KFC has some of the best chicken out of all the popular chicken chains. I'm not talking about all the fancy chains, just the well established. KFC has both an original recipe and a crispy recipe. I enjoy the original. The location seems consistent with others that I've been too. I'm not a fan of the dry biscut. I think they have some worst biscuts. The mashed potatoes are alright. Just good instant potatoes. I would recommend ordering online. I got a 4 piece meal for $10 and a free 3 piece tender. Not a bad deal! read more

I came here for lunch, dined inside the restaurant. I wanted to try the nuggets, especially after all the commercials and advertising. The nuggets were tasty and cooked with those KFC spices and seasoning. Fries and Slaw were good and KFC sauce was okay. I miss the original finger lickin sauce, but the new sauce was decent. Food came out quick and the staff were nice. Everything was clean inside and there were many diners there. Looks like the really cleaned up the place and glad I stoped by for a quick lunch. read more

I have to give it up to this KFC. I came on a rainy day and saw that the drive thru was packed (since people didnt want to get out in the rain). I always carryout most of the time, so I parked and waited a few minutes to let the rain let up before going in. They were actually pretty packed inside the restaurant too. A little dark I noticed, but Im kind of use to venues being dark. If churches do it, then it doesnt surprise me that a restaurant would do it too! I waited patiently--it was still raining pretty hard...when I finally was waited on, the crewmember apologized for the wait and smiled. I saw they were swamped and told her no worries. All of a sudden, the lights came on. I was so surprised--these crew members were pushing out orders in dinmed light! The crew membrr further explained that theit machine had went down so they had to tell people they could only take cash, but STILL I was impressed with the work ethic and friendliness of the crew members despite the challenges. I didnt wait long for my order and it was accurate to the T-- and tasted even better when I made it home. If Im ever wanting some fried chicken on the fly, this is definetly one of the better KFCs to go to. read more

Service is good and fast, every visit. Ordered the SMOKY MOUNTAIN BBQ SANDWICH. Not to compare it to the picture or anything, but as you can see, it didn't even have half the sauce on it (as advertised). I was looking forward to bbq sauce flavor, but it was just a regular chicken sandwich. read more

This was a flop of a KFC. I tried placing a order in the drive thru and had to clarify too many details. Next once I got my drink it was flat. I sent it back and the worker fixed the soda machine so the Sierra Mist actually tasted like a soda. All in all the service was decent but let's get it together and stay on top of things next time guys. read more

I ordered through door dash. My order arrived with the coleslaw missing, grilled chicken that must have sat under a heat lamp for at least an hour, and a sandwich in a crumpled, grease-stained bag. Is it the fault of KFC, or did the door dash delivery person rifle through my order? If the door dash picked it up in this condition, it should have been refused. Whatever the case, it was inedible. Unfortunately, this was not the first time such an event has occurred. KFC is not paying attention to quality control. I will not be ordering from this KFC in the future. read more

I love this chicken. It's great and he service is even better. Talking about god to the bone. I always eat all the food and be craving for me. I do not realize that I have eaten it so fast it's that good. If you ever in the neighborhood you should stop by here. I don't know when the last time I have had eaten some different kind of chicken. Last night food was good, but finding a clean surface to eat is unattainable. While finishing a tall staff member was sweeping and came within a foot of me while I was finishing my meal, found that very rude. He stood there awhile I believe he was trying to annoy me because last visit before this one I went to the restroom and he was standing by the faucet and would not move and there was another staff member in the stall texting. Went to order food and manager was running around from window to the counter, I told her if she needed help she could find it in the bathroom both guys were in the restroom on their phones. Tables were. Not clean that visit either . They don't have spoons , no trays to customers ( so they don't have to clean them) no butter for rolls. Decent food horrible staff. Worse service ever I went there by drive thru and I was told to go to the front and they would take my food 20 mins passed by and no one would come outside I would even see the people cleaning and we were being ignored when my food had been paid .. If you love hot wings, do not order them from KFC on Monday or Tuesday. I ordered wings today and they were dry and hard. I called the manager, Tonya, to complain about the horrible wings. I asked if they keep their wings under the heat lamp too long because they were terrible. She said they don't use heat lamps and that their wings have a shelf life of 1.5 hours. ??????? That explains it. Tonys has apparently never had her wings after 1.5 hours. Ridiculous, poor management. read more

I was dissatisfied with the food. We dined in and had only half of our order ready when our number was called. I really wanted to commend Diamond our cashier. The staff was short and it was extremely busy but she went above and beyond with a smile and outstanding customer service.
