Am I a menace for reviewing a kfc? Yeah but I don't care. Came in, ordered food on the kiosk and they tell me "we only got extra crispy chicken". Don't go here. I waited in store for an online order for an hour. The order was placed 30 minutes prior to arrival. I never received anything, was finally told the cook didn't show up for work, and no one there knew how to cook chicken. They weren't able to offer a refund. I was told since it was an online order I'd have to contact corporate. I called corporate and was given the runaround, they kept transferring me and no one offered any resolution. Went through the drive-thru last night and ordered a simple wing combo. Lady did not tell us that there was going to be a 30 minute wait.. after about 20minutes I walked in to get a refund nobody would assist the 3 patrons inside the shop. Asked to speak with the manager but the manager refused to speak with me. Every employee including the manager just plain suck. Don't ever eat at this shit hole. We have been here a couple of times. I like this one better than the valley mills location. The food seems fresher and the service better. Two times we went to the other location and they weren't open on time. A few days ago my wife and I got the Texas meal deal see pic. Was a great deal w two piece dark two sides pie and drink w biscuit for 6.59. I paid a bit more and got the white meat. The restaurant was clean and my wide and I enjoyed ourselves. We may come to this one often on our monthly trip to shop at Sams. As I said we have been here a few times and have yet to be disappointed. We ordered through the drive-through. Firtst we were told we couldn't have large fries with our meal, which we've done before. At pick-up, told to pull over where another customer was waiting. A third customer pulled up. After a 30+ minute wait I went inside. We all stood waiting for our meals. Upon receiving my meal, I noticed it wasn't mine. The second meal I received was missing my honey sriracha nuggets. Finally received my meal 49 minutes later. Never experienced this here before. read more

This happened on July 1st. I wanted some chicken, so I went to KFC. First of all I ordered the 2pc white crispy meal, they gave me original. I took it back to the counter, where the lady was rude and gave it to another girl to redo the order. She put it back in the rack, the rude lady caught her mistake and threw the chicken away. They gave me a thigh and wing, it's supposed to be a wing and a breast. The wing was good, but this is what the thigh looked like. I lost my appetite after that. It doesn't matter what KFC we go to the workers never seem to know what they are doing. They never have chicken ready for the customers to purchase. The wait is always 18 to 25 mins. I think it's ridiculous both Kfc's in Waco are terrible. I can walk into Churchs or Crispy chicken and get my order no matter what time it is. KFC used to be one of my favorites when the urge to eat yard bird would strike, but the Bellmead KFC is turning me away to the point that I will not go there again. A couple of months ago I pulled into the drive through and ordered a snack box only to be told that if I would come inside, I would be waited on. I told the person who took my order that if I wanted to come inside I wouldn't have pulled into the drive through. I left without parking and going inside. About three weeks later I decided to give this KFC another try and the same thing occurred. Into the drive through I went, placed my order and then was told that I had to park and come inside to be served. I drove off. Now strike three. Yesterday, one last try and the DRIVE THROUGH was functioning.....yea! But, wait I ordered a breast and a wing.....20 minutes later I finally get my order. I pulled in on 8/11/2013 because I had a sudden craving for some fired chicken. I pulled into the drive through and was reviewing the board. The girl welcomes me and then prompts me for my order and I asked for a minute since I hadn't decided. Then I heard her having a conversation through the speaker with another girl about things they wanted to buy. That happened for a few seconds and then back to mute. I stated that I was ready. No response. I said Hello? Then I just started ordering my food. I look into my driver's side view mirror and I see a blinking red light near the dumpsters behind me. I look harder and realize that there are two female employees out there taking a cigarette break. One girl had on a headset, the red blinking light, and repeated my order. Completely incorrect. She was staring at me sitting in my truck looking at her. I said, never mind. I will go to a restaurant where people give a shit. And drove off. I was disgusted that she was standing by a dumpster trying to take my order. It was like she didn't give a shit. They were having a good time. Each time I have traveled to visit my college student we stop at this location. Customer service is over the top great! Clean both in dining area and bathroom.
