Fries are always burnt, hardly any chicken on the CHICKEN. My cherry pie poppers weren't cooked all the way and they are always out of pot pie. Service is good tho just bad food. read more

I've been here a few more times since my 1 star review & they are getting better. They are still hit or miss sometimes, but I've had much better experiences. They still need to work on the consistency of their food quality, but I have enjoyed my food the last few times I've been there. read more

I normally get my food from here, nut lately the service has been very poor. Seems as if the some of the younger black employees are racist and very rude. My wife went there yesterday and everything she ordered seemed to out of. She ask for sweet tea and when she went to get it they took the dispenser, she was treated very badly and they presented a attitude towards her that was not warranted. I hope some people there teach the employees courtesy towards all customers not just their own race. Very disappointed. read more

The most disappointing corporate restaurant I have ever experienced. I ordered with UBER eats and recieved the incorrect food. All the sides were wrong, 2 of the 3 piece meals only had 2 pieces of chicken, an entire pot pie and side of Gravy were missing. when we called to try to fix it with the restaurant, we were asked to pick up the correct order. We took our own personal vehicle and family time to return the wrong order and pick up the correct food. When my wife returned we where missing once again the pot pie...SMH, I called corporate to Inform them and have been offered nothing, just a verbal promise they will look into the matter. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I can not in a good conscience ever recommend trying this location. read more

I ordered online and chose pickup because they don't deliver to where I live. When I went to pick up my order the cashier told me that her manager said I needed to go inside the building to pick it up in the future. For me there will NOT be a future because I will NEVER order from them again. Do they realize that we are in a Global Pandemic?! I am amazed. I grew up in the area that this KFC is located in. When I come through, I stop at this one to pick up a meal on my way home. The chicken is always cooked throughly. The place is always clean and neat and the employees are wonderful. In this day when you don't know what to expect from fast food, this place is amazing. On my last visit through, I ordered a three piece meal and the cashier was very professional. I was greeted with a can I help you, my order was repeated so we both were in agreement on what I was to receive, the amount that I was to pay was explained and I was given a discount for being a senior citizen that I was not aware that I could receive. My order was to go, and as I left I was asked if I needed any condiments. I always get my orders to go and I have yet to get home and find something missing or not right with my order. I am impressed that in this day and time, you can get what you pay for and know it is right when you get home. I have tried other KFC locations throughout the Richmond area and this one is the best. Thank you Quinaisha (my last cashier) for taking pride in what you do. I look forward to my next visit in the area. read more

Food is okay but service is very slow at this KFC. The drive thru is short so if there if more than 3 cars in it, the line will be in the highway which is dangerous. The parking lot is very small. read more

I only go there when am passing thru the area, so only 2 visits, but in both cases the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, mostly in comparison to other KFC's. The manager must be doing something right. They did get behind this past visit, apparently due to staffing issue but the person who helped me was so apologetic and even gave me a discount for the wait. They really know how to interact with the customers and obviously enjoy it. Pete read more

Had to wait for wings and then they gave me half fresh half old just all around bad customer service I don't believe anyone takes there job serious there..but it's either deal with them or drive to colonial heights which is way better...same district manager for both but the Hopewell location is terrible read more

The food and service here is usually good. Besides this past visit I would have gave it 4 to 5 stars. About a week ago I went through the drive thru to get a quick meal for the family. They were initially quick and we left with our food. I ate a leg, the kids at a leg and a wing, while the other three adults over at the time all had a breast. All of the breasts were undercooked and slimy (the smaller pieces were fine because they cook slightly quicker). We took them back and because one of them threw it away they only gave us two replacement breasts. They didn't offer anything else and when asked if they could do anything else for us since they served us undercooked chicken. The manager was kinda snippy talking to an employee (guess he didn't think we could hear) and said "it isn't undercooked it is fresh" I have had fried chicken from KFC that was even fresher coming straight out of the fryer to my bucket and then plate and there was no slime or nasty taste. Called corporate and they said they would pass it on the the district manager and that he should call within a few days. Well it has been a week now with no contact. I am going to call corporate again tomorrow and see what they are willing to do. I don't usually go to these extremes but the managers inability to offer us anything else for undercooked chicken that could get us sick and then his smart remark just put the icing on the cake to make me have to call. read more
