It's a really solid Chick-fil-A, nothing exceptional about it, I will say that the parking lot does not match the foot traffic that it gets, but the services consistent with what you get from a Chick-fil-A. Food is decent- usually cold at this location. Why not have menus anywhere and staff that can help? In-n-out has menus hanging off and this tends to be a smarter move! I don't do fast food that often so this explains the long lines read more

Writing this review to warn others. If you are on a hurry, do NOT come to this Chick-fil-A. The mobile drive through is consistently slower than the regular drive through. Part of this is because they will not tell the car in the front to pull aside if there is an issue with the order and you get stuck behind the car in front. For the mobile lane you'll literally be stuck and won't be able to escape because you're in between the other lane and the building. We were stuck here for 13 minutes on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 and were late to my son's practice. If you must go here, avoid the drive through if you're in a rush. Do not use the mobile app. Please management fix this issue!! Mobile lane needs to be on the outside lane so folks in a rush can make a quick exit if needed!!! read more

It's always a pleasure to enjoy a meal at Chick-fil-A. The Market Salad is fresh and tasty with grilled chicken. I like the tang of the avocado lime dressing. I also like that there are options which include non-fried foods. The kids chicken nuggets can be grilled or fried. This location has a small, enclosed play area for little ones. It is a tad small for my 7 year old but he is tall for his age. Overall, a great place for a fast casual meal. read more

I placed my mobile order and went through the mobile line and unfortunately that line was much slower than the normal line. I feel like it was an unusually long wait for the late afternoon time frame. The ice cream I had didn't look the best but tasted the same as always. I love this Chick-fil-A location. The food and service are both consistently great. My favorite meal is an 8 ct nugget with fries and a Sprite. I always get a ranch and BBQ for dipping sauces. For breakfast it's the chick-n-minis or a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit with hash browns. read more

I have been sitting in the drive thru today for over 15 mins after placing my order and have only moved ahead one vehicle with at least 5 still in front of me. Last time I was here it was well over 20 mins after placing my order until actually receiving it. Chick-fil-a is famous for its exceptional drive-thru service and up until this location, has always proved deserving of that notoriety. But at this point I have to leave a review to let everyone know that at this specific Chick Fil A to always check your bag to make sure you have everything. We have been here over 7 times now where they forget something that we order, be nuggets, dressing etc. I understand you all are very busy but if you are going to take 15 min to prepare the order please try to get it right. Where do I start. I guess with the basket ball win at Southern Wake Academy. It was a hard fought win for the varsity team. When the parents asked where the team wanted to go to eat. The team said chick fil a Holly Springs North Carolina. And off we went to our local Chick Fil A. We arrived at about 950 pm of a Friday night thinking they were open until 11. Oh no I'm hey close at 10. But the manager and cheerful staff said come right in and let's take care of feeding the winning team. We all got our orders in and the staff cheered on the teams win too. ever since the remodel, this whole Restaurant location has been so slow with providing service. You would think that the mobile side of the drive-through would be quicker in the regular side, but that is not the case at all. The mobile line can be longer than the regular drive-through line. I thought the whole reason for the mobile drive-through was so that it could move quicker than the other side. Can the store manager or the general manager please look into why the lines are longer and the service is slower after the remodel versus prior to? There is no reason for the mobile line to be as along as it is. I do want to point out. I do not feel that it's the employees that's causing the slow up. I feel like it's something to do with the system and how the mobile orders are submitted versus others and the timing of that. Drive thru mooooves fast...there is playland for the tots and everybody is really nice and friendly and always helpful. This Chick-fil-A recently opened in Holly Springs and it's the best fast-food that we have now!! They are so quick, and very pleasant. Each time you order from the drive-thru, the person taking your order always ends by saying, "Have a blessed day." How nice is that?? The food is excellent (all of their sandwiches are 500 calories or less) and their lemonade is the best that I've ever had!! Off their game today for breakfast. My husband and I literally stood at the front counter for five minutes without being acknowledged with several people walking by us behind the counter. Finally acknowledged, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, both their orders were wrong. Even though we were told to keep the one sandwich, neither of us eats sausage so it had to go to waste. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and it came with cheese, but I did not want to throw it out. We had to pass by three dirty tables before we found one that was clean. A very different experience than we normally have here. I hope that it was an exception rather than the rule moving forward. The only reason I gave it a three star instead of two was because staff was friendly. Came back on a Monday morning just in time for breakfast. Lots of staff behind the counter and very friendly and accommodating. Ordered the chicken and egg bagel and it came our fresh and hot as well as the tater tots. Coffee was given to me right away. I am seriously disappointed in the change made to the menu where ice cream is concerned. The main reason I started going to Chick fil a is because the ice cream tasted exactly like home made when I was a kid.
