Chica with the stank attitude in the drive through has a smart mouth and dude with the man boobs that made our drinks needs to listen and not fill the cups to the lid with ice, leaving just a little bit if soda to drink. Im not trying to pay for ice! The 2nd time they handed the drinks to us that were supposed to have less ice in them had the same amount. I didnt check on the 2nd batch until we drove off. Idk where the manager was but those brats need to be tamed or fired. Its not a difficult job to have at all. And the Ambiance, that was shitty too. I stuck with my usual, which is 4 Chicken Fingers and a side of Cane's sauce. It doesn't matter if I go to Cane's in Vegas or in Waco. It's always good and the prices are just right. Each chicken finger is a good portion of white meat chicken and lightly breaded. Just a warning...their fingers are usually served hot off the fryer. Fastest Raising Cane's we've ever been to! 2 minutes from ordering (no line!), to getting our food. Yeah! Just waited in line for 30 min for Dunkin Donuts, to be told they were out of donuts, so this was a wonderful surprise! Simple menu-- fried chicken fingers or a chicken sandwich, fries and drinks. We prefer Chick-fil-A fries better and their menu variety. But it's nice to have this option, especially since we don't have it in our home town. I would have given 5 stars, but this particular visit, they lost our order...so we waited for a while, and it wasn't until we noticed others that came in after us getting food, that we brought it to their attention. I went through drive thru since I'm super busy and have finals to study for and they forgot to give me my card and said "thank you" and i left. Once i got home and realized I never got my card back, i called them and they said "yup you forgot your card here" i didn't even get a sorry. So after leaving my food at home to get soggy and cold, i had to get back in my car and go inside of canes to get my card back. The manager brought me my card and i didn't get a single apology. He just handed it to me and had nothing else to say. I would've at least expected a simple "sorry about that" or a compensation for a new meal since mine was going to be cold and soggy. The employees running the drive-thru on November 9th at 4:00 pm were the absolute worst. I ordered two drinks: a large Dr. Pepper and a large unsweet iced tea and they got them both wrong. My passenger realized they gave her sweet tea and we got it fixed, however they also gave me sweet tea when I ordered a DR. PEPPER! How do you get that wrong? Unfortunately, since I was driving I didn't take a sip until I had arrived home. Teach your employees to read the orders correctly on the screen. Clearly, they didn't know how. There were three of them and they couldn't get it right. Note to self: check everything you order at Cane's to make sure they got it right. I've never had such a bad experience at here. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! We arrived 20 minutes before closing and because it was after a football game, the place was packed. When we were 1 person from ordering, they "closed" the kitchen and refused to take our order because it was closing time. What the heck! Dining in with my daughter which is 10 yrs old overall experience was great hot food very clean speedy service however while eating i witnessed the manager who was wearing a blue shirt khaki shorts and a blue ball cap go around the entire establishment table by table and ask how was everything going and could he get refills which some tables asked for refills and some didn't when he came upon our table he looked and proceeded to the next table not once acknowledging that we were there it bothered me a great deal however i didn't feel the need to cause a scene but it was even worse that my daughter spoke up about it and felt very offended that he didn't stop and ask us how was our experience for this reason alone I will not be returning read more

I've been a big fan of Cane's from the moment the first chicken strip touched my lips. It's great, hot, fresh food at a good price, and the toast is to die for. I've never had a bad experience there but recently I had a less than excellent one. I had order my food and gone and waited at a table with one of my friends and we were having good conversation about our weeks. We soon realized that people who had ordered after us were getting their food while we were still waiting on ours. We went to the front to inquire about this and very polite and professionally they explained that there was a mix up in communication and our order hadn't been made yet. Within two minutes they brought our food to the table and as a token of apology they gave us both an extra chicken and an extra sauce and they apologized profusely. It was a very well handled situation and I must commend them for that. I was just very recently told that their chicken can be on the greasy side, while that's not a bother to me it might be a turn off for others.
