I emailed again, she said I still haven't given her an address, I sent another email, asking her what part of ''General delivery'' don't you understand, and said address it exactly as I gave it to her. She replied, sorry for the trouble coupons sent, OK Maybe she finally get's it. I just went to the post office, still no coupons, it's been 10 days since she said she sent them. Obviously she's not even smart enough to know how to address a letter, no wonder the employees act so unprofessional. I said "Hello?" several times, drove up to the window and saw the employees trying to hide. They must've wanted to get out of doing work early. Fries, liquid cheese, melted shredded cheese, and bacon pieces. Sometimes they neglect the liquid cheese all together. Sometimes they have almost no fries and all cheese. One time i was here and they handed me my meal, I checked the bag. NO melted cheese. Only shredded cheese and it wasn't melted at all. It was just fries, maybe 4 pieces of chunked up bacon, and dry shredded cheese. I handed it back to them and said "Do you think you could melt the cheese a little bit more for me?" The guy said yes and he handed it back with MORE DRY SHREDDED CHEESE. HELP. 3 stars though cus like when it's good, it's GOOD.
