This KFC/Taco Bell is located on the west side of 50th and shared a driveway with the Travelodge hotel. At least once a year I come to this particular KFC/Taco Bell because I usually visit Leduc once a year for work. While this is one of the quick lunch spots I choose and the quality of KFC and Taco Bell are what they are I consider this lunch to be a quick and standard type of "know what to expect" kind of deals. The one thing to me that makes things a bit different here is that they seem as least by what I'm used to having at home (in Toronto) that they seem more generous with their servings. If I order a 4 piece meal, the pieces are just larger (more breast than thighs?), the fries in the fries supreme have more (sometimes the containers barely close) and the tacos aren't filled with a quarter teaspoon of beef. Maybe it's just me? I don't really know but I like it better than home and it's rare I go to KFC/Taco Bell but maybe this place will become one of my regular stops in north Leduc like Joey's seafood for lunch. read more

The worst KFC. Not friendly service and they NEVER have chicken ready. If you want dark meat, maybe they will have that ready, but white meat? Never, ever. Literally wait an hour+ for over cooked, small pieces of white meat when you go at dinner time. I'd understand if it were late in the day, but at dinner time to never have chicken ready or take an hour, is wild. And they don't even acknowledge that it's strange to take that long, it's just the norm for this location. read more

The KFC/Taco Bell in Leduc, went for a must have Taco run just before closing time. Looking like it was closed, there were no lights on in the dining area which almost led us to drive away, however asking a staff member outside advised that they were indeed open for drive-thru only. We Ordered a mix of Taco Bell items and KFC items, while the Taco Bell items were good, the KFC poutine was missing the gravy. read more

Myself and my boyfriend stopped by on our way out of town to go camping. We went it and at first no one took our order. We ended up leaving because social distancing was not being enforced and the dining area was dirty. In the 30 minutes we were there no one cleaned the tables or anything. I was in about 2-3 weeks ago and had the same problem with it being messy. As well I noticed staff were not wearing gloves and no one was washing their hands after interacting with customers or itching their faces. I had called on July 31st to make a complaint about this and the whole time the supervisor was rude, she was trying to talk over me and interrupt me. She was also accusing me of being someone i wasn't which was very offensive. I believer the supervisors name was Jaylin or something like that. She kept speaking to me as if I was stupid. I work in the spa industry and I preform more cleaning than I seen done in this store AND THEY WORK WITH FOOD!!!! I did threaten to go to AHS and if I have to again, I will!!!!! I always find this place to be mediocre service. Use to be a lot better before but now I find that when I'm generally having to search for a clean place to sit as the tables are generally dirty. From what I seen there are plenty of employees working there so there is no excuse for how the dining part is left so filthy. Also there are many times where I have issues placing an order and the workers have trouble understanding me and quite often make mistakes on my orders. I still go here from time to time but the food overall compared from before has gone down hill. The chilli cheese burritos are always cold to the point where the cheese isn't even melted. The sauce for the spicy chicken church has absolutely no bite to it compared to before. I personally would never suggest this restaurant to anyone cause it's not worth mentioning due to the poor overall value of what you pay for. read more

ive been here i guess 5 times since moving to leduc in august but i cant go back again. 3 of the visits were pretty standard for kfc/taco bell. one visit i wanted to use a coupon for some taco thingee... when i bit into it, it honestly tasted like it had rancid onion in it. i opened it up and to my horror saw it had no onion at all. i have no idea what can make lettuce taste that way, but it had to go straight into the garbage but i like kfc and gave this location another try last week. i have the kfc app on my phone and each week they give me 2 coupons. i have used these coupons at other kfc and its nice for a low income person like myself to save a couple dollars. this coupon was for a little 4 piece meal and i thought id take advantage but im told the leduc kfc wont honor the coupon if its not printed. im not even sure how it can be printed? but i know no other kfc makes me print them so i foolishly go ahead with the order and then i notice they have an advertised deal on their 6 piece with 2 medium salads instead of 1 individual... i had already told them i didnt want a drink and they had told me no substitutions but now for 2 dollars i can get 2 more pieces of chicken, an extra salad and an upsize of fries. maybe the clerk helping me cant be expected to realize this is a MUCH BETTER DEAL FOR ME... or maybe she just didnt give a damn about me as a customer? anyhow i got a shift supervisor to help and upgraded to the better deal... but now these people didnt know how to charge me the difference. they finally rang in a pop to make up the difference and i handed a 10 dollar bill... but meanwhile they couldnt figure out how to upgrade the 4 piece into the meal. so maybe this is my fault, but before getting my change i help them put together my meal. i find kfc french fries unedible most the time and tell them not to bother... just the chicken and coleslaw. i dont notice i didnt get my change until i got home. the overall incompetence i can live with. ive eaten at fast food places at least 3000 times in my life and seen incompetence like this at least 100 times. its to be expected every so often. but their not honoring their company app coupon program is a huge problem. it lost them this customer. im sure im good for at least 100 dollars profit to them per year. i hope their manager/owner can understand from my review that actions have consequences. honor your commitments if you want to stay in business. train your employees better if this was an employee mistake. between that gross thing i was served my previous visit, and this follow up visit, i simply wont be back. i can hit an edmonton kfc since i work in edmonton. youve lost me as a customer in leduc. but, id hate to see the town lose its kfc franchise so i hope this can serve as a wakeup call read more

I don't always get drunk, but when I do the next morning I always have Taco Bell. Everyone has their version of a hangover cure and mine is the burrito supreme combo from taco bell with fries supreme and a root beer. It's pretty much the only time I really go to taco bell. Last time I was here I came through the drive through and get served pretty quickly, but it can be quite slow as well (whether you're in the the drive-thru or inside the restaurant). This is a combination restaurant with a KFC so if that's more of your deal you can go that way, or you get both (popcorn chicken and fries supreme sounds kinda good to me right now). It's mostly young kids (teens I guess, but they seem so young to me) working so a little patience is usually in order cause it can take a bit of time to get the order out. Service has always been alright though and my food's always been good (well for fast food) and correct. If you're in Leduc and you can some fast food tex-mex tacos then Taco Bell is okay, but if you want more authentic Mexican I'd suggest paying a little more and going to Habaneros. read more

Well, Tacobell & KFC. What to say except - disgusting food, even worse at this location than normal. Dining room is always filthy, food is terrible, greasy and almost inedible. Service is usually slow and painful during the week and worse on weekends. except the drive-thru kids are polite and try hard, but the kitchen crew here kills it for them. read more

I bought KFC yesterday at 7:45pm on March 21/16 for my son. At night he threw up so much due to food poisoning. The chicken was not fresh and was partially raw & etc. This place need a health inspection. read more
