I really like Pizza Hut, but the service at this location is hit and miss. They often seem understaffed. There is one particular waitress who has been there for years and we hope we get her section every time! I will never ever order again or be a customer of this Pizza Hut in Ludington, Michigan. I do not trust the staff and workers. My last order was compromise and late. Service had become bad and I stop pre-tipping, food and service was going down hill. My policy became "No Knock On the Door. No Checking and inspecting my order, No Tip". Stop pre-paid and tipping few times, service improved, tipping restarted. Return to pre-paid and tipping. Last order was delivered late and was cold, As I checked my pizza, I noticed and seen some one had spited on my pizza and it had dripped from the edge of the pizza to the box, It was cold that evening when I ordered. The spit was yellowish green and whitish. This has me wondering how many times this could of happen without me knowing, before I discover this. I have tried a few times to order from them online......somehow someway, I can get on, and create an order will not go thru. Last time I called them, the store manager knew my name and somewhat upset. Guess that is ghosting. Left a review on Doordash. I am 69 years old and personally believe I have been dismissed as a person, and been subjected too and discriminated due to my age and status a retired Veteran. It is what it is. We wanted something cheap and easy. We needed something our friends' kids would eat. Pizza Hut seemed like the best option in town. It wasn't. Well, maybe it was, but I definitely wouldn't go back on my own. The personal pan pizzas are tiny now. I remember when they used to be thicker and came served in the pan. I used to love them. There wasn't much to love about this pizza. It had some cheese and four small slices of pepperoni. There was hardly any sauce. We also ordered wings, which didn't come out until much later after the pizzas were dropped off. I was excited because this location is also a "Wing Stop" and they had so many choices. It seems they are trying to give Buffalo Wild Wings a run for their money. They failed. Like the pizza, there was hardly any sauce. The wings were tiny and rubbery. The lemon pepper sauce tastes like nothing more than lemon squirted over it. I'd stick to BBQ or Buffalo sauce if you must. read more

50 Shades of Green! Is this the best salad bar in town? I'm not sure... but it's really decent! Fresh green iceburg lettuce (sorry, no Caesar or Fresh Spinach options here), and about 10 toppings including cheese and bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, etc. Plus all of your old favorite dressings: Alpine (creamy italian), French, Thousand Island, Bleu Cheese and Ranch. This might not be a 10 out of all salad bars... but you know what you are getting and get be happy 100% of the time! A forgotten gem! Pizza... well, pizza hut buffets all over this country have lost most of their lusture... so I won't hold it against this one. You know what you are getting when you go to a PH buffet... the pasta was excellent, the pizzas were hot, fresh and quickly rotated, you can custom order a pizza, the waitresses knew people by name, and the salad bar was a great surprise! To say that the service was pathetic would be an insult to restaurants that are merely pathetic. The problem here is clearly the staff. We were seated at 645 and it was 7:50 before we received the breadsticks we ordered. 8 before our 2 personal pan pizzas and wings were delivered. The food was good but the service was atrocious. My recommendation to upper management. Close the store down for a few weeks. DISMISS EVERYONE! Hire a whole new staff. Train them well. And then have a reopening. read more

I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Very small portion for how much u pay and it looks like the measure it out cause it flat to the tray. Bread sticks are never cut when I get them. Barely see any of the chicken and it taste like frozen chicken. If you want more then the small tray u pay an other u must buy it at full price. Want cheese on bread stick more money plus with 2 baby orders u only get 5 bread sticks if u want more u pay for it plus extra sauce. Ranch will cost u .60 the bread stick sauce is w always watered down more soupy then a sauce. Pizza toppings. Sucks u can tell they measured them out. For lunch today my family and I decided some pizza hut sounded very appealing and were glad to see that there was a lunch buffet going on from 11-1:30. It being 1:35 we bolted in expecting to fill our stomaches with some pizza and breadsticks, but came to a screeching hault when the waitress told us that we were unable to order the buffet. At this time it was only 1:40 and the restaurant was pretty much dead other than my family and a party of 2. As we ordered we noticed that the hot and untouched food was being wasted and going to waste. We understood that we were 5 minutes late but there were pizzas only missing 1-2 pieces that unfortunately had to be thrown away. Although we weren't able to have a lunch buffet we ordered and ended up being satisfied with the food we were given. read more

Slowest Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. We dined in, and it took 40 minutes for them to make 2 hand tossed pizzas. Seriously? I've ordered carry out many times before and gotten my pizzas in under 15 minutes, so I know it doesn't take that long to bake. Sad. UPDATE: Pepperoni pizza mysteriously tasted sweet like cinnamon. I am currently sitting in pizza Hut and I'm pretty sure the person serving ppl as well as us (my friend girlfriend and myself) is high. I give them "zero stars!!!" The person is serving and their name tag says "MANAGER" and they don't no wat they are doing. Got our drinks wrong 3 times w in the first 5-10 minutes, and openly admitted to dropping drinks 3-5 times today. So I odder and had a pizza hut guy delver the food to my house. I odder 7 pops and 4 meat lover pizzas. when he got there he did not bring 7 pops he brought 2 he also brought two wrong pizzas he brought some chicken pizza and some taco pizza witch I did not like either but at least he got 2 pizzas right. So I called the manger and he said that it would be waste of gas for the deliver man to drive all the way back to were I was at. So he argued with me for a good 30 minuets (the mangers name is Jeremy) finally Jeremy said that he would bring the right odder out to were I was staying.
