I walked in and there was an old man and a girl and the girl didn't even know how to take an order. I got my food insanely fast and I sat in the parking lot to see if my order was right because I've been looking at the reviews because this kfc is on our way to the cabin. I looked at the food and the box was ripped open and the Mac and cheese side was orange and crusty and I would never touch it because it looked nasty but the old man there was very kind. Tried the driveway thru at 10:35. Nobody talked to us sat there for 15 minutes. Ended up going inside to order. Walked in and playing hood rap songs loud in back kitchen. Ordered our food, drink cups apparently had no lids. Drink fountain did not have one spout that worked. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Watched the manager get mad at an elderly employee because she had to open the register so we could place our order. Also, got mad at him because they were out of lids. One of the most incompetent fast food places I've ever seen. The guy running the register didn't even know that you could buy only a sandwich, and was never able to figure it out. After i tried to order he voided the transaction for zero reason before I could pay, so I had to do the whole process over again. As soon as we walked in, no one was at the counter and the staff was in the back. We waited to be acknowledged for 6-7 mins, when the cashier (Christina) came out she was extremely short and irritable. I paid for a side of honey only to have a tiny amount which she said (I paid $1.25) she said that's all I would get because the sauce is expensive. There was no ice and I told Christina (cashier) she said "we're waiting for Pepsi it's been out for a few days" there was no signage nothing. Four other people after me went up to the counter after their order complaining about ice. A simple sign would've helped. Went back up because they gave us the wrong side, she was annoyed. We wanted original and got crispy, forgot the butter to our biscuits. It was a mess! I was shocked how rude she was to the other customers. She rang something up wrong and had to cancel it and told the elderly man he had to come back to get his refund later. The worst "customer service" the manager is incompetent at even providing a cup for the kids meal because they didn't have anything supposedly other than adult cups and wanted to charge an up charge even though that has nothing to do with the customers fault. Also cussed excessively in the drive thru. placed online order at 8:35 and was gonna be ready by 8:55. I arrived in the drive thru at 8:47 and added an order of boneless wings. I was told my online order wasn't ready yet because I was early, not a problem for me. got to the window and they didnt have boneless wings so filled my add on with tenders and gave that to me and asked me to pull aside for the online orde. I waited un til 9:17 (20 mins after online order was to be ready and 30 mins after I arrived) I pulled to the speaker and was told they just have kids working and trying to heat oil to cook tenders were an issue. I cancelled my order. never have I waited half an hour for food and wasn't going to wait another minute. several cars arrived and were served while I just kept waiting. The new management started out great, but every time I've come by the buffet is empty I don't come to KFC for the mashed potatoes, are the apple crisps. I come for the fried chicken. Every time I've come by it's always stuff that's been sitting since methusalem was a baby, or they're just empty. Doesn't seem to matter what time, but the buffets never got any chicken in it. Today, it had one drumstick two thighs and a couple of withered up looking wings. Don't advertise a buffet if you don't have one read more

Costumer service is mediocre but, noticing how they weren't even busy at the time I came in, they still managed to keep the lobby dirty, and somehow they managed to burn the chicken even though they seemed to not be in a hurry. The price was reasonable but food options were limited to mash potatoes and gravy, small salad bar, cole slaw and something that resembled stuffing but I was afraid to try. Notice I did not mention chicken...since any trip to KFC would generally include some form of chicken I expected to see chicken on the buffet. This is one of the worst KFCs I've ever been to. They just can't seem to get it together. The lady that usually does the drive thru in the evenings always gets our order wrong, despite repeating things to her. Drive thru is always a 10-15 min wait which is ridiculous for a fast food joint. Not sure if this place has bad management, poorly-trained employees, or maybe a combination of both. After reading the reviews, I almost went with pizza but the hubby loves KFC and it took a long three days to get here. I arrived around 5 and it looked like they hadn't changed out the food bar from lunch. I was a little worried. I ordered an 8 piece dinner and checked the order when it came out relatively quickly. Sometime in July in 1999 I stopped at this KFC around 7:00 on a Wednesday night. I ordered the buffet and it was a mess. There were pieces chicken on the floor along with spilled gravy. The stuffing was dry and the mashed potato pan was 3/4 empty and what was left was "crusty" and a couple of bins were completely empty. I thought this was just a one time thing. I was back in MN this summer July 2019, I stopped there once again and folks, IT WAS WORSE THAN MY FIRST VISIT 20 years ago!!!! This must be one of the worst run KFC's in America. This is, without a doubt, the filthiest KFC I've ever stepped into. We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet I counted only three clean tables. The floor was littered with napkins and food crumbs, and the staff seem to not be busy at all. This KFC is the worst. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went through the drive through today. The cashier was extremely rude. I understand sometimes people have a rough day, but there is really no excuse for her behavior. When we finally got our food, my husband's order (a five dollar fill up) was wrong, my side of potatoes had gravy on it which I asked for no gravy and she gave us a root beer instead of Mountain Dew.
