The wait time to order my food was over 15 minutes. They only had one register open and one person taking the orders. One lady was just standing behind one of the counters looking at people coming in. There were four people ahead of me when I came in. I ordered the 1/4 white platter with a side of broccoli. The broccoli was steaming hot and the lid was not on the container good. The chicken was not warm at all let alone be hot. The service was ok but could'vebeen better. The flavor was good on the chicken. I doubt expect the food to be steaming hot, but at least warm enough to enjoy. The ambiance was noisy because a large party dining in. They deliberately gave me a bad burger On Thursday and I have been very sick ever since.TBH, I am thinking they may have pit something on it.I sent a complaint to the Arby's Headquarters and I have posted several reviews on this. Apparently the manager didn't appreciate me telling him they should post all of their prices. I didn't cuss him out but I was irritated because they don't post their prices online unless you order. His story was there's not enough room on the menu board at the drive through to list the combo prices. I'm sure they will wipe the security video clean. Unfortunately I'm too sick to go file a report. So if anything disastrous happens to me I suggest the police look into this because I'm serious when I say I think it possible that it's not just the result of that burger being burnt on the outside but undercooked on the inside. read more

Food was good but menu was limited. Ice cream, chicken and barbacoa stands were closed with help wanted signs. No wonder it was slow at 5pm on a Saturday where other places were packed. Service at register was initially great until we asked for sauce packs. Cashier was going to give it to us and then Manager said we have them over there in the pumps to put into a tiny cup. WOW! The service here is trash. They have these young kids that work here and they act like they don't want a paycheck. My order was taken by Jeremiah and he sounded like I was getting on his nerves when placing my order. I ordered chicken. Get to the window, they tell me they're out of chicken. My order wasn't completed and when brought to the attention of Popi she didn't apologize and barely acknowledged their error. I came to experience the 1/2 price shake deal. I went through the drive-thru I was greeted by an automated message which was pleasant. Quickly thereafter, I was greeting by the voice of an employee. I asked about ordering the spa shake and wanted to add peanut butter, but was met with an annoyed tone. I was told to drive around for the total. When I got to the drive-thru window, I was met with a gentleman who had annoyed look on his face and merely asked me to pay the amount. This was our 2nd time, because we received free meal cards after a bad experience. Once again they set one sandwich and both fries on a on a tray and that was outside of the warming area. By the time my food was assembled and put on the tray, it was more than 3 minutes and the 1st sandwich and fries were cold. Why in the world would you take anything away from the heating lamps until the entire thing is ready? This appears consistent, because all the other trays for other orders had fries sitting away from the warmer, and waiting for sandwiches. Legit not sure why this Arby's is rated under 4 stars. It is crazy cozy inside and the employees are so kind! They have every other booth/table blocked off (for COVID precautions). There's a beautiful outdoor space. The inside is so pretty. And on top of all that, you get Arby's! I wish I wasn't in a rush so I could have enjoyed it more. This is the nicest Arby's I have ever been in. We had a complicated order and they got it right. The floors were clean and the drink station was well stocked. The menu choices were amazing! Not your regular Arby's menu. There were unbussed tables, which was surprising given how slow they were. Also, it was very cold in there - so cold we had to leave. My friends and I refer to this as "Fancy Arby's". I have never seen an Arby's like this one in Colonial Heights. I read that the nicer Arby's are being tested in the Richmond area - not sure of the validity of that. This Arby's has the standard menu along w/ a Mexican bar and Eskimo desserts. They have an outside, lit seating area and still maintain the drive-thru. The seating inside is very nice and not like a standard fast food restaurant. They were not too busy the night I was there. Our group ordered from the Mexican bar and from the traditional Arby's menu. It took awhile to get our food. Not too long, but long enough for fast food. I loved my chicken quesadilla and will return. I am curious to see how this new (or at least new to me) business model works for Arby's. read more

This is one of the nicest Arby's and fast food places I've ever been. Very clean and huge!! Definitely recommend stopping here for food.

The girl at the window was very nice. We did have to wait in the drive through for several minutes, but that was okay because we couldn't decide on what we wanted. The curly fries were pretty good, not so warm tho, still they didn't make the trip home. Angus sandwich was pretty great, however the crispy chicken sandwich kind of blows. The best thing about it was the cheese I put on when I got home. Nice location, parking, friendly staff, pretty scenery. Hope to have a better experience next time. And just realized I didn't get my friggin honey mustard sauce... Ugh.. read more

I have seen all kinds of things in my travels across America: I saw a robot make a mocha latte, I saw a woman give birth to a spider, and I even once saw the worlds second largest Arby's. But I never saw anything as weird as this place, which is the worlds first largest Arby's. Inside this architectural marvel there is a twenty foot tall totem pole, canoes hanging from the exposed wooden rafter and a roaring stone covered fire place, which is where they roast their signature beef. The walls are adorned with quotes from a man named Will Rogers, who you might assume was the founder of Arby's, but I looked it up and he's not so I don't know why his quotes are all over the walls but whatever. Favorites include "the stock market has spoiled more appetites then bad cooking", "every country has legalized gambling in some form, we have Wall Street" and "it's not Arby's, it's Ourby's". Man was a poet. Anyway, the decor in this Arby's is superb, as is the upscale atmosphere and menu selection. There is a great variety of food served in this venue in addition to the normal Roast Beef 'wiches, from mexican Barbacoa to rotisserie chicken dinners and zuichini muffin gift baskets. The only downside to eating here is that all the food tastes like it was made at an Arby's. 2 stars. read more

Maybe I just went at a bad time. It clearly looked like they were short staffed which is very unfortunate but it's common anymore. The place itself was nice and kudos to them for proudly flying 6 American flags in the restaurant! I think I just got a bad a piece of chicken but sandwhich would have been good if only the chicken had been cooked longer. I'm pretty sure it was undercooked. I ate most of it anyway because I was hungry but it was disappointing considering I paid over 10 for a small combo meal. The sweet tea was good and the ice was good. Fries were not very hot. Two stars only because it was acceptable Arby's food. Service was TERRIBLE. Arrived at 740 pm on a Sunday night for a fast bite while driving up i95. Before we could even order, we were "reminded" they were closing at 8pm. Tried to order a shake and was told milkshake machine was "down." More likely was that the machine had already been cleaned and shut down early for closing. After waiting 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, we decided to ask for a refund and just eat next door. As they were opening the register for a refund, my food came out. I bought gas across the street from here a few months ago and noticed this oversized Arby's sitting on the corner. Decided that if I ever stopped there again, I'd go and see if it really was that big and check out the patio. Ends up it has 3 menus (regular Arby's one has more than normal) to chose from and a dessert/ice cream station. High vaulted ceilings and probably the best decor for a fastfood restaurant I've ever seen. The patio had large Adirondack and rocking chairs and I was lucky enough to get a 78 degree day to enjoy it. I added photos of the menu because they were nice enough to let me take one with me. It's still fast food but I'm giving it 5 stars because compared to any other location, this particular site is impressive. read more

So my typical rating for any fast food place is 2 stars. It's been a lot of years since I've eaten at an Arby's but the size of this place, and the grass-fed beef sign caught my eye. So it turns out this is the world's largest Arby's! That alone is pretty cool. Ordered a typical Arby dipped sandwich. Wasn't the greatest but wasn't terrible. I want to like this location; really, I do...decided to try the re-introduced smokehouse brisket sandwich along with a new menu item, garlic parmesan house~made chips, pricey endeavor for a sandwich and some chips, topped off at nearly 10$ and not worth the price, the brisket was dry as the desert and by the time I arrived home the chips on top were wilted from being placed on top of the warm sandwich, I did manage to get a few that were on bottom which were crisp and taste good with a good amount of garlic/parmesan flavors to savor. I guess the chips sucked the moisture from the brisket :/ who knows? but I've had the sandwich before and it was fantastic, I want to try the smokehouse turkey but I will chance it at another location. This Arby's is said to be one of their largest, it has outdoor seating, a drive~thru and huge indoors. They also have a varied menu which offers mexican food and eskimo pie desserts along with their regular menu items, they also have rotisserie chicken and veggies, it's a bit outdated but the service was friendly and fast, they have a high volume operation located in between the South Park Mall and Fort Lee Army post, I just wish I had a better eating experience here. read more
