At this point, I think the responses speak for themselves. I described something I personally witnessed while standing in this business and explained the impression it left on me. The owner was free to disagree with my account or provide her perspective. Instead, the responses have consisted of sarcasm, mockery, comments about my unrelated review history, and now dismissing my concerns as not being a "real world" problem. I find this extraordinarily unprofessional behavior from someone publicly responding under a "Business Owner" account. Customers should be able to leave critical reviews without being personally mocked or belittled by the owner. Nothing in these responses changes what I personally witnessed. If anything, the way this criticism has been handled has become an additional reason I would not recommend or return to this business. I have included screenshots so readers can see the owner's responses and form their own opinion. UPDATE 8/12: The business owner's response to my review has only reinforced my decision not to return. Rather than professionally addressing what I personally witnessed involving another customer, the owner responded with sarcasm, personal attacks, and comments about my completely unrelated review history. I found the response extremely unprofessional and, frankly, childish. A business owner should be able to address criticism without mocking a customer or attempting to discredit them personally.
