I ordered some steak & cheese fries omg best fries I ever had, and the service it's amazing everyone so nice

As you can see from my previous review, I have not been back here for almost three years. It's so close to where I live so don't know why. All in all, I enjoyed my Truffle Fries so hot and ready to be eaten. There was a nice sprinkle of parmesan cheese and lots of white truffles. Had a Birch Beer with the JFCo label...delish. Took a Irish Curry Dog home for later but it was consumed immediately after arriving there. That was the hight point of the evening. Guess I will explore the Dirty Dog menu a lot more. Jefferson Fry Co makes a great burger and fries. They have a lot of specialty fry options but I was happy when they expanded the menu to offer burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches and tenders. Their burger is closer to the smash burger category and it's got great flavor, comes on a potato bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mayo. I usually get truffle parm fries on the side and they're perfectly seasoned and crispy every time. Love the garlic aioli that comes with the fries. They have tables where you can sit in but I'm usually doing takeout. Service has always been friendly and efficient. read more

You must try this place out, it's a hidden gem!!! BOGO Free fry Friday! Stopped in unknowing there was a deal going on and I wasn't dissatisfied! I ordered a basic bacon and cheese fry and the free fry was a gyro fry (each Friday is a different style). The meat was so tender and even came with fresh tzatziki sauce and the pulled pork sandwich came with coleslaw and pickles The milkshakes are a must! This restaurant is AMAZING!! If you love fries, burgers, chicken sandwiches this is the spot to go 10/10!! They have so many French fry combinations you can have that are absolutely delicious!! The burger bowl was awesome and the chicken sandwich was mouthwatering. This restaurant is an order at the front and seat yourself and the food came out in only 10 minutes!! I Love Jefferson Fry Company in this location is conveniently 10 minutes away from where we moved too. Right when we walked in we were greeted with a friendly "Hello" and we needed a little time to make our decisions the server even offered some suggestions. They seemed genuinely happy to help us.....now a days that is a major plus ....too many grumpy people out there. This was the first time I've tried their burgers and oh my God why did I never try them before. Fresh toppings and under $10 dollars. That burger was so good I couldn't put it down. I just had plain Bacon Cheeseburger and added pickles. My littlest got a plain Hot Dog which she happily ate and then wanted a bite of my burger.....but her sister let her take a bite of her Cheeseburger. My oldest almost never finishes anything unless it's pasta and she thoroughly enjoyed the burger even made little noises saying "Yum this is So Good!". Hubby got the JFC Which is their signature burger with 2 patties and it's also topped with fries And we all split a Truffle Parmesan Fry which is our go to. Love anything Truffle and it comes with a side of garlic sauce to dip the fries in which just puts it over the top. Delicious! All the staff was so friendly and asked if everything was okay..... What a spot! We went to the Cromwell location. A warm and friendly staff is a clean and cozy space. We had a yummy spread of Dirty Fries: Curry Chicken, Steak and Cheese, and Fusion, Carolina Hot Dog, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake, and Mocha Latte Milkshake. Tried this place on a whim and it blew me away. I couldn't just settle on one thing so I went for the hot dogs, burgers, and fries all of them were excellent. The standouts for me were the taco fries and the taco dog. Super creative, loaded with flavor, and honestly something I've never seen anywhere else. We started going to Jefferson Fry a few months ago. We now go almost every weekend. The service and food is consistently remarkable. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich which is always juicy. Hey, french fry fans! This place is for you. Jefferson Fry Co. is dressing up french fries--getting them dirty and delicious. They have classic poutine and cheese & bacon fries, but they took the topping to the next level with BBQ Fries topped with pulled pork and Taco Fries. They have burgers and hot dog that are loaded up with toppings too. For your drink or dessert, they have a long list of milkshakes that can "dress it up" for $1.50. We got the Chicken Curry Fries, Fusion Fries, Portobello Burger, Cookie Butter Milkshake and Mocha Milkshake. The fries had a dark, rich and homestyle flavor. The Chicken Curry Fries had a mild and sweet curry sauce, shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and diced onion. The Fusion Fries was a take on Pad Thai. These fries were topped with shredded chicken, hoisin sauce, sriracha, garlic aioli, crushed peanuts and cilantro. The Portobello Burger was a large mushroom cap, breaded, deep-fried, and a great vegetarian option! The mushroom was super juicy and the coating was crispy when you bit into it. For our milkshakes, we "dress it up." The Cookie Butter Milkshake was topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, crushed Biscoff cookie and a whole Biscoff cookie. The Mocha one has also topped with whipped, but had a chocolate sauce, dust of coffee bites and a piece of coffee cake. I loved my Cookie Butter shake, not too thick and creamy. The restaurant is fast-casual and the staff greeted us when we walked in. There was plenty of seating too, but I think they will be going under renovations soon. They had a large, cardboard sign that read "Coming Soon 2024." I'm curious if they will be expanding into the empty space next door. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Jefferson Fry Co. and will likely be back again. It's a great lunch option in the area. read more

My daughters and I have always loved coming to Jefferson Fry Co. it is "our place." The food is always super good and comforting! The perfect experience for any occasion. our motto is "fries before guys" and "fries before thighs" I love the atmosphere and everyone is always super friendly and take care and pride in what they are doing. Full disclosure. I am not predisposed to like smothered French Fries. And that's kind of Jefferson Fry Company's thing. I'm more of a fry purist. Make 'em right and give me a dipping sauce or two. Having said that, I liked the Beef Chili, Creole Seasoned Fries, with Shredded Cheddar, Chopped Tomatoes, Green Onions and Cilantro, about as much as I could. The fries held up pretty well and didn't get soggy under the toppings. That's always my biggest fear with smothered fries. The chili wasn't my favorite, but I wouldn't have expected better. The shredded cheddar was fresh and good quality. The veggies were all decent. Overall, the fries were pretty well executed and they have a number of other more elaborate choices if that's your thing. They also have burgers, dogs, sandwiches, and shakes, etc. too. Service was very friendly. The atmosphere was decent with one exception. There was a long staging area for boxes of soda bottles in front of the long side of the counter. I've never been to JFC before. It's possible this was temporary, but it didn't look that way. Maybe they have storage issues, but it felt out of place and I would look for an alternative if I were JFC. A decent experience even though I'm not a big smothered fry guy. If you like Smothered Fries, you may be a big fan of Jefferson Fry Co. Four Stars read more

Yes it's a fast food place but where everything is made to order. But at how many fast food places are you asked how everything was as you leave. Their focus is on fries and they don't disappoint. The must have a dozen toppings. We had the poutine and bacon and cheese. Both were delicious. And I have no complaints about the burger. I didn't watch them cook it but it looked and tasted like a smash burger, cooked and dressed well. We will be back as there are many more fry dishes to try. read more

Who doesn't love French fries?!. Jefferson Fry Co took French fries to the next level by creating a wide array of topped Fries. The ones that I've tried have all been good. My only issue is that I'm not a sauce guy and most of them had some type of sauce, like garlic aioli. I had to make sure to read each description carefully. The sauce can be removed but it leaves room for error like with my last visit where the aioli was still put on the Fries. They also have burgers, hotdogs and milkshakes. My last visit I went for the swisshroom burger( minus that garlic aioli) and it was actually good. It is sometimes a little chilly in there. Overall J Fry Co seems pretty clean but The employees need to be more diligent in cleaning the tables as its disappointing when the place u want to sit has crumbs, yet it'snit that busy. The customer service is good. And the prices are good for what you get. Can't beat a good burger and fries at a decent price. I'm going back because there are some more French Fry creations that I would like to try plus the Cookie Butter milkshake sounds delish! read more

JFC offfers traditional burgers and chicken sandwiches that can also be done as bowls along with lots of different loaded fries options and milkshakes. I was flying solo so I opted for their classic double cheeseburger. It was outstanding. Made to order, it was exactly the meaty, juicy burger you're looking for. My wife & I came across Jefferson Fry Co. for the 1st time today. We stopped in & had lunch at the Cromwell location & I can't stop raving about it. We had the crispy chicken bowl, truffle fries & a pulled pork sandwich - we rated the food, the very nice employees & the eatery itself a 10/10 which for me is super rare! The food is so well seasoned & the portions are a great size. I'm not one to ever finish a full meal & I absolutely devoured my meal. I am a pulled pork lover & this was hands down the BEST pulled pork sandwich I have ever eaten. I truly hope this company praises its wonderful staff, the 2 gentlemen & 1 female that were on shift were so welcoming & so nice. So disappointed! This place used to be so good. We ordered tonight and spent $61 for a chicken burger, beef burger, poutine, fries and a milkshake. The food was inedible. The fries looked like someone ate half of them. The $8 milkshake was about 6oz. I was charged $1.30 for 0.25 oz container of sauce that wasn't even halfway full. I called the manager because I think it's right to always give a business the chance to make it right. She had an excuse for everything. Blamed the delivery company as if they were the ones in charge. The bag was sealed so there's no way they compromised my order. Waste of $61. Never again! read more
