Sitting here waiting over an hour for 10 wings & fries. Collectively everyone in here has been waiting forever. I placed an online order with a 21 minute estimate for pickup. Maybe those estimates should be more accurate based on the kitchen. Just grabbed a fry to eat in the car & it's undercooked. The corn is ice cold like almost frozen. Very disappointing. Won't visit this location anymore now that a new location is opening in the area. The long wait time is a regular thing here. After waiting that long the food should be perfect. read more

I ordered a ten wing combo. It took 45 minutes for them to make it and there was no one else in the establishment that ordered food. Wings were cooked well but the fries were raw in the middle. The place is clean. That's the reason it is getting 2 stars instead of 1. read more

Since moving to VA, I have been on the search for wings like I used to get in Philadelphia at Wings-To-Go. These were not the wings. I doubt I will return for wings from them either. Don't get me wrong, they weren't bad. I had a 10pc of boneless wings, mild (they were $.60/each) so the price wasn't bad to try something new. They were crispy and hot, even though it was a bit of a drive from picking them up back to work before I ate them. Their blue cheese is good too (a little pricey). I did not eat all 10. There was no flavor on them at all. A little puddle of grease/flavor/not sure in the bottom of the takeout box. Nothing special. If you like dry wings with no sauce, this isn't a bad place. However, I will continue my search for the perfect crispy (not breaded), saucy wings that don't cost a whole lot of money. read more

Wow what great food and staff. Who ever gave them 3 star,s rating maybe didn't have great wings ever. Lol Food was great staff was awesome. Eddie the manager is the nicest person and the sweetest. He helped us all the way. My husband and I had never been there before and they are right up the road. The staff made us feel like family. The food was great we got mild wings fries and rolls. This is as the absolute worst wing stop experience I have ever had. It took 15mins for someone to even acknowledge my boyfriend and I standing there, then after finally getting serviced we waited a hour with out any regard to our time no customer service. I decided to eat else where and wait in the car because I was so disgusted. As I watch from the car my boyfriend patiently wait while his food sat in the orders that were ready for about 10mins!!! So I've visited several locations from this chain, and this particular location always gets me. They have the best wings, fried just right, and sauced perfectly. The first dipping sauce is free with your wings anything extra you will be charged. The shrimp is also extra if you substitute it for anything. I wish the city would give this venue a facelift. Everything this building has to offer is dated. The seats are old the concrete is cracking, and the food vendors are horrible. I'm surprised any significant musical act still chooses to play here. The only reason I visited was due to receiving free concert tickets. On 22 June 19, I came here at 11:00PM then there was no customer and I saw the staffs are ready to close the restaurant (obviously it should be 12:00AM, isnt it?). Then coming to the ordering part, the guy at the counter was taking my order without looking at me and I couldnt hear him speaking as well because he spoke in silence. If that is how this restaurant treating their customers, I wont recommend anybody to go here. After done with the order, there were some other customer coming in right behind me. And the staff let me wait more than 30mins to get the meals and the most important was that my meals was coming after they finished the order of customers coming after me (there was 3-4 group of people) and I had to wait for all of them when I was the first person coming in and making order??? So you could probably say I'm a wing goddess however these wings were okay. I was really looking forward to the wings being that over 10 years ago there used to be a location at Broadrock and Walmsley. I ordered the garlic Parmesan and fiancé had the Hawaiian wings and we shared the lard season fries. My garlic parmesan wings had a moderate amount of Parmesan however no garlic or other seasoning on it. So basically fried wings with a dusting of Parmesan on it. My fiancé wings were good had more sweet semi Hawaiian taste. As always the fries I knew I could always count on, something about that special seasoning always gets me. The crispness of fries and wings were great. Maybe next time I'll try another flavor. Last but not least there is a promotion taking place that if an order is placed a free 5 count of boneless wings will come with the order. I called ahead to confirm however to my dismay once I had gotten home no boneless wings were in my bag.
