening food that you get a ton of for a very little price, the more likely to give you diabetes the better. If that sounds like you then BWW is for you! Per my buddy who measures a restaurants value via quantity vs quality, I needed to come here on BOGO (buy-one get-one) boneless wings night which is every Thursday....and can we stop calling them BONELESS WINGS and call them what they are, ADULT CHICKEN NUGGETS. I followed his instructions and go the 10 boneless wings BOGO so I got 20 for $12.49, which results in around 1920 calories if you can eat them all...I couldn't, I could only down about 12 of them. My son got 6 wings (12 for $9.49) and they messed up his order, he likes sauce on the side and they put sauce on them, so they let us keep that order and got him 12 more. I thought that was cool of them versus taking the plate and tossing good food in the trash. He could only eat about 4 so we took home around 28 wings and about 10 blue cheese sauces...I think they give you a dip, ranch or blue cheese, for every 6 wings...we had SOOO many sauces at the table it was crazy. We ordered a large side of potato wedges ($6.49), which to me was the star of the show. I had forgotten how good these things are, they might even be better than the last time I had them. They have a little bit of a crunch to them and a very tender inside...so delicious. Next time I'd order it with bacon and cheese on top for a few bucks extra. My buddy comes in with his bottom and orders 15 boneless wings ($18.49) which is the max you can get for BOGO, so they get 30 wings for that price and split them. They get no sides and only water so their bill when split is literally $9 plus tip. I think he spends $13 each week here. They never take home leftovers. Overall I think that the boneless wings are not that great. They are more bread than anything. I mean a ton of bread. Probably 50% chicken, 50% bread...they are just deep fried bread with a touch of low quality chicken. Size variation was crazy. Some were huge and would take 3-4 bites to eat, others were smaller than a single bite. The sauce was also not put on well. I usually expect adult chicken nuggets to be tossed well in the sauce you order. Some of mine had a bunch of sauce poured on and others barely had any. Super inconsistent. And then the blue cheese...this is the weakest blue cheese I've ever tried. I believe they must water it down because it's very liquidy. And as for cheese....there were absolutely no chunks of blue cheese in any of my sauces...so I really believe this is just blue cheese flavored sauce and not a true blue cheese. Service was okay, I'd say 75%. They weren't busy at all yet when I got in there were dozens of dirty tables that needed bussed, plenty of employees waiting around. The atmosphere was pretty standard sports bar...bunch of screens, a few big screens, lots of competing TV sounds. Would I go back??? Well, not for adult chicken nugget night. However, I will go back one more time on real chicken wing night which is Tuesday for BOGO. You do get a ton of food for a little bit of money so that makes this place on these nights a true value. We have been here a few times. Never dine in, always carry out. The lunch hours are the worst. They are never well staffed, none is ever on the front or at the bar to greet people, and always out of a product. We went in for an online pick up today that we placed on the application and there were multiple people standing at the counter who were not helped. One person walked in and sat at the bar. However they sat there for 10min or so without being greeted and left the establishment. The food was packed well but we were missing sauces. We had silverware and the food was hot. We love the sauces they have to offer and often have gift cards. Ordering on the app is much better than in person or on the phone. It's hard to get anyone on the phone. Not very good. Hardly anyone in the restaurant (New years eve around 3pm) but it took almost 45 minutes to get all of our food. The server we had, which I think may have been a manager, wasn't very good at checking in with us. (She had maybe two tables)The food was warm, but not very good at all. We ordered 3 orders of 6 wings, wedges basket, plain hamburger/fries and 3 drinks and bill was 70.00. Luckily we had a $50.00 gift card...only reason why we came.With everything becoming more expensive, and you receive less for your money, this was a pretty pathetic meal, combined with not so great service........ don't waste your money. Dined in after seeing a movie. The sign says SEAT YOURSELF. We asked for the table to cleaned off so we can sit there. From the start the original waiter didn't want to deal with us. So my husband went straight to the Manager on duty John McBride to let him what we encounter the 1st few minutes. So the original waiter saw my husband talking to John. So she skipped over us. Then we had a sweet young lady by the name of Olivier Howard. She said I can help you with your order. So I placed my order while my husband was still talking to John. First time at this location. It was pretty empty. There were a lot of tables open for seating. Our server was constantly moving and busy working while the other 3-4 staff members clicked away on their cellphones at the counter. I don't know what each of their roles were but from a customer view, that was not a good perception. The wings was mediocre. We tried four different sauces with the traditional wings. I wasn't impressed, it was very basic. Do appreciate that they allow you to choose 4 different sauces with this combo. Gives us an opportunity to try multiple flavors. The lemon pepper dry rub was way too salty for my taste. Also tried their $3.00 tall tap beer. Just ok! Great place to catch the game. Do not go here for SuperBowl wings. Absolute nightmare of an experience. No organization and manager didn't want to deal with it. People ordering days/weeks in advance only to show up and be told it would 1-3 hours past your scheduled time. Meanwhile some people who placed their orders 20 minutes before their time slot got their order right away because their ticket system is "random" according to the manager. This is my go to when I want a wide variety of wings and great customer service. I was the only person who asked to sit outside the other day (during pollen season!) and both the hostess and server were super attentive, wiping down the tables for me and checking on me often. (Because they said the bar was full, yet there were only 3 ppl at the bar) I ordered the new bacon hatch burger.. The double hamburgers looked deformed, and were overly dry, as if they were pre-cooked. Sauce on the side, came on the side, after what looks like they wiped off the sauce from the Burger. They forgot to add the request of onions, as well as the lettuce, tomato and pickles (which was standard with the Burger). The seating process was terrible. No one knew what is going on. I called ahead to see if there was a wait. They said no but if I wanted take out food it would be 45 minutes. When I got there I was told I could be seated but it would take 45 minutes for our food. We ordered cauliflower wings, chicken wrap with a garden salad and the mac and cheese burger with a garden salad. Both salads were ordered with Caesar dressing. After 5 minutes the wrap and the wrong salad came out. I said we were told 45 minutes. The food server said "I don't know, the food will come out one at a time". I flagged down the waitress and she apologized and confirmed all the food should come out together and she apologized. The chicken wrap was very basic. The chicken had no flavor. The mac and cheese in the burger tasted like Parmesan's and the habanero aioli completely overpowered the burger. The zing wings were way too heavy on the breading. I am assuming they are frozen. I think the server was nice and she did offer a free side of tots. Over all, I wouldn't recommend this place. The manager really needs to do a better job training and supervising. Who ever is in charge of the kitchen really needs supervision and retraining on how to manage the flow of food and hire the appropriate number of competent cooks. Pleasantly surprised I ordered a smashed cheeseburger and fries sat at the bar after playing 12 Oaks golf course. The food was was perfectly cooked and fries were the best they had draft beer specials and got a 20 oz pernicious for $5!!! My issues are that they constantly seem to be removing menu items which is frustrating but could be due to covid impacts... aside from that- its not the cleanest of places- the floor is always sticky a bit which is a huge peeve of mine... the food is consistent however. We went and sat at the bar seating area and watched a few servers walk by, but no one bothered to stop or even say they would be with us shortly. So we thought maybe it was just understaffed on that side so we went over to the dining room side. Sat there probably 10 minutes maybe longer made eye contact with at least two different servers. No one bothered to take our order. The QR code on the table, we scanned it and it would time out and not open up to anything on two different phones. We did overhear the server. Tell the people next to us that they were out of french fries. That was fine for us. But still, no one stopped to get a drink order. been to many different buffalo wild wings locations all over the country and I've never had as poor of service as I had at this location. my partners food came out and we sat waiting for about 10 minutes before we had to physically go up and approach our waiter who was just standing chatting with 2 other waitresses to ask where my food was. waiter did not check on us once the entire time we were there, any time I saw him he was just standing or leaning up against a wall. had to grab a different waitress in passing just to get a refill on a drink that had been sitting empty. food wasn't terrible and that was the only saving grace, but this was by far the worst and absolute laziest service I've ever had. unfortunately won't be returning because of that. read more
