Stopped in here a few days ago for a quick lunch. We haven't been to a KFC in well over 10 years. Prices were a bit high for what you get but we were very satisfied with our meal. We opted for chicken fingers with a biscuit and cole slaw. Chicken was fresh, hot and flavorful. Slaw was good as we remembered. Biscuit was small and a little dry. Nothing like I remember. Staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and upbeat. Overall a very positive experience. read more

It's never good! When is this place gonna get shut down because it's always so slow that they never have anything prepared, so they have to rush everything and it never tastes good. I fear trying other KFCs because this one has treated me so poorly. read more

I waited at the drive through, cars were wrapped around the building. Slow, steady, small, greasy, meal. 2 pc chicken and a cookie. I believe that I received a kids meal as the pieces were so small and the cookie...maybe a give away. Who knows, but just go when you have a greasy crave, flavor ahhhh not worth the long line. This place recently opened. The fryer was broken, no fries. One of the owners was sitting in a booth in front of me. People to his left had food all over the floor and table he was looking at it for 15 minutes and did nothing to clean it. People were complaining about there orders being wrong. This place won't last. read more

If you don't like Chicken Littles from this place then I can't vouch for you as a human being. The owner of this joint, quite a guy, I always enjoy going to a place where you know you are going to be treated well. I think I have even seen the owner taking control back in the kitchen pumping out that chicken like nobody's business. Place is the real deal ! read more

Absolutely horrible! Every now and then I try to give this place another chance thinking "hey, maybe this time it'll be better" but nope not a chance, if I ask for a bbq chicken sandwich with cheese I get regular chicken and no cheese, fries are missing, they never gave me the cookie with my famous bowl, never get the biscuit, I order unsweetened tea and get tea that tastes like it has 5 pounds of sugar in it or I'll order Mountain Dew and get coke. Five stars on the $5 Chicken Pot Pie Fill Up!!! Delicious! Tender flaky crust, yummy filling with plenty of chicken and veggies. Comes with a drink and a chocolate chip cookie, all for $5. The only thing that could make it better would be if they added a biscuit! My son loves the chicken strips Fill Up. Three strips of chicken, one side, a biscuit, cookie, and a drink. Haven't been to KFC in a while so thought we'd give it a shot. Disgusting! First the place is dirty. Second I ordered a 12 piece extra crispy and was told not all the pieces could be extra crispy. Just went to the Manahawkin location. Not only was the place disgusting but after placing my order they told us they had no silverware. I guess we were supposed to eat with our fingers. Got our money back and left. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Sorry but this is the third time in a row you messed up all parts of my order. You order food from this place and at best you are only lacking the napkins you will need from eating food or you can be missing parts of your order. Maybe you will be missing your fries and when you call them and come back for fries they don't have any and you have to wait another 6-7 minutes. You might even order a $5.00 sandwich and open it up to find parts of the top bun missing and let's not forget that the cheese is still cold. I really just don't understand how you can order 15 dollars worth of food and not get one napkin. My advice is to stay away from this place. read more

I worked at this kfc for a little bit. And while working there. I saw some things that had changed my point of view of this place. I would always drive past it and never see any cars there and I couldn't ever understand why or how. It's KFC. Well I got hired as an assistant manager for there and I was the very first assistant manager for that place and it showed. When I came into that store it was absolutely disgusting. They have bugs and roaches crawling everywhere. ( still there) They were living inside the microwaves inside the food boxes I mean everywhere. Not one worker there washed their hands. Not after smoking not after going to the bathroom nothing. The level of disrespect the crew members have is mind absolutely boggling. The crew members do and say whatever they want. They have no respect for customers. The whole hun thing is so horrible. I was raised different. U don't call ur elders hun. They don't clean ANYTHING down the proper way. They leave food out all day without changing it. They take food from the night before and reheat it to serve to u for the next day. This place should be shut down with how many violations they break and refuse to follow . They were serving expired food before we fixed their freezer. They don't take care of the store the way they should. Please be very careful eating at this KFC. It's disgusting when the owner of this place lives in the area and they do t care that their store is being ran this way. Sad. Such good food just not at this location. They mess up on every order. It's sad. This store has so much potential but with their management they have now and they crew that place is going to the crapper. Bring Chick-fil-A in. read more

I. Have already posted on the KFC home site, my facebook and now here. Once again I get home and something's missing. Manahawkin nj store. I wish I could post the pics of the apple pies, over done and a big finger smash in one of them, threw them out. So now I'm out a piece of chicken, 2 apple pies( sorry not eating a finger smashed greasy pie. Then I call the number on the top of the receipt 2 times, no answer ( total of about 7 minutes) then I call customer service , 11 1/2 minutes on hold. Not the first time. If chick-fil-A comes to this town, bye bye KFC. The customer service and food at chick-fil-A is amazing, this place in my opinion is horrible. It was okay as usual got the chicken strip bucket and two boxes of popcorn chicken which the kids love.
