This place has the rudest people working here, maybe it's just me but they answer their drive thru, am I'm not even kidding, but they answer it "what do you want?" Not "how can I help you?" Or even a "welcome.." none of them has a good attitude and on top of that they got rid of their online ordering for the app. Making the town of Middletown completely useless to the kfc app. And they are constantly out of potpie too always need to wait 15 minutes when ordering it and it's the only thing I get there. Because of that, I usually order it online to avoid waiting too much. But that's no longer an option. Our food said it was ready and we went to go pick it up and they said no we had to come back in 10 min. After waiting 10 min and them ignoring to come to the window, we finally got someone's attention who was rude and out good was just sitting there at the window while we were sitting there. I have only had food from this KFC once. Why? Because while I was eating my 2nd crispy chicken tender after my 3rd bite I tasted something pretty gross and strange so I spit the bite into a napkin and looked at the strip I had been eating. That's when I saw that the strip was completely raw in the middle. I immediately became sick to my stomach at just the idea that I had just eaten raw poultry and I didn't even know how much. I was on my way to endure vomiting on myself when I stopped to check the meals that the two children who were eating AkFC with me had. To my surprise only 1 of their eas included raw chicken as well. I was so angry at this point but luckily they were both so grossed out when I found the uncooked chicken in my meal originally, that they both refused to eat even one more bite of their food. That said I was still very nervous because the one who had the raw poultry was almost finished with her chicken before I found it so that's a lot for anyone to eat especially a very young child. If I could give this KFC zero stars i would! When I called to inform the restaurant about what happened so that they could prevent a possible salmonella poisoning outbreak, the person I spoke with completely denied that it happened and said there was no way that it was his store. Even though I had proof on my receipt and I kept a piece of the raw chicken in case it needed to be tested by the health department or the hospital if I had gotten deathly ill from it. Bu the guy didn't even apologize. I wasn't even yelling or anything and he was being rude and obnoxious. Never met a ruder Manager in my life, used online ordering Manager asked for my name, i gave it to him " No No order " showed him the confirmation email, " No no i need name, NAME " turns out they use first names and last initial and this idiot couldn't figure that out or ask for a first name. I ordered online went there 15 minutes later to pick up and was told by the manager that my order wasn't ready and I have to wait another 12 minutes. My order was already paid for online he then came out to me 15 minutes later accusing me of canceling my order and he wasn't going to give me my food. He only did when I threatened to call the police. And my order was wrong when I got home. I will never go back to this place. The owner needs to get a new manager. This KFC is terrible. They got my order wrong. My chicken strips had almost no chicken just breading. The biscuits tasted like they have been sitting out for months. The mac and cheese is horrible I'd rather have easy mac. The customer service is even worse. They don't even speak English. Stay far away from this KFC. Too bad the northeast does not have bojangles or zaxbys like the southeast does. Those places are 100x better than KFC. read more

We went to this KFC on Tuesday, October 30th and got the 6-piece original chicken only. There was plenty of meat and even the chicken breast was tender and moist. A lot of chicken on the thighs and legs. All in all we were stuffed.We got a small potato wedge and that was perfectly cooked as well. read more

This is probably the worst KFC that I've ever gone period I ended up leaving without any food because going through the drive-thru you can't understand the person you're speaking to and they can't understand you because there's a language barrier. The only thing I'll eat from there is biscuits. Other than that everything is disgusting. The staff barely speaks English and they get mad at you very easily for asking to repeat themselves once. I won't even get drinks from here. Last time I got a soda I found chunks of GOD KNOWS WHAT floating in the bottom of it!! I felt so sick to my stomach realizing I probably consumed some of it. They are rude, barely speak English & the chicken is never fresh, even 1st thing when they open - I think they change the grease once a year even if they don't think it needs it. They don't know what corn on the cob is. You ask for that & they give it to you in a bowl. Complain & they'll rudely tell you that you have to ask for it, "not in the bowl" or "not cut off" but wanna see them get annoyed? Ask them "Not cut off of what?" & they don't know. While eating we tried to enjoy our experience with the five dollar fill up. When we were suddenly and rudely approached by a one of the employees. He pinned down our receipt on the table telling us forcefully to go to the KFC experience website wheelie he was telling us we could barley understand the man because of his accent.
