They can't screw that up because they just have to throw it in the oven and bake it - They added fries in the past year or two to the menu and those were also really good. Food is never really the problem at KFC. It's always the customer service same with Popeyes. I really should leave them a two star review as there was no ice in my sweet tea & it's 95° outside. Also unnecessary feedback trying to pick up the mobile order seemed like they were directing me to come inside, but then eventually gave me my stuff through the drive-through -once again 95° didn't want to have to get out of the car- Fried chicken sandwich is overly salty. This is the worst KFC ever. They never can seem to get an order right AT ALL as if they just don't care or they or just slow. The customer service is horrible. And the food at times is serviceable at best. For kfc to be a national brand. A customer shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes to go to the "good" kfc to trust that you will get your order right and service without an attitude as if I made that employee choose that job. read more

This place is so funny. Honestly, it seems like a requirement to work here is you have to have a bad attitude. Everytime I go inside the workers attitudes are terrible and the manager ( light skinned with ponytail) is the ring leader. I was picking up a DoorDash order and I was the 3rd person waiting. The woman at the counter had 2 Togo orders behind her but she didn't touch them. One of the drivers said my food is behind you and she tells him it's not up. I tell her my persons name for the order and she says it's not ready without looking at the orders behind her. She finishes taking someone's order and the guy points out again my order is behind you and it's been there for 5 minutes. She says I still have to see your phone. The dasher says well if I say it's behind you then it's behind you and he thanks her for giving him attitude lol. She again tells me my order isn't ready. The 2nd dasher waiting asks her very nicely if she can check the other order behind her and lo and behold it was mine. GM needs to be fired because birds of a feather flock together and it starts at the top. Because she doesn't know good customer service nobody else does either. So we ordered KFC on Memorial Blvd tonight as I'm reading the menu the 16 piece family meal comes with 4 drums, 4 thighs, and 4 breast and 4 large sides. So I paid $5 a piece for 3 extra drum so I could make sure everyone in the house got one drum a piece and we did not get any extra drums we got breast we got a total of 4 drums, 3 thighs and 7 breast. The large sides were not full all the way, I paid extra for more biscuits and they decided to put all the large sides on top of the biscuits so they were smushed. I'm not happy with this at all we paid over $110 there tonight and I can promise you KFC will never receive another cent from me. I don't care if they were close to closing we placed our order at 8:50pm. I feel that is enough time to make sure a customers order is made the way they paid for it to be, considering they don't close until 10:00pm. I have ordered from here multiple times pay for the food and then when it's time for my delivery I get a message saying there is a problem or something went wrong and my Oder was canceled. With no explanation as to why and the restaurant is still open for a few more hours so what is the issues here that they can fill orders. If I had an explanation call me down but you get nothing but oops, sorry. That is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Big mistake. We quit going to KFC about 8 years ago because the food was so bad. I suggested to my wife that we give them a chance. I ordered a 6 piece chicken and sides, not any better, maybe worse. The Mac and Cheese was not bad but the green beans were flat, no flavor at all. As for the chicken, it was dry, overcooked, and the grease was old. Needed to be replaced. Went Inside this restaurant and ordered. The young man that took my order did not ring in my order correctly. I said I wanted white meat and got to the table and it was 2 thighs. The service was HORRIBLE. I rate them -0. I ordered a 12pc meal crispy and was told they didn't have enough and it would be 12 minutes. I pulled into the memorial location I asked for a two-piece and a family size coleslaw and when I got around I went to go check my order as per intelligence because sometimes people get things wrong and the coleslaw was only halfway full and when the lady gave me my receipt I told her I'm tired of this being ripped off by big corporation she said to me I would have filled it back up if you'd ask me.. It used to be so good, however recently, their standards have slipped drastically. I always order the strips, but last few times they have been over cooked and dried out. If you haven't had the lunch buffet here, you're missing out. There are items on it that aren't on the regular menu, and the veggies are to die for. Hominy grits, greens, cabbage, green beans, along with the standard KFC mashed potatoes (and two kinds of gravy), biscuits, cole slaw and potato salad. They even have several desserts. And everything is excellent. In addition to the regular and extra crispy fried, there is also their wonderful baked chicken -- and fried chicken livers. KFC's downfall has always been that they don't serve fresh lemon for their tea in a "Southern" restaurant. And this restaurant's soda fountain could use a good cleaning. Lastly, the staff here pays little attention to the customers, even when waiting on them. If spoken to, they are delightful, but they should be delightful -- or at least professionally friendly -- without the customer having to draw it out of them. read more

Went through Drive-thru around 1:45pm. They forgot my drink. The grilled chicken I ordered looked dried up and from a mini-chicken. Went inside to get my drink and got the larger or regular sized leg and thigh to replace my tiny shriveled "grilled" pieces. When I entered the business with box in hand the first response from female clerk, loudly, was "Oh, lord" and it wasn't in a pleasant manner. I got my order fixed. But her customer service skills were direly missing or poor. She acted openly like I was putting her out and sighed when I requested my drink and asked if all the grilled chicken looked like this. She said yeah it does. But allowed me to swap for two fried pieces. I was nearly late for work for this and it just isn't worth it. In the 80's this (in Nashville) was the place to go for family events. But now. Service makes everything. I'd never tried KFC before, but my boyfriend said their chicken was good so we decided to try it tonight. He came home and told me about the experience. He had originally ordered an 8 piece meal which comes with buiscuts and he got mashed potatoes and sweet corn. They told him when he paid that the corn was brown so they asked him to pick another side. He got mac and cheese. Then they told him "you dont want those buiscuts, theyre old" so they gave him an extra bowl of mashed potatoes. Then they said they didnt have enough crispy wings so they gave us a few regulars (I do appreciate that they were striving to make sure they didnt give us old food) So he tells me all this and I start opening boxes. The mashed potatoes were super watered down, so I went to put gravy on it and it was all congieled. I tried to mix it up and when I put the fork in it I noticed that the bowl was full of mashed potatoes with a thin layer of gravy on top. Like seriously?
